Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's fifteen degrees in Jacksonville. It's three in black brass
monkeys in Brighton. I actually had never heard of that
phrase before Key, until today, but there would go.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
We have you're such a side line.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
I feel like I am quite a few listeners in
Florida as well. I wonder if they're currently googling that
brass monkeys. Now. This is Teal Talk, the official Jacksonville
Jaguars UK and Island podcast, presented by Gallagher. I'm Jay Lawrence,
no relation. He's Key Ramsuran and this is our last
Teal Talk of the season, but we will be back
(00:33):
once a month. Yeah, I was about to say you
got to give a yay. Then back once a month
to talk all things Jags in the off season. We're
talking the draft, of course, re signings, injury rehabs.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
I've got no doubt.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
And in the next podcast at the end of January,
we're probably actually gonna be reacting to something quite big
new the new Jackuar's head coach. I know Doug Peterson
didn't have time for breakfast on Monday morning?
Speaker 3 (00:58):
Did it before? He was fine?
Speaker 1 (01:00):
As head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. We will talk
about that we'll talk about possible replacements, all things NFL
and Jags. In this episode of Till Talk, we will
make our early Super Bowl picks.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
And we'll do it all in the.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Company of the athletics NFL reporter in the UK Man.
It has been in the NFL UK scene for a while.
Peter Carline will introduce Peter in a second, but first key,
we need to talk about it ever sober briefly, only
because it feels like it's a It just sums up
the Jags season as a whole. Another narrow defeat for
(01:35):
the Jags. I don't feel like we need to go
into the game that much, but it just feels like,
come on, we have said this so much.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Yeah, as I was writing the TV show this week, Jay,
I thought, oh, another one score game. I wonder what
would have happened if the Jags had scored an extra
touchdown in each game? And the podcast would have been
very different? Is the answer to that question?
Speaker 3 (02:03):
Can you what would have been?
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Do you know what?
Speaker 3 (02:05):
I believe?
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Three and one?
Speaker 1 (02:06):
Wow? Wow, and even just a few of even just
a few different you know, even a few victories out
of those would change it massively, wouldn't it. It's funny,
isn't it just one? But you know what, as we've
said before, it's happened. They didn't exactly The point is.
The point is it didn't. Let's just put a bow
(02:27):
on it. We don't need to talk about it too much,
do we. We need to be aware that it has
happened and we need to move on. And this is
where I can introduce the athletics Peter Carlin. Peter, thank
you so much for joining us today in the podcast.
We took jacks head coach search in a second, but
let's just ask if you had to sum up, let's
just say, in a sentence, the Jacksonville Jaguars twenty twenty
(02:48):
fourth season, how would you describe it.
Speaker 4 (02:52):
I'm going to have to say disappointing. Okay, third year
of Doug Peterson. They've just rewarded Trevor Trevor Lawrence with
a massive deal and they fly into back to back
games in London thinking we can win both of these
like we did last year and we can rock it
into sort of contention. But it was just a non
(03:14):
starter really you then, you know, Brian Thomas Junior is
obviously the highlight of the season, but Trevor Lawrence has
got injured. I mean Peterson want nine and eight, nine
and eight and then four and thirteen, which kind of
sticks out. The low light was they made the Bears
look exceptional at Tottenham, and I mean they do.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
You know what I forgot about that. There's a reason
why you forget things, isn't there.
Speaker 4 (03:39):
I mean I saw them at Wembley and the first
quarter you think, crikey, he's going to get sacked.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
Here.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
They were ten yeerl down in the first quarter, and
to their credit, they fought back they won the game,
but it was it was sort of the you know
dead man walking, really wasn't it. You know, you've beaten
Drake Mayn the Patriots, but then you just carried on,
you know, three more wins and.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
They swept the Titans. Peter, that's huge.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
I mean, who does that? They you know, the team
that's picking number one in the draft. That's a real
feather in the cap.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Let's get let's get onto it, then, shall we? Doub
Peterson fired on Monday after the game. Trent Barki will
remain as general manager. Are we saying, Peter that this
was a foregone conclusion or you think there was there
ever a way that you could see him.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
Staying Peterson, I don't think so.
Speaker 4 (04:38):
Someone someone's got to carry the can for the They've
taken Trevor Lawrence number one overall pick, and you know,
there's obviously been a decision gone into we want some
kind of quarterback whisper and I hate to mention his name,
and not a quarterback whisper, but a college a college
coach who understands a generational talent, someone who's going to
bring the best out of Trevor Lawrence, and they give
him Evan Maya.
Speaker 3 (04:59):
That never happened.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Sorry, Ederson comes in and the first year Lawrence looked good.
Lawrence looked great, and you know, you've got the Chargers
game and all the rest of it, and then eight
and three. Suddenly from eight and three, it's another one
and five. And when a team does that, when a
team is the destinies in their hands, you know, this
(05:21):
is brilliant back to back playoff seasons for the Jags.
But they couldn't do it. And then that form just
carried on, isn't it into this season? And to me,
I was surprised that he lasted that long, because you
can get a. You know, you look at what's going
on in the Jets, you think there's a rable out there.
Come on, let's you know. You've tried the college coach,
(05:43):
You've tried the offensive Super Bowl winner. Now now surely
you know the NFL you do the opposite. You want
the gruff, defensive minded coach. Rabel's the best guy out there.
Do what you can to get him.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
Chad can't said that the offense and the defense are
incredibly predictable. So he's going to be looking for unpredictability
in the next head coach. I'm not quite sure whatever
way that you know, I take that, you know, but
it does make me think.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
I wonder if you know, no reason to think this,
but I wonder.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
If he'll be looking at another offensive coach.
Speaker 3 (06:14):
But maybe I think.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
That's too predictable. Jay, I think he's going to go
for one of his aw wrestlers.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
I think you'll get unpredictability there. Yeah, I think you
definitely will.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
We The Jags have actually, as you know, we're recording
this on Tuesday. As of this afternoon, they've requested interviews
with Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, Lions offensive coordinator Ben
Johnson and Buck's offensive coordinator Liam Cohen.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
I don't think I've missed anybody.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
There's a chance I might have missed somebody, but I
think it's just those three as it stands.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
We that's I mean, it's not that surprising.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
I think a lot of teams are going to be
interested in those in those guys, to be honest with you,
particularly the two from the Lions. Ben Johnson was the
hottest candidate last off season, and it didn't he didn't
decide to join any team. It looks like maybe, especially
if the Lions were to win a Super Bowl this year,
maybe he would, you know, uproute and and join a
(07:12):
team as a different team as head coach.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
Now, would that be your number one choice? Peter?
Speaker 1 (07:17):
Any team that eloa I suppose the Jags, but you know,
is it for any team.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
For the Jags?
Speaker 4 (07:22):
Yeah, I think. I think Ben Johnson what he's done
with Jared Goff, But Detroit have have built from from
the trenches, and I'm not I'm not convinced that that
Jacksonville have done that. Look at look at the brick
wall in front of Jared Goff. If that if the
Jags had that kind of roster then then absolutely. But
but the Jags do have a lot going for them.
You know, you've got Trevor Lawrence, You've got Brian Thomas,
(07:44):
you've got a new ground coming, You've got an easy division,
you've got a lovely facility. Go out sell these things.
Ben Johnson can pretty much go where he wants, can't he?
And is he Is he going to be malleable enough
to have a general manager that he may not get
on with. He can, he can pick where he wants,
(08:04):
and he might he might just think no, I'll just
stay in Detroit again for another year. I mean, I
think I think Vrabel's probably to me the guy that
would be the ideal choice. But he has an emotional titan.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
And he's interviewing for a bunch of different teams as
well over the days as well. You know, former Jags
callback Mark Brunow says that Ben Johnson is interested in
the job and likes the idea of Trevor and the offense.
Speaker 3 (08:25):
There we go. So the thing is is what I
think I do think.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
I know you you bring up a point there, Peter,
but it is there there is a consensus that the
Jags job will be an appealing one, no matter, there
are worse jobs to have than the Jackson head coaching
job at the moment. And you know, I think there
is also that I do wonder if there is that
(08:50):
that sort of appeal that Trevor Lawrence doesn't seem.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
To have hit his potential yet.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
And I wonder if if he's an offensive if you're
an offensive mind, you'll think, well, we know he's got
the talent. I think I can bring that out of him.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
I don't know, I don't know. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
I guess you would look at have we seen the
Trevor Lawrence that was at Clemson perform in the NFL
A few games, a few moments. Yeah, overall, I don't
think we have. I don't think we've seen that same
Trevor Lawrence that was at Clemson perform in the NFL.
A coach that is excited to bring that out of him,
(09:28):
I think, yeah, there's huge possibilities there.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
And Liam Cohen with the Bucks as well, He's had
a good season. It's been his one season with the
Bucks as offensive coordinator. So I wonder if that will
work against him somehow. I don't know, but you know,
I have no doubt that Jacks will be interviewing loads
more players. Would you key like to see an offensive
mind or a defensive mind be the head coach of
(09:53):
the Jacksonville Janguars in twenty twenty five.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
So I'm very fortunate that I've sat down with coach
Nielsen that who's had a season at the Jags. When
I heard him talk, I thought, I'm so excited by
what he has to offer. I would like to see
him maintain that position and an offensive minded person come
(10:17):
in as head coach that can mold and gel with
what Coach Nielsen wants to do, so not someone that's
going to come in. I feel like coach Nielsen has
all this vision and has all these things that he
wants to try and do. Whether that clashed with what
(10:37):
Doug Peterson's trying to do, I don't know or what,
but I would like to see Coach Nielsen have another
opportunity to do that, but for someone to come in
with an offensive mind to then bring Trevor Lawrence and
the guys up to a standard that we know that
they can perform because we've seen it. Sometimes this sea
(10:58):
is and the offense has performed really well sometimes last
season the offense performed really well overall, I think they
can take a step forward with an offensively minded head coach.
So I think someone offense would be minded.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
I think that Ben Johnson is going to be the
hot candidate as it start like that, you know, and
I want I want a a somebody as a head
coach that is able to utilize the talent that is
on the offense.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
And that's not to say that you can't have.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
A talented offensive coordinator obviously, but you you want the
best of the best, and you're assuming that your head
coach is going to be one of the best defensive minds.
You hope that they're going to be one of the
best defensive minds in the NFL. So that's what I
would like to see. But you know, Peter, you did
point out a second ago, didn't you. You did this
is the NFL. You You do tend to see opposites,
don't you. Something happens and then it just goes to
(11:45):
the opposite.
Speaker 4 (11:47):
Yeah, absolutely, I mean that there's also there's also that
there is of course an element of risk. I mean,
Ben Johnson has been brilliant, but yeah, he's got Dan
Campbell above him taking the Gambles, and we've seen plenty
of offensive coordinators who don't quite make who aren't suited
out to be head coaches. Of course, Minnesota have lucked
(12:07):
out with Kevin O'Connell. But I mean, this is all
kind of by the bar. But you want someone who's
going to bring out the best in in Trevor Lawrence.
And it's not you know, they're not going into a
mad house like the Jets. They're not going into cap
hell like the Saints. So it's not an unattractive coaching opportunity.
But I just hope that they I think they clearly
(12:32):
need someone who is perhaps going to be a little
bit tougher than Peterson. You know what Andro Cisco said
after the Bears game, there's sort of been a bit
of a sort of a not really a calling out coach.
I'm not saying that's necessarily what you need, but I
think certainly when you are a head coach that there
certainly does need to be some accountability. And I think
(12:53):
Jacksonville might benefit from someone who like a Verabel type
character who's probably kind of going to shake stuff up.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
It's going to be a very interesting few weeks, isn't it.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
And you know, by the time that we do our
next podcast, if we at least we know what we're
going to be leading with.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
The lightly it is is we know what we're going
to be leading with.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
I mean that the one thing that is obviously going
to be happening over the next few months, and we
will touch upon it, of course in future episodes, is
we now know where the Jacksonville Jaguars are going to
be drafting as well, going to be drafting with the
fifth pick, three picks in the first two rounds. This
is it's going to be a big off season for
the Jacksonville Jaguars. But there is reason nothing to feel
(13:33):
optimistic about despite the despite the poor season, there's no
doubt about that. You do have reason to feel like
there could be changed, there could be positivity over the
next few months.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
Key absolutely. I mean we've talked about him every single
week before the season even started. I remember coming back
from Jacksonville from training camp and going Brian Thomas Jr.
And then this season he's performed, He's been outstanding, like fantastic.
One thing I do want to point out that we
haven't talked about that. I mean, I've talked about Cam
(14:07):
little an inordinate amount really, but actually special teams as
a whole I think have been fantastic this season. I
think that's a huge positive going forwards into next season. So,
Brian Thomas Junior and special teams for me, fantastic this season.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
Well, I think you've got to talk about special teams
for a second. We actually have some special teams news.
Speaker 2 (14:29):
Did you see the video of Cam Little telling that
the guys, No, I haven't. Oh, it's fantastic. Look it
up if you can. It's on the Jaguars UK Socials.
It's really good. So they're having their special teams meeting
and coach coach Heith Farwell calls Cam Little up to
just like give a talk at the end of the
(14:51):
final special teams meeting and at the end Cam says, yeah,
so Ross and Logan, you've been really great this season.
Just come up and the boys are just going to
give you a round of applause. Oh and by the way,
you made it into the Pro Bowl. You both start
as well done. It's really nice.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
I mean, that's that's incredible, isn't it. And of course
that's Rossmatisi. It's two in a row, isn't it For
Ross mattis two in a row. But for Logan Cook
is seventh NFL season, the Jags most tenured player. It
was his first such honor. So that's some incredible stuff.
And you know, as I said before, in a not
(15:33):
overwhelmingly amazing season, you've got to grab onto the positives.
And that's definitely a positive, isn't it. Side note, just
want to remember as well, congratulations to Trevor Lawrence. Trevor
Lawrence who has had a baby, what his wife? His
wife has had a baby.
Speaker 2 (15:50):
Obviously, what I'll say is Trevor, please carry the baby
with your right arm and let the shoulder rest please.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
So congratulations to Marisa and Trevor. Do you know the
baby's name?
Speaker 2 (16:03):
Key, I don't actually know.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
And I well, it's it's Shaye, So it's Shye Lawrence.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
I've always said Shaye. So that's Saylin Lawrence. I always
say because my Mauritian heritage, I always say Jah. So
that baby to me will be J J. Lawrence. It's official.
There we go.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
Oh look, I've found a way to make it about me.
Congratulations to those two. Now let's just go on to
the draft for a second. I mean, we'll speak about
it at length obviously the next few months. But Peter,
is there is there you know something that you think
that the Jags need to be looking out? Obviously we've
got free agency in the way. Is there something that
is just so obvious in your mind the Jags need
(16:46):
to be doing this?
Speaker 4 (16:47):
Offensive line?
Speaker 3 (16:51):
Was quick?
Speaker 2 (16:52):
Do you do? Do you use your your first round
pick at number five for offensive line?
Speaker 3 (16:59):
That's a that's a good question.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
That's a good question. I think you take the best player,
the best player event you either take a cornerback, You
either take defensive line or you know, or you take
offensive line. They're the glaring weaknesses for me and the
Drags roster. You you take the best party available there.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
Do you trade up for Travis Hunter? That's the no, No,
you don't do it. Do you take him if he falls?
Speaker 2 (17:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (17:18):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
I just think staying I mean, that'd be fun, Travis
Travis Hunter back in Florida. You know, I just think
that would be that would be fun. There's a lot
to go through anyway this off season, but for the
it's over the next few weeks. It's obviously he's going
to be you know, a lot a lot going on
in lots of people's minds when it comes to the
head coaching search. Did you see the comments from Eric
(17:42):
Halmstead as well, Key, I did. Eric Armstead said straight
I believe this was straight after the last game of
the season as well. He commented in his moom to
move to defensive end, saying that he'll be moving back
to defensive tackle and he'll be the elite player that
he is.
Speaker 3 (17:58):
Pretty can't be of the word just honest.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
I think it's fair to say, Key, no matter who
comes in or who's going to be the defensive coordinator,
whether it's going to be you know, Ryan Nilsen or
you know Continuing or whatever. Yeah, it's pretty clear where
I get Irigas wants to play go forward.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
Maybe he's just gone. Do you know what. I tried
it for a season and it wasn't as it wasn't
what I thought it would be, And I'm going to
go back to because he is exceptional in that other position.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
So yeah, Peter, how big this off season is in
for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
It's huge.
Speaker 4 (18:33):
This is you know, you need to get Trevor Lawrence back,
you need to get him fit, you need to get
him firing, and you've got a new stadium you need
to get back into into relevance.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Really, what would you like to happen?
Speaker 4 (18:45):
Can I?
Speaker 2 (18:46):
Can? I say?
Speaker 3 (18:46):
I would?
Speaker 4 (18:47):
I think there should have been a clean sweep.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Brutal, brutal, Peter, Okay, before we let you go, Pete, Actually,
let's talk. Let's just talk playoffs for a second, key
as well. Let's just have this conversation. Were now into
that period, aren't we. The NFL playoffs is not that
long until the super Bowl in New Orleans. Let's get
your I'm going to say is early, but it's not
actually that early because we know who's going to be
in the playoffs.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Your super Bowl pick, please, Peter?
Speaker 4 (19:12):
That the heart, the heart says, let's have it. Let's
have a Bills Lions. Let's have a first time winner.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
That's what I've been saying, that's been saying up for
weeks because you know, no matter what then, the super
Bowl is going to be good. You know that the
atmosphere is going to be incredible. The heart says that.
What does the head say, Peter?
Speaker 4 (19:32):
The head says that the Kansas City Chiefs will somehow
be there again. The Bills will somehow be cursed again
in the playoffs and that the Philadelphia will be a
repeat of what three years ago and the Eagles and
the Chiefs.
Speaker 3 (19:48):
Okay, the Ravens is nowhere there.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
No, no, Well, they've got the They've got a nine
to three record against winning teams. I can't rule out
the Ravens. You're right, but all right, no, I'll throw
the Ravens in there. You know, I'd love to see it.
I would love to see lamar Win. But but that's
the same for Josh Allen as well.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
Key, I don't care. I think the Jags have still
got a chance. No, do you know what I was
saying from halfway through the season, I would love to
see what You know, when you start to think the
Jag season isn't looking great, you start to think about, Okay,
well who do I get to root for in the
(20:30):
playoffs if it's not going to be the Jags? And
to be honest, I like I like the Lions. I
like that whole story. I like the rebuild. I like
what they've been doing this season. It just that feels
nice to me. I like the Lions for it.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
Yeah, I think that the Lions are a very much a.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
Neutral pick a blue story.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
Yeah, I think that the story is good, and I
think that Dan Campbell is quite a likable guys as
a head coach, isn't he?
Speaker 2 (20:58):
And I'm going to get and then comes to Jacksonville
Jacksonville so actually, and.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Then he wins a second ring two years in a row.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
There you go. I like it. I like you.
Speaker 1 (21:08):
Peter, you could come back on. You could come back on. Peter,
Thank you so much for joining us. And for the record,
I am going Bill's Lions Super Bowl as well. The heart,
the heart is stronger than the head. Cheers, Peter.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
Just to say the opinions of Peter Carline from the
Athletic are not associated with the Jaguars organization in any way.
Speaker 3 (21:29):
Oh, not surprised. It's like it's like there's an asterisk
thinking is allowed. Yeah, of course it is. It'd be
a concern, agument, was it. Thanks so to Peter for
coming on. I mean, end of season.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
That was a good chat. It was nice to have
some outside thoughts as well.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
Yeah, I think so, especially when it comes to over
the next few weeks. Actually, it could be even over
the next month or so, depending on what you know. Happens,
you know, with the head coaching search, what jag should
be looking for and all of that, So it's good
to get somebody else on it. Speaking of the end
of the season, Key, it is also the end of
(22:07):
the season for the NFL for our NFL show, our
Janquars NFL Show over on sky Sports NFL, which means,
I'm assuming it's a big one and if it's not,
do your job better, Kish, Sorry, sorry, what's going on me.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
This week? It is a big one obviously, end of
the season and also big news coming out of Jacksonville
on Monday, so there's a lot of discussion about the future.
JP and Tonia are giving some very interesting opinions definitely
worth tuning in for. And MiCT as always, is a
(22:47):
really really good one for the end of the season,
and that is on sky Sports NFL Wednesday at nine pm,
repeated it throughout the week and then all of the
bits broken down onto the Jaguars UK YouTube channel.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Can I say, I know it's been a really big
week for the Jacksonville Jaguars, like a really important week,
like a lot of you know.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
Stuff, is it? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Now I try, I've got to say the one thing
that I am sure that ninety nine percent of the
listeners this podcast have been waiting for is to find
out the final standings, the final standings on our dediction table.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
You've waited till the end of the episode to keep
people listening, to keep exactly going on. That's exact main
news that people are after, isn't it.
Speaker 1 (23:30):
They were listening to this stuff about Doug Peters and thinking,
all right, come.
Speaker 3 (23:32):
On, get to it, get to it, get to it.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
We predicted, we have predicted schoolline every single week here
until talk, and the winner of the standings gets to
steal a bit of Jaguars merchandise from the other person. Now,
about half a season through, it looked like I was
(23:57):
going to win it. But in the end, I did.
I did, I did. I did still within it, I
did still win it. The final standings key with four?
How many wins did the Jags get this this year?
Speaker 2 (24:13):
Four?
Speaker 1 (24:14):
Okay, you can see what happened there, the special guests
or the fan every single week they got five and
I got seven, which means that I get to pick
a bit of Jags merchandise.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
Treacherous victory.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
It is a little bit, isn't it I did. I'm
not a few of them. I felt guilty. Let's let's
go through what you've got because you can watch us
on YouTube. By the way, if you're watching this on YouTube,
you can watch it on YouTube and you can see keys.
Uh you know background right now, which is choker block
full of jags merchandise.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
Sorry behind you. Can you just talk us through a
few of them?
Speaker 2 (24:49):
Yeah? So on this side here is my favorite, which
is a bespoke sideway.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
Why would you tell me that was favorite? I get
to steal something a lot of money.
Speaker 2 (25:07):
I think you're a nice guy and you'll make the
right decision.
Speaker 3 (25:10):
JA, that's all right.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
It's something that would fit in the post like the
size of a postage stand. That's bespoke artwork. It is
Trevor Lawrence with the Stadium of the Future, but in
a cyberpunk style because I like eighties stuff.
Speaker 3 (25:28):
What else we got Over this.
Speaker 2 (25:30):
Side, you've got a trip tick, which is three individual
bespoke artworks of Trevor Lawrence, Tony Biselli and Josh heinz Allan.
Then over here you've got my bespoke because it's all bespoke,
nice stuff.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
Don't take it off me.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
And then here you've got my little Trevor Lawrence figurine.
That that's my favorite.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
That actually, let's have a look at the figurine. Let's
have a look. Can you can you put it to
the camera through Trevor Lawrence.
Speaker 2 (26:06):
It is, but it's actually my daughters.
Speaker 3 (26:10):
Would you tell me that?
Speaker 2 (26:11):
She said to me, why don't you give that one
to j j would like that one. And his name
is Julia. She's really named him Julia.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
You're so scared of losing all your bespoke stuff that
you are actually trying to throw trying to throw the
big dog under the bus.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
If you're asking me to choose between my bespoke artwork
and my daughter j then.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
Yeah, all right, I'm gonna have the figurine. I'm gonna
have a figurine. If that makes me an awful person,
I'm an awful person.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
It's easier to post. Let's say that that's the reason.
Speaker 1 (26:43):
But do you know what, do you know what we
can do is we can make that trophy that is
it is now the trophy and we're going to have
that every single year so that if you want to
if you want to try and get into your daughter's
good books again. You need to be better at predicting
so you can win that back next season.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
And little Trevor forward slash Julia might make his way
around the country if a fan wins then gets both.
Speaker 1 (27:10):
Yeah, exactly, exactly, all right, we're calling him little Trevor.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
No, I think we should call him Julia.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
All right, Julia is on the way to me bride
a place in my background.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
You were right not to assume gender, but there we go.
Speaker 3 (27:23):
Yes, I feel quite kind of proud of myself.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
No, you did very well, joy well done, Key, that is.
But we're not.
Speaker 3 (27:30):
We're not the end of the season. We're done.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
It's the end of the season, but it's not the
end of us.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
At the end of us, which is always good to know.
We're going to be back in a few weeks time,
aren't we at the end of the month? Where we
are we might have news, we might have been news.
We're excited. It's going to be a big off season
for the Jacksonville Jankuis and we're going to be along
for the ride, aren't we.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Key, We certainly are. We certainly are. You said your
super Bowl to go back on it, you said you're
who you was going to be in the Super Bowl.
Who are you rooting for to take it?
Speaker 1 (28:01):
I have no preference Key Jacksonville Jaguars. I root for
them to be in the Super Bowl. We'll end the
podcast that way.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
The broadcaster, all.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Right, we'll talk in partnership with Gallagher has been a
shooting sharp production for Jacksonville Jaguars UK and Ireland. Go
subscribe on your podcast, Go subscribe on your audio.
Speaker 3 (28:20):
We'll be back.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
It's been a few weeks time.
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Buck
