Vera Gouveia Barros é economista e investigadora, licenciada pela Nova SBE e doutorada pelo ISEG. Tem investigado nas áreas da Economia da Habitação e do Turismo, sendo autora de estudos com o position paper *A Situação da Habitação em Portugal*, publicado pela SEDES, onde integra o Observatório de Políticas Económicas e Financeiras, e coautora do estudo *O Mercado Imobiliário em Portugal* (FFMS).
