Malcolm Wratt: Coringa Golf Club Board Member on the club's return from near bankruptcy - All Sport Breakfast Canterbury

In association with the Elmwood Trading Company, this week Lesley Murdoch spoke to Malcolm Wratt, a Board member at Coringa Golf Club. 

The Coringa Golf Club is one of the best golf layouts in Canterbury and renowned as a championship golf course that all top players are keen to play. 

But a few years ago, the club was nearly bankrupt with low membership numbers, and some were predicting the demise of the club. 

However with some hard work and good planning the club is back on its feet and doing well.
