Speaker 1 (00:05):
Appoche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Welcome to your evening mantra.
If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax

(00:31):
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention
to your breath, drawing your breath down into your heart.

(00:56):
Motivation is a muscle. The more we use it, the
stronger it gets. Its strongest in the morning and wanes
by the end of the day when we tire. We

(01:21):
can build this muscle by continually working towards our goals
even when we don't feel like it, especially when we
don't feel like it. The more we move through boredom

(01:43):
and slumps, the more we realize how temporary and fleeting
these feelings are. And once you get going and keep going,
the motivation starts to carry you through instead of you

(02:09):
digging for the motivation. Today's mantra, I build on my motivation.
Repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind,
I build on my motivation. Follow us on Instagram at

(02:35):
