O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) deverá cumprir ao menos quatro anos de prisão em regime fechado até que possa migrar para o regime semiaberto. Com a decisão, Bolsonaro começa a cumprir a pena de 27 anos e três meses de prisão por comandar uma tentativa de golpe de Estado, ao lado de aliados próximos e integrantes das Forças Armadas.
