My very own first podcast episode. I am a single indigenous/scottish/german mom to two boys. My oldest passed away at 15 years and my youngest is now 12 years old. My boys and I have endured 5 major losses and 6 including my son. I have lived a life of abuse and was diagnosed with CPTSD, ADHD, General anxiety, and major depression at the time of my sons father's death and 6 months before my oldest passed away. My oldest son was diagnosed in jail with oppositional defiance disorder and my yougest has epilepsy, neurodevelopmental disorder, and anxiety and depression.
I am here to share our story and inspire everyone on how to heal and overcome absolutely life crippling circumstances.
