Gävles historieförfalskande och varumärkessnyltande måste få ett stopp.
Under snart 60 år har en Hälsingebock i halm byggs upp i Gävle – för att oftast brännas ned eller skadas på annat sätt. Nu senast förstördes den på ett fasanfullt sätt- den åts upp av fåglar in på bara träskelettet.
I detta premiäravsnitt av nystartade Hälsingepodden berättar vi bland annat om Hälsinglands och Hälsingebockens långa historia. Historien tar sin början redan på 800-talet och bocken har aldrig symboliserat Gästrikland eller Gävle – med ett undantag!
