column at all and in fact we only lease the the bottom per se. So it's sort of a strange

but really nice process and the anywhere from the Army Corps of Engineers to the Coast Guard
to the towns to the residents everyone has to is welcome to be a part of that permitting process.
So it is a very challenging process it's very involved but I think those are safeguards
because again it is a shared resource so not one person should come in and occupy hundreds of acres

of ocean for their own enterprise. Whatever the lease from one acre to a hundred has to ensure
that that public trust that commons is maintained. So anybody can passage through my lease,
