I started this podcast because I know exactly what it’s like to juggle work, travel, family and everything in between while still wanting to show up as your best self. I work as a team leader in the airline industry, I’m a personal trainer, a wife and a mum — so trust me when I say, I live the “busy life” right alongside you.
