No “Estadão Analisa” desta quarta-feira, 12, Carlos Andreazza comenta a desistência do relator Guilherme Derrite de equiparar o crime organizado ao terrorismo e a promessa de penas mais duras contra as facções.

“Vamos manter um texto duro. Isso eu não abro mão nesse marco legal do combate ao crime organizado. Enquanto a lei de terrorismo continua do jeito que está, o marco legal contra o crime organizado aumenta as penas de prisão”, disse Derrite.

A nova mudança é resposta às críticas do governo Lula, da Polícia Federal e de integrantes do Ministério Público. O projeto original do governo alterava o Código Penal. Já a proposta do deputado previa colocar tudo dentro da lei de combate ao terrorismo.
