The truth of the matter is, any time we’re in some kind of emotional upset from something our partner did, it’s just a trigger from something from our past that we haven’t resolved yet. When that happens with Mark and I we team up to support each other and instead of taking it personal, we ask how we can support each other to clear that, heal it, release it and then we can create what we want going forward.
• We need mirrors, people who can look at us from the outside and say: “I see what’s going on here that you might not be aware of”. You then take all the emotion out of it and say: “You’re doing this or that, here’s a different perspective on it that will take all the hurt out”.
