Andrew Rutledge: Christchurch City Councillor on the refurbishment of the Lancaster Park Memorial Entrance Gates - All Sport Breakfast Canterbury

The taonga that is the Memorial Entrance Gates to Lancaster Park will be rededicated by Christchurch Mayor Phil Mauger.

These magnificent gates a very important symbol that not everyone knows the heritage of.

The man overseeing the refurbishment is Christchurch City Council's Andrew Rutledge, who spoke with Lesley Murdoch about the work involved in getting them refurbished.
