Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray. Most of you are morning mantra.
Our goals and dreams don't require dramatic leaps. Often it's
the little adjustments made consistently that take us where we
want to go. Today's meditation is about gentle, coarse correction.

Your morning mantra, I make small adjustments towards my dreams.
Let's begin.

If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

to your breath, drawing your breath down into your belly.

Small shifts in your day, tiny actions, tiny decisions, can
guid us closer to our dreams. I invite you, as
you go about your day to simply follow joy. In

each moment, ask does this feel joyful? What do I
need to do to move towards more joy? And following
the answer in every moment, we have the chance to

adjust our direction to feel more inspired, to choose joy,
and over time, these many adjustments add up creating our
