President Trump released intelligence materials connected to the 2020 election. But what do those documents actually establish—and what remains unproven?

In this episode, Joe Pags sits down with former CIA officer Gary Berntsen to follow the intelligence trail and separate documented evidence from firsthand knowledge, unresolved allegations, and claims that still require further investigation.

Gary explains:

  • What the released materials say
  • What intelligence agencies knew and when they knew it
  • What he personally witnessed during his career
  • What the evidence can—and cannot—prove
  • Which questions Congress and the intelligence community still need to answer

This is a discussion about accountability, intelligence, election security, and the difference between a released document, a firsthand account, and an unresolved allegation. Joe and Gary examine the record without treating every claim as an established fact.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The President looked at the American people, he looked at
the world, basically because of being broadcast everywhere, and he said,
We've got proof.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Over a period of years, starting during the twenty twenty
election cycle, the People's Republic of China carried out what
is believed to be the largest compromise of election data
in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of two hundred
and twenty million US voter files. That information includes names, addresses,

(00:31):
phone numbers, political party preferences, and other sensitive data that
would be needed to register to vote and engage in
other nefarious activities, which is exactly what was happening.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
President walked out. He says he has proof, does.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
He He has proof? He has plenty of proof.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
You and I talked about this in February. You were
hoping that the inside circle to President Trump would get
wind of exactly what it was that you and Ralph
of uncovered. And I gotta know, did that word get
to them? Is this because of your work what we
saw last night?

Speaker 3 (01:06):
It is, but it's part of what we did and
what others have done. There's other people that recognize that
the twenty twenty election was stolen and that there are
stolen elections going on across the world. You know, the
story goes back, of course to Venezuela in the beginning.
They create their original source code, They get the hardware

(01:29):
from Italy, from Olavetti. They steal the first elections there,
and this thing spreads out into the United States and
it goes from Smartmatic to Sequoia, from Sequoia to Dominion,
and then Dominion controls elections in the United States and
smart Medica has the world. They're role using the Venezuelan software.

(01:51):
But what the President talked a lot about last night
was China, because China was the partner of the Venezuelan
s they provided the hardware.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Gary got to know, can you unpack what he would
saying that I didn't look at everything on the on
the website yet I will this weekend. I'll do a
deep dive. What allegation specifically was he making about China
last night?

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Well, the Chinese. They have evidence that the Chinese hacked
into the United States of voter registrations and took at
least two hundred and twenty identities. You know, you know,
and and you know their social Security numbers.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
There voting twenty million, right, two.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Hundred and twenty million, and it's like, you know, all
the people now and the people have been dead for
the last twenty years right now that are that are voters,
you know, and because we don't have two undred twenty
voters right now, but if you take the last twenty years,
they've just taken them all, right, And and so he
was able to demonstrate that foreign actors are interested in
manipulating the American electoral system and that they have used

(02:51):
their state you know, intelligence capabilities, technical abilities to do so,
and they've intervened. And so the you know, the Chinese
got caught with a very very big theft over two
hundred million. You know, we and I had mentioned to
you when we met earlier and when we were when
you interviewed me earlier, that you know, we had recruited

(03:12):
engineers from Venezuela, the engineers that built the source code,
the engineers that operated the system, the engineers that we
brought here, and they testify. But part of the problem
was in the United States, inside of Trump's own government,
inside of Trump's own DNI and Trump's own CIA, people
were there blocking There are large numbers of people still

(03:37):
in the government who are on the payroll of the
Cuban Intelligence Service, and the Venezuelans and leftist organizations that
would do anything to stop President Trump, to stop the
con any kind of conservative movement. They want to destroy
our republic. And this is a battle for the future

(03:57):
of America if the public own. The republic will only
survive if we are able to defend free and fair
elections and allow a people, the American people, to express
themselves at the ballot box on who they who wants,
you know, we want to lead us in a free
and open society.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
This is a former CIA senior operations officer. He's a
whistleblower from the CIA. It's Gary Burnson. The book is
called Stolen Elections to take Down of Democracies Worldwide by
Ralph Paluzzo. So going get to that Pazzulo. We actually
have the ls and disease backward on here. So it's pezzulak.
I'm Italian, I should know how to pronounce Ralph's name.
All that said, let's let's pare down some of what

(04:42):
you just said. The President last night alleged exactly what
you just said. There were inside actors in the White House,
in the inner circle, in the staff, in the in
the FBI, in the.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
D n I A.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
All of that.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Yes, that that.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Were literally giving him the daily intelligence report, that they
were lying about the we're not telling him the real intelligence.
Fill me in on that. How does that work?

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Well, what happens is is, you know, the CIA was
created in nineteen forty seven with a law called the
National Security Act of nineteen forty seven. It created the
Air Force, the NSC, the CIA, and the CIA's purpose
is to take all source collection that means open stuff,
clandestine stuff, intercept, put it together and present it to
policy makers so that a chief executive can make the

(05:25):
single best decisions for the nation. And so we have
a clandestine service of which I was a senior officer,
and they go out into the field and they collect
the information. But you have analysts in Washington that take
that clandestine reporting and with other reporting, diplomatic, open source research,
put it all together, and the president gets a report

(05:46):
every day called the PDB, the President's Daily Brief, Right,
And there are other intelligence products like the National Intelligence
Daily that are produced that go to maybe the top
two hundred people in the government. But the fact is
is those people that were producing those documents, were manipulating them.
They were they were changing, they were they were admitting

(06:08):
reporting certain things, watering things down, using what they call
their you know, analytic trade craft to lie. They didn't
want the president to know the truth. Look in twenty twenty,
the President came out and said, hey, I believe the
elections stolen, and you had people like Seese and the
CIA said it was an honest election, which was a
bloody lie. The CIA and the intelligence community in twenty twenty,

(06:34):
led by many of the people that are still there now,
lied their asses off because they wanted to. They wanted
Trump out of office, and they participated in a coup.
That's what they did. They it was treason what they did.
The fact is is if someone gets elected president of
the United States and they're from a political party I

(06:55):
don't like, I continue to serve, you know, I mean,
this is this is the deal here in America. And
they were willing to do anything to stop Donald Trump
and they would lie, cheat, steal. And the problem is
that the intelligence community has become politicized, you know, in
the old days, you know, let's go back, like almost
fifty years to Watergate. Richard Nixon wanted to use employ

(07:19):
the CIA to help cover up Watergate, and Vernon Walters
was the deputy director of CIA, had been a three
star general in the army, he'd been an attache abroad,
was with Nixon years before. He blocked Nixon. He wouldn't
let him do that because he didn't want the CIA compromise.
The CIA has become politicized and compromise. Look for someone

(07:41):
like me, and I'm a purist in the intel business.
I believe that we don't make policy. We go out
and collect the most difficult information provided the policy makers
so that they can make decisions. You know, they changed
the system after nine to eleven. They created a DNI
and they put them in the cabinet. They never should
have done that. Don't need to have an intelligence officer

(08:02):
in that in the bloody cabinet, right the intelligence chief
talk talks directly to the President of United States, Secretary
of State, other people like that. But you don't need
him in the cabinet. That's not a cabinet position. That's
that they're not they're not supposed to be policy makers.
But we've done that. That was a response to nine
to eleven. They thought, oh, we could do a better job.

(08:22):
Let's let's put somebody in charge of it. Let's make
this dn I. It was just the addition of more bureaucracy.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
It is Gary Bernson INFORMACYI Senior Operations official. He also
is the whistleblower when it comes to the election stuff.
The book is called Stolen Elections, written by Ralph Pezzulo.
Go and get that right now. It's very interesting. All
you just said is very interesting. But Watergate jumped out
at me because Watergate was a nothing burger. And here's
what I mean for those watching and listening, it's a
couple of like four or five dorks that broke into

(08:51):
the DNC to find out what the what the whole
strategy was for the upcoming election. Really stupid. If Nixon
doesn't try to hide it all, he's fine, he doesn't
get he doesn't reside.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
Is worse than the crime.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Oh absolutely, But compared to this, Garry, if what President
Trump said is true, if what you're saying is true,
I have no reason not to believe you. This is treason,
This is high crimes. Are we going to see some
people and handcuffs? I mean, this is a matter of
making elections unfair and selecting and pending the leadership of

(09:23):
the free world is somebody that you felt like handing
it to. That's a problem.

Speaker 3 (09:28):
It is a gigantic problem. The combination of the election
theft by the Venezuelans and the Chinese and our enemies
allied together, aligned with the left, George Soros and the left,
and you combine that with these activities of people inside
the National Security Council and the White House. This is

(09:50):
the greatest crime against the United States since the Civil War. Wow,
this is the greatest grift we have ever seen. And
the left is determined to suppress. That's why the several
t at television stations may mainstream media last night wouldn't
carry the president's speech. They're so determined to block the

(10:14):
American public from understanding what occurred because they know what occurred.
They know.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Are you turning sixty five this year? Well, happy birthday.
One of the things you get for your birthday, I'm
not sure how much of a present it is is
Medicare and the opportunity to look through some questionnaire that
you don't really know the answers to, and it gets
confusing and you might be on the wrong plan. You've
got to get an advisor, somebody who's going to look
out for you the organization. I always suggest this chapter.
They do it right every single time. In fact, chapter

(10:42):
dot org slash PAGs. Go there right now to find
out more about this chapter is going to help you out.
They're going to point plane tell you this is wrong,
this is a bad plan, it's costing you too much money.
Or it might say you're on the right plan and
that's going to save you time and money too. You
set up a phone call with them, takes less than
twenty minutes, and on average, Americans on Medicare are saving

(11:03):
eleven hundred dollars. It's a simple call. Your chapter advisor
is going to look at your doctors, your prescriptions, what
actually matters to you, what you desire in your plan,
and they're going to help you out. There are tens
of thousands of plans available. Make sure you're on the
right one. Get with chapter right now. Ask chapter dot
org slash PAGs. Ask chapter dot org slash PAGs right now.

(11:24):
It's the story of the century. And I used to
be a television news anchor. I'd be all over this.
This should be the lead story for the next two years.
Having said that, the President said, a lot of these
media people, these legacy media people, were on the payroll.
The President said, they were being handed big chunks of money.
So were intellagents, so were others. Again, you're getting paid

(11:45):
to commit trees that in my opinion on the country,
what happens to these people is treason too far, Am
I saying the wrong word?

Speaker 3 (11:53):
No? No, let me just say something. Treason is a
is a word it and there's a crime that we
sort of inherited from British law, and it's only treason
during a time of war. So people who commit these
sorts of acts as we know it, well we charge
them under the Espionage Act or some other sedition. But

(12:17):
you know, under treason, you know you should. You're you're
able to execute somebody. You know, in a time of war,
if someone works for the enemy, you can execute them.
But right now we're not in a Maybe if someone
got caught spying for the Iranians right now while we're
in a shooting war of them, that's treason. We could
shoot them. We might be able to execute them under
the law, but it's not treason unless we're in a

(12:38):
state of war.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
Legally, so it could be could It's good, it's espionage,
it's all of that stuff, right.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
It's espion as we have the Espionage Act, the sedition.
But let me let me explain something else. We understood
what this was early on. My business partner, hy mister
Martine rue Deal, and we went to the CIA because
we you know, I'm a I'm somebody that grew up
in the agency. I spent you know, over two decades
there and I trusted them, and I went to them

(13:06):
and showed them this was before twenty twenty. Look, this cartel,
this gigantic transnational criminal cartel called the Cartel de los
Solis is operating and doing these unbelievable things. And it's
a two point seven trillion dollar criminal enterprise. Wow, and
we've been collecting on it and you need to fight it.

(13:27):
And their response was it's too big for us, mister Burnson, Oh,
come on, and you should just stay with the Department
of Justice, and it's just too big for us. And
I was like, what are you talking about. I'm a
guy that invaded Afghanistan with a handful of guys in
twenty twenty. Hell, you talking about what am I supposed
to call the Salvation Army, the boy Scouts to help me.

(13:47):
You the damn CIA, get off your asses.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
But they didn't want to. There was nowhere we want
to because they were in on it.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
And so we gave them the results of some of
our findings. And then as we learned about election fraud
and after and we assembled all that together, we went
to a senior FBI officer and said, here's what we have.
This is how they're stealing elections. We went to Washington,
d C. Met with a very senior person, and that
person turned to us and we were in a law

(14:13):
firm and said, mister Burnson, you and mister Rodeal need
to flee the city because if my supervisors at FBI
headquarters find out what you're doing, they're going to pursue you,
destroy your investigation, and put you in jail. They'll wind away.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (14:28):
And so so I literally wound up leaving the United
States and living in Switzerland for a year so that
my efforts against these the cartel and the election companies
wouldn't be interrupted by the FBI. And so, you know, look,
I'm a veteritan. I was in the United States Air
Force too, you know, four years in the military, twenty

(14:48):
three years in the CIA.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
You know.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
Then I served in Gido, you know, during the Afghan War,
working on roadside bombs while my son was over there
fighting with the eighty second. I've committed myself to this
country and the fact that they were pursue me was
just so offensive.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
You know, it's Gary, go ahead.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
So you know, the point is is we have some
terrible rot in the country. We have had spies, and
we have gone to them. So just recently within five months,
I and another senior CIA officer guy that was the
chief of station. I was a chief of station a
bunch of places, but this guy was the chief of
station in Havana. We went and walked into the CIA

(15:30):
and we met with the senior people in counterintelligence and
we told them who is spying. We know the names
of at least a dozen of these people, and we
gave them to them. And then their response to us
was they took all the information that we had and
they said, well, the FBI will contact you. They wrote
me a note and said, because of the sensitivity and

(15:52):
the complexity, we can't work on it. We're giving it
to the FBI, which is just total insanity. Yes, and
they they have never called us back. Now, let me
just go back for a second. Three years ago. Manuel
roacha who was the American ambassador to Bolivia, and he
was the political counselor to south Comb. Southcomb the Southern

(16:16):
Command that handles all defense in the South. But he
was as an ambassador attached to Southcomb for about five
years as a senior advisor to the commander of Southcomb.
We identified him as a spy working for the Cubans,
not the FBI, not the goddamn CIA. Me and my
business partner, right, and so we went to the FBI

(16:36):
and Puerto Rico, sat down with them with two CI
officers counter intelligence, and hammered that out with them. They
put the package together. They got the US attorney there,
who's a great guy, to do a referral to Miami.
Miami got a Cuban FBI officer to play the role
of a Cuban intelligence officer. He made contact with Manuel

(16:59):
Roach like they were turning them back on again because
he'd worked for them soon and he fell for it,
and he conducted three two hour meetings which were taped,
where he confessed to being a spy for Cuba for
over thirty years.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
What happened to him?

Speaker 3 (17:15):
Oh, he's in prison. He's in prison. But the point
was was, it wasn't the damn FBI, it wasn't the CIA.
These lazy, stupid people aren't doing their jobs. Some of
them are lazy and stupid. The others are smart. They're
working for the Cubans and they're directing in the other places. Look,
we have a terrible counterintelligence problem right now. Yeah, a

(17:39):
terrible problem.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
Well, I'm going to ask well, Gary, I'm going to
ask you how you solve that problem in a minute.
But I want to get back on track as far
as which countries are now implicated because of what's on
White House dot Gover's Gary Burnson going get the book.
It's called Stolen Elections, written by Ralph Pazzulo, and it's
an amazing The first conversation we had was amazing to
me because I was like, I had no idea any
of this was going on. I know that you mentioned,

(18:01):
we know that China's implicated now two hundred twenty million
voter registration rolls. That's sick. They're also connected with Venezuela
that had the machines. Italy is somehow connected, is Iran? Connected.
Is that why there's an operation going on in Iran?
I mean, how far does this go? Are there multiple
countries that we haven't even named yet? Well, what is
the mechanism? China has the voter registrations, Venezuela has the machines.

(18:22):
They have the ability to infiltrate the machines. According to
Trump and according to you, what was the mechanism? How
did they do this?

Speaker 3 (18:29):
Venezuela began with the software. They built the source code.
The first hardware they used was out of Italy. They
bought lottery machines from Olavetti and touchscreens, and then they
transitioned them into election machines and stole their first election
in two thousand and four, the requel election. They would
upgrade in technology over time, and they would do that

(18:51):
with the Chinese.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
So, for those who don't know, in Venezuela, the Maduro
didn't win, but then all of a sudden he won, right, well.

Speaker 3 (18:56):
This was he was actually ye understand something, Maduro not Maduro.
But let's go to It started with Hugo Chavez, right,
He tried to coop in ninety three, it failed, he
went to jail, he was released, ran for office in
nineteen ninety eight one legally in the recall election. He
knew he was in trouble. The Cubans told them. And
so they flipped what was going to be a sixty

(19:17):
forty loss to a sixty forty win.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
And the Carter Center was down there said, this is
the most wonderful election ever. These machines are wonderful. Holy cow. Right.
And so then they then they stole elections in places
like we.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
They surprise it worked, Gary. Were they surprised it worked?

Speaker 3 (19:34):
No, they were thrilled. They knew it was going to work.
Good engineers. They had three US Venezuelan engineers that were
trained at Simone Boulevard, which is linked to MIT. They
knew what they were doing. They knew exactly what they
were doing. And you know, they controlled the ground, They
had the government, they had the people there. They could
they fixed it. They rigged it, and then if you complained,
they could throw you in jail or worse. And so

(19:56):
what would happen is is they entered the US market
first as Smart Mattic and they entered into Cook County.
In Cook County, big surprise. That's where you know, Kennedy
sold the election from Nixon, you know, in nineteen sixty.
But they went there in two thousand and eight, two
thousand and six, in two thousand and eight, and then
they also were in New Jersey and a congresswoman named

(20:19):
Carol and Maloney wrote a letter to Secretary of Treasury
John Snow saying, hey, these Venezuelans are here. They're stealing elections.
And she named the technology. She must she had a
very good source, and so Scyphius went after them. That's
a body, a congressional body that does investigations and foreign
investments in the US. And so they were forced them
to sell the company to you know, they were forced

(20:40):
to sell to a company called Sequoia. They've been running
elections for years, but Scyphius investigated them there and they
had to get rid of it. And so what happens
is Ultimate is Dominion, a company in Toronto, Canada that
had been a startup up there had been around for
eight years and only one run one election, a local

(21:00):
election in Toronto, winds up, you know, buying the company
and they get the hardware from Smartmatic and they've got
the machines. Now all they've got to do is integrate
the software and so this company, Dominion will use the
software in this technology in the United States and Smartmatic

(21:23):
con continues as an entity in Venezuela, but it becomes
a global entity. So they sign an agreement where Smartmatic
will run elections slash steal elections globally and then Dominion
will run elections slash steal elections in the United States.
So they have an agreement between the two of them,
and this is so they divide it up that way.

(21:46):
The Chinese begin manufacturing the hardware for all of this
technology in Red China, sixty miles from Beijing. They ship
the hardware to Taiwan, and then Taiwan they white label
it as manufactured in Taiwan, and they manufacture all this

(22:06):
stuff for all these companies. Wow, you know, it's just
not Smartmatic. There's other companies here. I don't want to
say their names because I don't want to be sued
by them right now, but there's a couple of other
election companies.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Hold on, so you're not afraid to be sued by
by Sequoia, Dominion or Smartmatic.

Speaker 3 (22:21):
Well the other company. No, Look, we've had this book
out for a year. We have all the evidence on them.
We have their engineers, we have their damn source code.
Nobody's suing me.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
Did they threaten you that? Did they threaten you?

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Oh? They wrote us a letter. They wrote me a letter.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
But you better stop it.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
I mean, man, like, what are you kidding me? You know,
please sue me. I wish they would do me a
favor in sue me so we can go to Discovery
together and then I can counter sue them. But they
won't sue me.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
Gary, let me, let me. Let me ask you a
question that I think a lot of people watching and
listening want to know. The introview. It's Gary Burnson, former
CIA A senior operations officer. He's the guy that blew
the whistle on all this election hijen, SIT's go going on?
When we're watching this go on? In your heart? You
know this from your research, but in your heart of hearts?
Are they doing it because they think they're right? Are
they doing it for power and control? Are they doing

(23:11):
it because they think that they know best for the
rest of us? And that's why your cragise doesn't matter. Really,
what's the big reason?

Speaker 3 (23:18):
Look, it's money, it's ideology. But listen, I'm not the
lone ranger. I got a business not partner by the
name of Martin Rodeal right, and also mister Patrick Burne
jumped in with us, and Patrick put his fortune on
the line. He spent tens of millions of dollars helping
us recruit these engineers. Patrick was with those engineers in
different places. He did a he played a big role.

(23:38):
Mike Flynn came in and helped us, came out and
met with the engineers. So there are other people in
the country. Martin and I were business partners and as whistleblowers,
and then there's a small group of people that joined
us and helped us. But there's something that I have
to tell you please, is that they in the United

(23:59):
State USAID was funding an entity called STEPS, the Consortium
for Election Production you know at Cepps, Okay, And they
spent six point nine billion dollars on it, and essentially
it paid for Smartmatic to steal elections globally. So tax

(24:21):
your tax dollars and my tax dollars were dispersed from
USAID over to STEPS that was created by George Soros
and his people, and then that helped steal elections in
at least seventy countries around the world pay for that.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
It's always a fun time to take the family to
the movies. But why spend thirty dollars when you can
save a bunch of money and get better programming and
better entertainment. Why not join the Angel Guild For just
fifteen dollars a month. You're gonna get two free tickets
to see Young Washington in theaters this Independence Day, plus
tickets to future Angel theatrical releases, and full access to
Angel streaming Library. It's one of the best entertainment values

(24:57):
I've seen in a very long time. Now, let's talk
about movie in theaters this Independence Day. Young Washington tells
the story of George Washington before he became a general,
before he became president, and before he became a legend.
At just twenty years old, Washington faced failure, setbacks, and
near death experiences that would have broken most people. Instead,
those challenges forged the leader who would help secure America's

(25:20):
independence and future. It's a powerful story of Resilien's faith
and purpose. Join the Guild today, save a bunch of money,
get great programming, great entertainment. Receive your two free tickets
right now by visiting Angel dot com. Slash PAGs angel
dot com slash PAGs do it right now. It's Gary Bertson.
He a former CIA senior operations official. Also go and

(25:41):
get the book called Stolen Elections, written by Ralph Pezzulo.
This is an unbelievable day. And again, as I said,
this is the biggest story I think probably of the century,
and I'm glad it's getting uncovered. Immediately the left started saying, well,
he hasn't really substantiated. Well, he doesn't really prove anything.
Forget all that. Let's say that what you say is true.
And I believe you. What President Trump presented last night

(26:02):
is fact. I believe him. What happens now investigatively, does
the DOJ start arresting people, the FBI, the CIA, who
brings people to bear What happens now?

Speaker 3 (26:13):
First things first, we need to defend the midterm elections.
We went to them as soon as Trump got elected.
We went right into the DNA's office and in the
first two months we were over there three times briefing them.
But everybody slow walked everything. They didn't report the even
Tulsi that we were there. They weren't sharing the information
that we were giving them. They were trying to conceal

(26:35):
all the information. This is the DNA's office that the CIA,
of course, was at war with US. FBI officers were
told not to cooperate with US and to stand down
from contact with US. They did everything possible to block
US because they wanted to get up to the midterm,
because their goal is to steal the midterm in the
United States. So I'm not worried about prosecutions first, I'm

(26:58):
worried about protecting them midterm.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
Well, let me ask you this, with what he released
last night and what you put out there for years now,
can the president, because of actual evidence, actual proofs, say
you may not use those machines this November.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
Does he have the ability? Yeah, he does. He can
use PDD twenty one Presidential it's PPD President Policy Directive
twenty one. Okay, he doesn't even need the Save America Act.
And he can outlaw all electronic voting machines because they're
part of critical infrastructure. He has that power. He should
do that, and very quickly we need to transition over

(27:34):
to paper ballots, hand count paper ballot. If India could
do it for many, many years with a billion people,
I think we could manage it.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
We think so India, you know, has I think it's
six hundred thirty million voters. Actually, they have the lot
of people over there. They figure it out. They have
the count that night. So let me ask you about
what's going on now. Is California implicated in any of this?
Why do they take a month and a half to
count votes?

Speaker 3 (27:57):
You know, ironically, when they up the war, when they
cut up the world, smart Manic and dominion smart Matic
did remain only in one place in the United States,
and that's Los Angeles County. No, no way, Smartmatic District.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Yes, we said this recent election for mayor was smart Manic.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
Yes, of course it is. While the president of smart
Manic is in jail down to Miami and they're still
using machine and they're still using their machines. Of course.

Speaker 1 (28:23):
I mean you saw this. You saw that the third
place person conceded the night of and then she became
second place within a week or nine days, and Special
Pratt suddenly is out. Is there a way to retroactively
go back and see what the machines did? Or I
know that there's no wherewithal there. They don't want to.
Gavenusrom doesn't want to. Karen masth doesn't want to, but
can you?

Speaker 3 (28:42):
Technologically depends on the in the method of theft. There's
lots of methods of theft. Like I had explained to
others that there are fourteen different technologies that they put
inside the machines, in the hardware that go after the tabulator,
go after the scanners, go after the you know, the
brain of the computer. There's all sorts of entries. There's

(29:03):
there's multiple ways to steal this thing. Uh, they've you know,
they I explained also too. You know, it's like this
is the science of elections theft. So it's stealing elections
and defeating audit. So I'll give you this something. Audit's
important because what they'll do is is when you have
the absentee ballots, they're put on a scanner right takes

(29:23):
a picture and it saves it saves the picture, saves
a picture, and when it gets to save it and
put it in for the count, they put all hundred
of these ballots together and then it disappears. And what
they were doing was they were running our elections from
from Belgrade, Serbia on servers there and then they would send
in a new picture from there and it would have
one hundred votes for Joe Biden. And you know, and

(29:46):
and then if you did an audit, you weren't allowed
to look at the physical ballots in the box you're
on an audit, You're only allowed to look on the machine.

Speaker 1 (29:56):
The machine one that produces it. The machine is which
is the one that was.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
Made by the Chinese, And and and and to make
things worse Joe, is that many of the companies are
private companies that do the audit the cartel, they also
own the companies that would do in the audit.

Speaker 1 (30:13):
So going into Venezuela, you and I can agree that
the president went and got Maduro because he was the
leader of this cartel and they had a lot to
do with the elections.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
It was part of it. That and the massive drug
smuggling bowl. Look, that cartel sold two point seven trillion
dollars and has been conducting offensive operations with our enemies
against us. So that's why they went down and took
Nicholas Maduro. And they need to remove Delsi and the
rest of them because they're very bad people.

Speaker 1 (30:43):
Yeah, well, she's played all right now. I mean she's
saying yes or no, sir right now. But you're right.
She was his vice.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
No no, no, no, no, for a reason. She's lying every
day she says yes and then she does something else.
But the fact of the matter is this. Look, you know,
you know that the president has not been well served.
People have not told him the true about everything. If
you had to go back in history and you looked
at Delsi Rodriguez and her brother Jorge Jorge Rodriguez, her
brother ran the CNE the electoral machines. He's the father

(31:09):
of these voting system Okay, her brother, but their father,
the two of them, when they were preteens, was a
guy named Jose Antonio Rodriguez, and he was a terrorist.
And he kept at an American citizen by the name
of Nighthouse and held him in the jungle and tortured him. Wow,

(31:29):
and and he was captured. They captured and saved Nighthouse.
But then and so her mother married somebody who she
married was Carlos the Jackal, the terrorists. He was a
Veneset whale. That was the guy that that So their
father was a terrorist, their stepfather was a terrorist. I mean,
you know this isn't you know? These people don't have
family values.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
You know, as we know, no, no, I get it
is there is there.

Speaker 3 (31:52):
A way to have a boyfriend? Was one of the
three engineers who who built the system.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
Well, I hope that the president Center circle knows this
is there a way to have are in for election Venezuela.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
Right now, it's gonna have to be on paper. Yeah,
they can't use the machines, of course not. They're gonna
you know, and when they have that, the winner will
be Maria Corina Machada, the Nobel Prize winner. Right. Her
numbers there are over eighty four percent. Dyelsey just spent
the last week or two before her the earthquakes traveling

(32:21):
around trying to you know, improve her image, and her
numbers are like fourteen percent. Yeah, and Maria Karina is
at eighty four percent.

Speaker 1 (32:27):
Well, nobody there is gonna want Yeah, nobody there's gonna
want to left over from from Maduro. Not not a chance.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
No, he's gotta go.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
She's a placeholder. But they have to have an election soon.
They've been taking too long. Let me finish with this, Gary,
we got to do this again because as this unfolds,
there's gonna be a lot more that comes out. And
you're the expert on this, and I really appreciate you
jumping on today. Let me finish with this. If you
had the ability to fix the inner sanctum of the
intelligence agencies in this country because they are dirty, they're politicized,

(32:54):
they're a star chamber. They don't take orders from anybody,
what do you do? Can do you start all over?
Can you just get rid of them and say here's
a new agency? What do you do?

Speaker 3 (33:02):
First off, I would take the do the director of Operations,
and I would tear it out of the CIA. I
would create a new what we call DSS, Director of
Strategic Services that will do operations. I would leave the
remainder of the CIA as a large analytical component. Okay.
Then I would create a counter intelligence service that does

(33:23):
nothing but hunt spies within our government. That is what
MI I five does in the UK. So I would
create an MI five type organization and I would have
a DSS and I would destroy the agency as it
exists now.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Is it fixable because it is massive?

Speaker 3 (33:40):
No, it's not fixable. You're going to have to start over.
You have so many people. They have failed at vetting people.
They have created a cadre of leftists that are in
power during the Obama administration, they partnered with our enemies
around the world. They partnered with the venez Zellans and
the Cubans, and they were, you know, assisting the Iranians.

(34:01):
They did things that they should be ashamed of.

Speaker 1 (34:03):
Do you think Obama knew?

Speaker 3 (34:05):
Of course, he knew. He was the architect of it all.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Well, Tulsey Gabbard said as much. But again, is he
because he was the president and he's got presidential immunity?
Can he not be touched?

Speaker 2 (34:16):
No?

Speaker 3 (34:16):
I don't think it's gonna be very difficult, But he bran.

Speaker 1 (34:18):
How about Clapper? How about you know down the lines?
How did it struck his page? Get off on what
these guys.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
Those guys are exposed. They should be charged.

Speaker 1 (34:26):
It is Gary Burns, and go get this book called
Stolen Elections written by Ralph Pezzulo. Gary, anything you want
to leave my audience with, because this is all very
very fresh. What do you think we're going to find
out in the coming days, weeks and months? And do
you think there will be safe this November to go
and vote.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
The president has the power to outlaw the machines, and
he should. Last night was the first step. And I
applaud him for declassifying the documents. This is going to
be a phased approach, and that's what I think he's doing.
It would be too much to have, you know, done
all the steps that need to be to be done.

(35:02):
So the first thing was present what the problem is,
and do a declassification. That was the first step. That
was fine. He's released some documents. He didn't claim that
Venezuela was stealing elections. But if you look at the documents,
some of those documents, and I can send you some
of them from the White House documents, those clearly showed
that they knew what the machine could do and what

(35:24):
they were doing. They knew that they were stealing elections.
And the very fact in twenty twenty that they did
not inform the president of these threats. When the president
lost his election, they participated in a coup. Yes, the
IC participated in a coup. They violated the law, they
violated their oaths. Shame on them. They should be fired,

(35:47):
they should dismantle the organization. They need to rebuild something new.

Speaker 1 (35:51):
Go get this book now. It's called Stolen Elections. It's
the research and the work done by this of this
man whistleblower Gary Berntson. Ralph Pazzulo wrote it. And who
was your partner again, I don't want to leave Martinez.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
Caine, Rodeal and there are other people. And then Patrick Byrne.
You can't forget him. He was big in it. General
Mike Flynn, Colonel Phil Waldron, you know, the Colonel Conrad Reynolds.
There's a lot of guys that stepped up and helped
us and carried, you know, carried our packs together. We
all put our shoulder to the wheel. And for the
last couple of years we've been at war with the IC.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
Do you feel like indicated?

Speaker 2 (36:23):
Gary?

Speaker 3 (36:24):
Against us?

Speaker 1 (36:24):
You feel vindicated?

Speaker 3 (36:27):
You know I wasn't looking for vindication. I have children
and grandchildren. I need them to live in a free country.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Yes, that's what this is about, exactly right. This is
about go get the book Stolen Elections, Gary. I appreciate
the time and the access. Say let's do it again
very soon, my friend. Thank you, God bless you. Joe,
thank you right back at you. That's it for this one.
