Speaker 2 (00:15):
Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your morning Mantra.
In our busy lives, we often rush from one task
to the next without pausing. Today's meditation is about taking
a moment to acknowledge what you've just accomplished. No matter
how big or small. Your morning mantra, I pause to

(00:38):
acknowledge my progress. Let's begin.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

(01:09):
to your breath, breathing into the space between your eyebrows.
Bring to mind something you've just completed or recently completed.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Maybe it was a small task, maybe it was hard,
or maybe you've just woken up and completed a sleep cycle.
Or maybe you've recently completed something big, maybe something that
feels like nothing special. Whatever it was, trust that it matters.

(01:57):
You showed up, you've followed through, you completed, you accomplish.
Absorb this, whatever it was for you. Let a gentle
wave of gratitude wash over you for the effort, the focus,

(02:22):
and the energy that you gave. This is the moment
to integrate before moving on to the next today's mantra,
I pause to acknowledge my progress. Repeat to yourself, either

(02:44):
out loud or in your mind. I pause to acknowledge
my progress, bringing your awareness to your breath and back
to the space around you. Slowly open your eyes to

(03:06):
increase self awareness and growth. I invite you to listen
to this evening's reflection. You can also deepen your practice
with me on inside tim or find the link in
