Russia’s winter playbook, Ukraine’s power-grid crisis, and migration as a weapon. NATO’s five-year “Russia scare,” Tomahawk red lines, Solovyov and Burevestnik, and frontline drone warfare. Plus: Budapest’s “Don’t die for Ukraine” protests, the EU’s sanctions boomerang, U.S. meddling in Argentina’s midterms and Venezuela, and India sidestepping Washington’s oil squeeze. Smart-aleck analysis with a Russian-realist lens—savory, not sanitized.

would you call what I say?
Political in any way shape or fashion.
How can the truth be political?

(00:20):
I don't understand this Here on international flavor
where the truth just tastes better.
Don't you know?
Live from the Lake Ozark a real estate
of the art studio Please feel free to
phone in I might even answer five seven
three seven four six eight zero two-zero
or Send an email to live a damn

(00:43):
radio.com or Samuel T at international flavor
comm you Perhaps might be interested in listening
to old versions of all sorts of damn
radio content Which is everywhere out there for
your listening pleasure a damn radio.com forward
slash podcast or just maybe you'll like me
in particular and would like to listen to

(01:05):
International flavor all by its lonesome with no
interference from other content providers You can do
that at international flavor calm very good stuff
lots of old shows out there and plenty
to listen to and I don't know.
I'm kind of on a roll today.
There's been some Lots of interesting shows that

(01:29):
I went out and looked at and and
watched Maduro's days are apparently numbered according to
a senior US Republican, maybe they're gonna off
him That's you know here We go regime
change in that Malay or Maloo or however
you say his name the guy down in

(01:49):
Argentina Oh gee that place isn't corrupt is
it?
That place hasn't sold out to America has
it Quite kind of funny Let's see, but
he did secure Argentina's new melee I forgot
him.
I can't remember how to say it.
I used to know but these days I

(02:11):
don't He has secured a crucial Midterm victory
all by sucking up to Donald Trump and
hopefully getting some money from the u.s.
And from the INF here I and I
M F Interesting stuff meanwhile meanwhile the EU

(02:37):
policies are going to force Slovakians to heat
with wood according to pizza The Italian courts
have approved extradition of the Nord Stream suspect
Yeah, the Ukrainian genius who single-handedly took
out Nord Stream to all by his lonesome

(03:01):
Why don't we have a look at that
just because I find it hilarious and then
a little bit of commentary about how the
US is allegedly going to Outgun China with
its massive shipbuilding industry that is all rust
and no steel But you know these things

(03:24):
happen, so yeah, I said there was an
interesting article Man, I'm rambling all over the
place already, but there's one.
I want to tell you about rare earths
and little little mr.
Quizzy From who's like a trade ambassador to
China or something he's over there begging about
how China is taking rare earths and trying

(03:47):
to corner the market in kind of a
aggressive maneuver against the u.s. So they're
over this is what Trumpster is going over
there for right and so I've got a
little bit of commentary on that Military in
Britain are starting to Have all kinds of
talks about nuclear sharing with Germany of all

(04:09):
people how do you like that?
So Germany's gonna be in the nuclear power
zone before too long Israel was very upset
you know Netanyahu himself There was a symbolic
protest in Turkey By video that showed Netanyahu

(04:31):
hung from a crane in Turkey an effigy
fake of course nothing real and that was
entertaining the Louvre heist was an inside job
apparently and Zelensky according to Poland is ready
for three more years of war So something
extremely interesting, and I can't decide if I'm

(04:52):
gonna play a chunk of it for you,
or just summarize it because it was an
I don't know a unique look at War
in Ukraine, especially during the winter, okay?
the I Want to get and I copied

(05:15):
it on my phone Let me see if
I can pull it up here, but I
don't have any glasses hold on So you
get to hear the whole thing from little
old Sammy right here Tune in tonight, and
I will tell you what the scoop is
So where is that photo that I took?

(05:39):
That's not it Let us see You know
I got a new phone because my phone
crashed and I was all depressed over it
and now It's Now it works of course

(06:00):
you go get a new phone, and then
the first one freaking works How irritating and
frustrating is that?
But I took a photo of it, and
now I can't find it So I guess
I'll have to go to the source so
anyway the long and the short of it
is this According to the military summary channel

(06:26):
That I listened to and I played a
little bit of a transcript from from it
last night from one of their shows, but
according to them the Russians are doing something
Pretty flippin harsh right now they are They

(06:50):
used to be rare if you got Call
it 150 drones a night okay, and What
they're saying now is that on any given
night the Russians are?

(07:13):
Sending out literally Six to eight hundred a
night Remember me last night saying that they
control the skies no doubt There's a guy
on telegram.
That's his his title is RV vayan quoru

(07:34):
and in vine court means military correspondent in
the roots of two words why not and
Correspondent vine core means of I any correspondent
a military correspondent, so this guy says he's
a military correspondent and What they say they
are doing and this is according to the

(07:55):
economist too But it's about the blackouts that
are coming and the theory is Sound when
you hear this you're gonna go wow that's
that's some Strategic thought provoking strategy for you

(08:16):
and Think about this.
They're taking massive massive airstrikes every single day
It against the power grid in Ukraine and
Russia is taking it out Ukraine has no
air defense left There are several stories today

(08:38):
about remember me telling you about Pokrovsk Where
else Yesterday well Pokrovsk mainly But there's some
other ones to the big cities the encirclements
of the of the ten thousand five hundred
the Ukrainians are saying The the senior leaders
are saying oh, they'll stay there And they'll
stay there and fight to the end meaning

(08:58):
they're just gonna die there because Russia's bombing
the crap out of them and they won't
surrender you know because You know if you
surrender then what then you get released from
surrender, you know You're you're tormented by the
Ukrainians themselves and thrown right back on the
front line or thrown in prison for surrendering
so Those those type of stories are out

(09:21):
there today the Massive airstrikes attacking the power
grid today.
They extended again used to be they were
gonna be a Month late like they normally
start in mid-october providing heat providing gas
Right because everything is gas heat used to

(09:41):
get it free from Russia and last year
they cut that off Remember the end of
the year.
Oh geez We'll just cut it off people
just keep giving it to Ukraine for free
right not so Ghost writer that is not
correct people aren't just handing it over for
free They got to pay for it and
now long now they aren't allowed to bring

(10:02):
to transport Russian gas Through Ukraine in the
biggest pipelines to get it all over Europe
nice and cheap instead They're bringing it in
from Russia or through Turk stream and it's
u.s Based liquid gas that is coming
from ships and being put in the pipes
and a double the price not double But

(10:24):
at a much higher cost than having it
come through Russia and even Russia through Turk
stream, too A lot of it is still
Russian gas, but it's coming up through the
other way and so they get a claim
It's not Russian gas.
It's Turkish gas because Turkey bought it from
Russia and this is how it works, right?
And so Ukraine used to have it come
through there and they could heat their entire

(10:45):
country for free on Russian gas just by
transporting it through the pipes that the Russians
built or the Soviets built during Soviet era
through where so they could supply the rest
of Eastern Europe, which they they did for
years and many years and through Ukraine and

(11:05):
Nope, nope.
No, we got to stop that because the
Russians are funding the war against us And
we'd rather pay double through America because this
is how you get bring Russia to its
knees So these massive airstrikes targeting the power
grids mean that everybody in Ukraine is without
heat So stay with me here and it's
gonna stay that way throughout the winter.

(11:28):
It's not gonna be good Okay, and so
these massive airstrikes the primary goal is to
disrupt industry But even more importantly and this
is the important Discussion that people have been
having about this Extremely interesting what they are

(11:48):
saying is that they're doing this to provoke
mass migration and panic what they're trying to
do is to get everyone to leave the
eastern parts of Ukraine For the western parts

(12:10):
of Ukraine, how do you like that and
so if we can Get them to Leave
the eastern part of Ukraine.
So here's Russia bomb all of the electric
sources bomb all of the gas sources bomb

(12:32):
all of the water sources anything that is
a Utility get rid of it and they've
been bombing the crap out of it And
so now people are saying well when they
do that, what's gonna happen is it's gonna
create panic it's going to disrupt industry and
You know this now, why is it all

(12:53):
of a sudden?
Not clear.
There we go.
Let's put it there son of a nutcracker
Did I say that I didn't mean to
I shouldn't talk like that So Russian capabilities
and tactics are developing faster than the Ukrainian
air defenses which are Negligible.

(13:13):
Anyway, they keep losing it and so during
the fighting the Russian drones are getting faster
and more accurate and the Geron drones have
tripled in speed and now use a I
so a year ago 150 drones per night
was considered a serious attack Now Ukraine often

(13:35):
faces six or seven hundred drone attacks every
single night and they're using air defenses every
single night to protect every target is an
impossible task Russia is disabling the power grid
in eastern Ukraine To cut off power to

(13:56):
industrial facilities concentrated there The Ukraine power grid
relies on approximately 90 critical substations and Russia
is shutting them down one by one according
to this vine core RV vine core and
that's on telegram and Wow it and it

(14:20):
appears to be I mean every day you
hear about these things every day you hear
about these attacks in strategically It's a good
strategy, okay, it's a it's a hell of
a strategy and Russia is is pushing forward
on the front lines they are are going
forward Pretty quickly they have the two surroundings

(14:46):
in Kupyansk, I believe it was and in
Pokrovsk two big cities pretty pretty good-sized
industrial based cities At least previously no and
they're trying not to bomb the crap out
of them so they can still maintain some
of that cities when they take them over
and And it will happen And it's absolutely

(15:09):
gonna happen and it's so it's depressing for
the Ukrainians, but a reality But the argument
is that this creates migration Huge migration if
they take out all of the Power sources
the 90 substations, and they're doing it one

(15:30):
by one.
They're taking them out, and they're just Forcing
people to live with no heat and no
electricity, and it's getting cold cold cold cold
Over there and and what's it causing it's
causing people to head west So they're flooding
cities like Kiev they're flooding cities like Lvov

(15:52):
they're headed to the west They're migrating to
other parts of Europe.
They're leaving and They're getting paid to do
so because all of these Liberal countries have
all kinds of freebies that if you can
get across the border you can get your
basic salary or basic Needs paid for plus
a house plus everything for like six eight

(16:14):
months And then what do you do you
don't like it in Austria?
Where you getting all the freebies and all
your freebies have run out you go to
Germany and start all over again And after
you leave Germany you go to Poland after
you leave Poland Lithuania and you just keep
on bouncing around to other countries and getting
your freebies And you never have to go
back to Ukraine so a lot of these

(16:35):
people are not working And it's a massive
complaint for a lot of people all over
like in like in Germany Well, it's the
same complaint in Florida And I heard quite
a few people talking about it because there's
huge Populations in Miami area and in the
western, Florida area where they are coming and

(16:55):
they are getting free You know the u4u
program is giving these families three or four
months of free money Food stamps all of
the above and they're getting it like Social
Security money that they get Immediately all they
got to do is get to the country
and they apply for it, and they get

(17:16):
it There's an exemption because it's you for
you They're refugees and but they never gave
it to refugees in the past except in
extreme circumstances This one everybody gets it, and
I just think it's wrong.
I'm not against helping people Don't I don't
want that to be you know taken that
way But a lot of these people are
able-bodied Able to work young men young

(17:39):
women they come over here and immediately get
set up with food stamps free phone you
know cash in their pocket and They don't
have to work free place to live or
a sponsor that is getting money from the
government to provide them a place to live
and You know it is true.
You know you could not like it, and
you can dispute that Oh gee it's different

(18:00):
rules everywhere because it is Remember federal funds
are distributed to the states and the states
pass them out in ways that they see
fit But the program is overseen Federally so
they get the money, but some states.
It's easier to get more so you'll see
concentrations of people getting the freebies go to
places where it's easier to get the money

(18:20):
and that is absolutely true and So what
is going on to?
Encourage this right now the Russians are basically
trying to empty the eastern half of Ukraine
now get this if they knock out and
they're doing a pretty good job of it
because air defenses are falling apart in Ukraine

(18:45):
and they're able to the Russians are able
to take out all these substations and the
government of Ukraine announced today That now the
heat which was gonna be on is usually
on mid-october Okay, so in the army
when I served in the army in the
United States is so stupid But this is
how they did it so every year whether

(19:07):
you needed it or not the AC kicked
on on May 1st You know it could
still be 10 degrees outside, but it's May
1st Time for that AC to kick on
Kick on the AC October 1st, oh geez
better turn on the heat.
It's cold.
It couldn't but wouldn't matter if it's a
hundred degrees the heat's cool And you couldn't

(19:29):
do anything about it to control It was
like a general order or nobody could touch
it, or it was just automatic in government
places It this is what happened, and it
was so frustrating.
You know you'd be in military housing military
barracks and friggin 95 degrees Because the weather
outside is is a hundred and it's 95

(19:50):
in there, but it happens to be October
and the heat's on You can't do crap
about it well Same thing goes in the
in countries like Ukraine and in Ukraine the
the heat usually kicks on You know they
pick a time, but usually it's the first
part half of October Well now they've said

(20:12):
the heat is not going to kick on
in Ukraine now get this if you're in
the eastern half of Ukraine and you have
no electricity So you can't see Past a
certain hour because days you know the Sun
goes down or what the same as it
does here Early in the early in the
day although.
They don't do daylight savings over there I

(20:32):
don't think in Ukraine.
They don't in Russia, but and I don't
think Ukraine does either, but but they Have
the lights go off no power which means
no space heater and then There's no gas
heat either and so you freeze in your

(20:54):
your testicles off all Night long well all
day all day to depending on the weather
and the weather is not cool.
I mean not Well, it's extremely cool the
weather is not warm this time of year
I wonder if the computer could tell us
what is the Average daily 10 per

(21:21):
sure in Ukraine in October let us see
so let's see it is 54 degrees during
the day and 39 degrees at night with
nine days of rain on average and those

(21:45):
nine days Is about 42 millimeters 1.65
inches so that is October.
It's cold okay, it's 54 degrees is the
high 39 is the low during the day
and this is not good and Why don't

(22:09):
we take just because I want to and
change that to?
To November and see what it is here
it daily temperatures go down and the high
is 46 and the lows of 35 and
It rarely goes below 24 though But it

(22:31):
doesn't exceed very often 56 well let's so
if you can go 24 to 56 you
know looks like you're wearing a lot of
warm clothes And how many blankets you think
you need for that I want it 75
degrees in the house, and I still need

(22:53):
four freaking blankets of course I might have
problems, but You never know Let's see how
let's look now.
We're gonna move on to December just because
I want to and the average is oh
My god, here's the average in December when

(23:14):
they're finally gonna turn the heat on The
average temperature is point three Celsius, which is
32 and a half degrees Fahrenheit Just a
tiny bit above freezing during the day And
during the night, it's down to negative four

(23:36):
point one Celsius or 24.6 degrees Fahrenheit
at night and so that is the sad
fact that You know you're not gonna get
any Any heat turned on so when they
finally get to turn on the heat you
wonder if there is going to be any

(24:00):
um Regulation of how warm you can have
it to Row I don't know regulate to
conserve the gas To keep the heat on
or if it's gonna be you know Well
at least now we get to turn it

(24:20):
on everything goes back to normal or you
can have it on for two hours a
day Yes it there are you gonna cook
your food with no gas so the heat
isn't on but maybe you can have the
gas on Does this mean people are gonna
leave their stoves on all day?
You know it to try to keep it
warm in their apartments I don't know, but

(24:42):
I understand there's gonna be people trying to
get around it But so some people so
when I was over there And you check
this out some people because of the fact
that these are Common heat systems, so they
have these huge boilers in the basements of
apartment buildings and stuff like that And the

(25:02):
gas heat goes through because gas is the
most Conservative what do you call it it
conserves?
Energy the best and and it's the best
way to heat and it goes through They
still have a lot of those fin sort
of radiator types all through the house and
the water you get the water the same

(25:23):
way and Different boilers, I believe but I'm
pretty sure because the hot water still works,
right?
But you can't turn on the heat and
these fins are where they all go through
and you can get You can get the
heat from there so some people what they
have doing especially if they are air B

(25:43):
&B and air B&B in their residences
to foreigners they will put in Air conditioners,
they will put in separate heat that has
separate like those Little split mini sorts of
things but split minis aren't going to work

(26:04):
without power You need power So if you
now if you so if you even have
tried to avoid this By paying on your
own and not using the government version so
you have to pay your share So basically
the boiler is put on by the entire
building and then you have to pay your
share I forget what they call it come

(26:25):
on now on the communal Costs, I believe
I believe is what they call it that
they you have to pay some of these
fees, right and everybody in the every unit
in the apartment complex splits it, you know,
so each person pays whatever they pay per
month, but You don't not pay because you've

(26:49):
decided to put in your own split mini
heat or a seat you still got to
pay the communal and then you pay for
your own as well and so Anyway, I
don't know.
I'm babbling about it.
But the fact is the weather being as
cold as it is and nobody getting any
heat until mid-december according to what is

(27:11):
being pumped out is really Bad news for
Ukraine and it does make sense to me
that they're going to push Migration to The
West and these people are going to End
up heading to the West which means the

(27:35):
supply of the front lines of Kiev Aren't
going They're also gonna fail because if Russia
takes out the industry capabilities in the East
Everybody's gone West, you know, they're not gonna
stick around and wait for this And so

(27:55):
I think I don't want to say we're
near the end.
I don't think so But it's not getting
any easier.
What did that?
What was who is the the genius saying?
Oh the guy from Poland saying that oh,
geez lens keys ready for three more years
oh, here he is here, here's the The
Polish Prime Minister, you know, what a nutjob

(28:17):
Donald Tusk, right?
Zelensky expects Ukraine to be able to fight
Russia for up to three more years Yeah,
cuz he don't want to give up office
for at least that long And if he
could keep the war going three years more
he can siphon off a lot more money
for himself, right?
He's somebody said I read an article that

(28:39):
said he was putting away five million some
some some amount of I forget agree if
I forget the the The currency good evening.
I can't remember the word But that that
he's been putting away a huge amount of
these monthly in foreign bank accounts for himself
That are that are fading out, you know

(28:59):
tons of money.
But anyway, he expects to fight for three
more years Stay in office that whole time
Elections who needs him?
Nobody Polish Prime Minister Tusk told the Times
this on Sunday the Ukrainian leaders reported remark
Comes as the EU is looking for ways

(29:20):
to fund Kiev eyeing Russia's frozen central bank
assets as an option in an interview with
the British newspaper Saturday Tusk quoted Zelensky is
saying that he hopes that the war will
not last ten years But that Ukraine is
ready to fight for another two or three

(29:43):
years should the conflict with Russia drag on
longer Zelensky is anxious about the toll the
war would take on its population and economy
on Tuesday The Spanish newspaper El Pais reported
that Ukraine has serious financial problems.
Gee, there's a surprise citing anonymous EU sources

(30:06):
Kiev only has enough money to stay afloat
until the end of the first quarter of
2026 on Wednesday the Ukrainian Parliament passed a
draft budget For 2026 which runs a deficit
of over 58 percent sounds like America in
recent weeks EU leaders have intensified discussion over

(30:30):
a so-called Reparations loan using Russian money
of up to a hundred and forty billion
163 billion that's euro 163 billion dollars and
the frozen Russian assets could be collateral I
told you all about that the other day
and The block has tapped into these reserved

(30:51):
reserves a few times already Russia calls it
theft, but there you go.
These people are loonies So Brazil's Lula was
meeting with Trump here and he said The

(31:13):
This Lula da Silva said that the time
is right To end the Ukraine conflict and
he argues that the fighting between Moscow and
Kiev has reached its get this point of
maturity He called on world powers to support
renewed peace efforts He made these remarks in

(31:35):
Kuala Lumpur After meeting with Donald Trump on
the sidelines of the ASEAN summit The war
is at a point of maturity because you
see it's already been three years Trump and
Putin already know what they want so everybody
in the world knows this war has nothing
to do with Ukraine and Lula who has

(31:59):
long advocated for peace and insisted that Western
weapon supplies to Kiev only Fuel the conflict
gee wonder who told you that before Well
Lula and me added that he had not
yet shared his views with Trump But he
believes the global powers are able to bring
the fighting to an end what is missing

(32:20):
he said is putting this to a Negotiating
table and I think we're getting to the
point of ending this war now the difference,
of course is between a lasting settlement or
just a ceasefire to allow Ukraine to regroup
rearm and start all over again and Now

(32:44):
Trump has changed his tune over the last
month or so saying now he wants an
immediate halt to hostilities along the current front
lines and Leave it the way it is
right now and negotiate something later on But
Dmitry Peskov Kremlin Kremlin spokesperson said Russia values
Trump's efforts to settle the conflict But believes

(33:07):
there is no quick fix.
He says the peace talks remain on hold
as given its European backers show zero interest
in resuming talks I Happen to agree with
that assessment.
It's very nice So, let's see I Already

(33:27):
told you all about the gas math, but
I don't think I filled you in when
they were the heating timing The ministries deny
a national deferral on the heating period They
say it refers to a gas price window
not Radiators, but the evolve openly delayed heat

(33:49):
for weeks the signal to civilians prepare alternatives
friends and neighbors Output has been hit Imports
are up Neftogaz that's pulled a three hundred
million dollar loan for winter gas Analysts are

(34:13):
warning they need more imports and you know
that Russia keeps bombing the crap out of
them.
So Moscow is hitting this military industrial nodes
and power for rail not civilian and They're
taking away all the gas without a ceasefire
winter is the weapon and You know what?

(34:37):
Unlike missiles, especially as cold as it is
in Ukraine Cold is the ammunition.
So I Don't know have you heard about
this that happened yesterday on the USS Nimitz
Accident signal or just bad fuel We don't

(34:58):
know the answer to this question, but on
October 26 an MH-60 are went down
at 4 4 2 45 local time an
fa 18 at 315 Both operating with the

(35:22):
Nimitz in the South China Sea all five
Military guys on the on both of These
ones a helicopter ones a plane were recovered
in stable condition and the cause is under
investigation the Navy's statement You know Just was

(35:47):
a straight Navy the business insider added the
squadron and said it was on the Nimitz,
right?
and the POTUS suggests Bad fuel China meanwhile
is offering Humanitarian assistance.
I think that's kind of a stick in
the eye.
Don't you think?
And in diplomatic reading is well, we're reasonable

(36:09):
and Reminding everyone else who's who's see this
really is You know, it's not the US's
see over there and why this matters Two
Mishaps do not alter force ratios, but they
do steal bandwidth cable time attention and a

(36:35):
day of America looks sloppy Cheap propaganda for
Beijing, don't you think?
They're there, you know the Global Times is
saying, you know For us Chinese, this is
just routine operations They're close to us and

(37:00):
we get to smile says China while offering
help Yeah, buddy and trust me they're gonna
play it all over Eastern TV that the
u.s. Has had this military mishap twice
in a day And it's not looking good
for them.
So Operationally a concern probably not it's probably

(37:23):
a maintenance or a human factor it's probably
not gas like Trump trying to claim it
is but politically it's a gift to China
to Russia on a day.
You don't need this sort of gift.
Do you?
Why does the Tomahawk missile keep coming back

(37:47):
into discussion if it has surfaced OG yet
again yet again So Washington has not transferred
any Tomahawks Kiv's line is Not yet.
They haven't but we're still waiting The reason

(38:09):
it matters isn't the range its target ability
and volume the minute Tomahawks are You know
green lit the given the okay by the
old trumpster Moscow will escalate preemptive strikes on
logistics, in fact, you're already seeing it because

(38:32):
Storm shadows What's the other one I forget
what they're called storm shadows are are being
out sent out and targeted using Other NATO
data This is not good and it looks

(38:52):
like they're allowing these missiles to go Putin
said something about you know, let's see what
happens if you use one that has a
2,500 to 3,000 kilometer range into
Into Russia.
He goes watch what we do to your
infrastructure then because it'll be a massive strike

(39:12):
and He's saying don't test me on this
is basically what he is saying I watched
Soloveyov My three hour political junkie show and
They you know, he's always on, you know
performance.
He's always Well, he's pretty yippy.

(39:36):
Let's put it out that way in him,
but funny I like listening to him and
you know, you got to take it with
a grain of salt because he is a
political a Political highly on the side of
Russia and the Kremlin and all of that
a huge Putin supporter and maybe Maybe probably
most likely extremely anti-west and definitely anti

(40:02):
Ukraine and so he says Russia has asymmetric
counters like the Burevestnik which we talked about
last night That it was, you know tested
in Trump, but it is unique you can
hear him Talking about you know, and and
a lot of Russia is doing this and

(40:23):
saying well, you know, good luck to you
we got you and they're in you can't
defend against this and So the West of
course is always yeah, right.
We'll see but they haven't anything else We
already talked about frozen assets and who's gonna
pay them and a hundred and forty billion
dollar theft if it occurs and We shall

(40:45):
see So there was an interesting public opinion
poll in Ukraine another one in Russia and
a third in the United States, right?
In Ukraine this survey That they conducted 69

(41:07):
% of the population want negotiations Quote as
soon as possible close quote while 24%
would prefer to fight for fight all the
way to victory This is Gallup with numbers

(41:30):
taken in July of this year Guarantee you
those numbers are lower now 77% of
the people Queried supported exploring a 30-day
ceasefire pair those with Kiev's mayor's Winter warnings

(41:53):
that I've been telling you about and you
have a public mood that is prime for
a conditional pause At least you know Get
you know get rid of this, you know
end this but most people don't I mean
so far they and they didn't give a

(42:15):
number but they said People would would happen
be happy for a conditional pause but not
surrender, but they didn't give numbers weird Why
do the survey if you don't ask that
question you ask all these other questions, but
you leave out the question about surrender You
know, do you want to fight to the
end or you want negotiations?

(42:36):
I wonder if there was a percentage of
people who would who you said, you know,
what about the option of surrender?
You know, I suppose it'd be a hard
sell but or maybe not surrender maybe give
up what we've already lost You know that
negotiation as soon as possible.
I get that but you're not getting those
parts back you know those they're gone and

(42:59):
If you're not careful with Russia bombing the
crap out of your eastern area and people
migrating West as fast as their little Ukrainian
legs will carry them It's possible.
You're gonna lose what I said at the
very beginning of this conflict.
Well, not the beginning at the beginning of
the Russian enforcement of the conflict back in

(43:22):
2022 or More participation in there instead of
just arming rebels and they had these Referendums
I said that it would be reasonable for
Russia to take all the way up to
the Dnepr River because they're historic Russian populations
and Land and if they're not careful, that's

(43:45):
exactly what's going to happen.
There was more articles today about Odessa falling
And Odessa being targeted Not good So, what
does Russia say their polls Nevada referenced right
up talks about negotiations Western aggregations put that

(44:08):
at 66% but the caveat is Russian
polling on the war is messy and underreported
meaning people won't talk about it and You
know, they don't want to you don't give
your public opinion in in Russia as freely
as you do in other places now Ukraine

(44:31):
too, but Ukrainians are losing and so they're
far more likely to to Want out of
this?
I'm not saying those numbers.
I think the numbers are actually low 24
% wanting to fight to victory.
I don't think so.
Not anymore.
Those numbers were in July We're four months

(44:55):
past that aren't we?
Yeah, almost and so there you have it.
What does the USA a CBS you gov
sample now, this was way back in March
though, but a majority very slim Supporting Ukraine
with a sizable block back then Wanting negotiation.

(45:17):
I wonder when a pop when a poll
has been you know late We need a
poll.
I'd like to see one.
So the This the split maps to voter
fatigue, you know, not isolationism where we're just
tired of this well, I've been tired of
it since the beginning because we're the ones

(45:37):
who You know, what do you call it
armed Ukraine?
We're the ones who NATO the hell out
of them.
We're the ones who Forced them into a
no-win position So not good Did you

(45:57):
hear about There's a dirt during that same
bit the NATO messaging under Ruta We got
the guy who came to visit Trump last
week, he said there's a five-year threat
horizon and he wants everybody to step up
and prepare for war with Russia and You

(46:19):
know give us more money Basically, they're they're
NATO's also, you know Hey tighten your belts
hell if hell if your grandma needs food
or your uncle tighten your belts We got
a fund Ukraine We need people join the
army to fight the big bad bear in
the east So so give it up.

(46:40):
Give us the money.
It's nonsense Let's see the 19th EU Sanctions
package.
How does this work?
once again shadow fleet insurance flag games and
Enforcement will push more barrels on to pricier
routes.
So guess what?
That's gonna do boomerang into even more EU

(47:05):
inflation Isn't that nuts?
there was an enormous on top of this
in Hungary a There were people everywhere you
should get online go to YouTube look up
Budapest Protests in the lat over the weekend

(47:27):
over the past weekend and check it out
the signs were Don't die for Ukraine everybody
on the street.
They're pissed off because they're trying to Terminate
contracts for Russian cheap gas into Hungary and
that'll you know cost them more on the
pocketbook that You know Ukrainians are beaten up

(47:52):
on Hungarians over there.
They're not allowed to speak Hungarian in them
in Ukraine either and this this was a
pretty large March and You know Hungary has
been a holdout Against keeping, you know, they

(48:12):
say they'll never support Ukraine in the EU
Nor will they support?
Moldova who is also out there both of
them are trying to get in and in
the one saying no We don't want them
and not the only one but one of
the most vocal is hungry And so, you
know, they're the ones and they're trying to

(48:34):
create new rules to go around hungry and
allow them in anyway Pretty pretty sad stuff,
huh?
crazy crazy What else do we have from
this pile?
pile of news here so much out there

(48:55):
What else was from Solovey of today that
was pretty entertaining Frontline soldiers Remember me telling
you that it that it's a lot of
this is now it's either drone or Infantry,
I saw an article today about the Russians

(49:18):
in creating an invisibility suit.
I Don't know enough about it, but they
showed on this video heat signatures, so so
heat signature Imagine flying up your drone and
the Russians are doing to Ukrainians all the
time and you fly up your drone Doesn't

(49:38):
matter where they're hiding.
They could be hiding in very well established
cover under trees under whatever But their heat
signature will show up and so you see
their body just as you know clear as
day in a heat signature underneath the tree
and So you can't hide pine tree dark

(49:59):
isn't covering anything Because your heat signature is
there and the drone comes in ones up
there with the heat signature stuff And then
the other ones are targeting and telling it
where to go Where the other drones ago
and they go and they blow them up
and they kill them all Well the Ukrainians
have similar technology to come after the Russians
well the Russians have been showing on Telegram

(50:21):
and on YouTube and on stuff like this
that there is an invisibility suit that they
can put on to Mask to hide to
cover their heat signature Now I assume that
when and I don't know I didn't didn't
read too much further into it I would

(50:43):
assume that that would be more like a
Some sort of cold suit wouldn't it wouldn't
there have to be something that would so
if it's a heat shield You'd have to
shield the source of heat Behind something so
what do they got a cold suit?

(51:03):
I Don't know I'm not quite sure how
it works Maybe somebody understands technology a little
better than I did that or send me
an email about but the front-line soldiers
on both sides are talking about war of
small teams and cheap lethal weapons drones because

(51:29):
everybody's got them and Everybody is firing them
off all of them have night vision or
heat tracing or something else So night duty
is a constant Drone interceptions are commonplace and
kills in patrol zones You know they're saying

(51:51):
it's like a cemetery people are getting blown
up So they get in their car, and
they air their vehicle and the vehicle is
being chased by a drone What you'll see
in these videos all over telegram some of
them on YouTube but all over telegram is
you'll see these drone attacks chasing a Vehicle

(52:13):
and there will be people in the back
of the vehicle Like riding in the bed
of the truck or whatever and there will
be other people in the video and they'll
be trying to shoot down the drone with
their rifles or whatever and then They'll all
bail out jump out of the truck and
leave the truck to go so the truck

(52:35):
gets blown up and then Individual drones come
in and hunt down the the crew that's
running away.
It's really sad to watch but it's out
there, and it's all over telegram and You
can see it now.
It's admittedly.
It's on both sides, but it's it's It's
much more in Russia's favor So it's happening

(52:57):
in night duty.
It's even the same The mortars and the
3d models they fill the gaps where artillery
is scarce and artillery is scarce At least
on the Ukrainian side They're having You know
constant pressure from the Russian side it's constant

(53:18):
and it's a According to all accounts it
is a graveyard and the the winners are
the teams that can stay supplied Stay awake
Stay invisible somehow, and it's I mean this
is It's gonna get worse in the winter.

(53:40):
It's not like they take a break You
know this is when the people who are
Using it to their advantage Make even more
and more effort to to take them out
to take out the other people Let's see

(54:01):
where are my Um The sanctions again no,
I'm gonna skip that but I did want
to talk about the the The nukes and

(54:26):
the border of ethnic again because there was
more Comment about that from the Guardian and
Reuters today that they followed some of what
I was saying yesterday or Listened to some
of the same some some of the same
issues about propulsion and the concept and Letting

(54:50):
it Loiter these loitering munitions that can come
out and Solovey off in his show took
it up as well in Today's I suppose.
It's tomorrow's show for us Because the day
to his show was the 28th and and

(55:11):
so I watched it an hour or so
a couple hours ago Well before that but
I mean the part that I was watching
here It was a was a couple hours
ago, and what he is saying or what
their panelists are talking about was the same
thing that I was talking about was what
was put on by the Ministry of Defense

(55:32):
the strategic rocket forces commander and the successful
multi-hour flight in the 14,000 kilometer
reach saying they can go basically anywhere they
want around the world and No, how do
you think that combats sanctions or does it

(55:56):
Like I said and and there was some
Western press today that I actually came out
and said the same thing that I said
it is real it does exist and It's
true that they can do it and they're
there however, they're trying to say we haven't
seen anything that it's more of a That
their prototype is now finished and it would

(56:19):
be terrifying if it was nuclear But it
could just as easily be nuclear is what
I'm saying and it's this is not good
You know Russia is winning this war.
I say one more time and there is

(56:41):
one simple way That we could assist them
in getting out of the war Quit funding
it But oh no How long is there
willing to die?
I suppose we are willing to fund it.
Don't you think I Think it's nonsense So

(57:03):
I wanted to follow up there was an
interesting article About democracy, right?
Let's talk about this Washington bailed out Javier
Millet and Allowing him to continue his Chainsaw
rampage against his own country.
Now.
I am with to Argentina Bueno, sorry, this

(57:25):
is beautiful.
I went to Argentina two years ago Yeah,
it was pretty cool.
I went to Argentina Uruguay Paraguay was a
decent trip two three years ago Two and
a half.
I don't remember but a couple years ago
pretty cool place and the the city of
Bueno, sorry is freaking fabulous.

(57:46):
It's like being in Europe but in South
America, I don't know if any of you
have traveled Extensively or not, but One of
the things I have never liked about Mexico
except, you know Haven't been to Mexico City.

(58:08):
I hear that Mexico City is an exception
but to me Mexico everywhere I've been has
always been just Dirty old unless you go
to some US or Western some kind of
a resort villa on the ocean, you know,

(58:32):
that's Designed to attract us, but when you
go off of that space and you go
into the towns and things Everything is kind
of ratty and crappy And old adobe style
stuff, you know, they're really cool stuff.
It's thousands years old, you know the Chichen
Itza's of the world the You know pyramids

(58:55):
and stuff like that now and so and
and that's unfair I know it is because
but I've been in the west part the
central part I've been on the on the
Gulf side where you know, where you the
tourism parts and I like the tourist places
I've been on the west side when you
you know, I've been a bit but Tijuana

(59:16):
is a hellhole no, Gallus is crap, you
know, I mean all these places are dirty
and nasty and Same thing goes when you
cross Down in southern, Texas, you know, I've
done that too and I've been to a
lot of places Especially the border towns and
they're just crap And the same thing goes

(59:37):
in in other areas unless you're in it's
been changing a few years ago I was
it went to a Mexico for some dental
stuff.
It was nice and cheap and That was
a interesting Trip and I forget the name
of the city I wish I could remember

(59:58):
it but it was kind of off the
beaten path and it was a nice city
It was a regular city far from tourism
far from all that other stuff and it
but it was a nice mostly clean modern
ish city But everywhere else I've been it's
been kind of crap when in and nothing
old and historic is Like European old and

(01:00:24):
nice but when you go to Argentina Bueno,
sorry That place is Nice, and they have
all these old-style buildings built in, you
know, the European style 1800s 1900s huge block
buildings built out of you know Limestone granite,

(01:00:45):
you know, whatever those big those those big
structure buildings are very nice and so I'm
a fan of Argentina, it's very nice and
it was Inexpensive to be there.
It was a little bit on the upper
side, but not like Brazil was higher, you
know a Rio was higher Colombia was higher

(01:01:07):
the Nicaragua was freaking crazy How high it
was and there's you know, a couple of
places that are like this, but this is
a talk about Argentina and basically The u
.s. Has gone to great lengths to keep
this guy in power Okay, this Javier Malay

(01:01:30):
had to keep him in power everybody thought
six months ago this dude was done and
Us can't have that because you can't have
Argentina going bricks or headed the other direction
or starting to not be IMF and geez
we need all your help.

(01:01:51):
And and so why do you think Trump
is saying right now?
We're gonna import all this beef from Argentina
and and and I hope that's not instead
of Brazil.
I'll bet you that Brazil is in Malaysia
right now Meeting with the Trumpster to make
sure that they do not lose on the
beef because where do we get the most

(01:02:13):
of our beef?
from comes from Brazil and now do you
or Trump is saying that we're gonna start
getting even more from Argentina, right?
so anyway with all that in mind, let
us let us take a look at what
democracy means in Argentina because I I smell

(01:02:36):
a rat But there's always a rat if
If If the u.s. Is involved, right?
Argentina has produced a surprise after a string
of economic and currency crises failures scandals and
humiliations Javier Malay the anarcho capitalist chainsaw artist

(01:03:02):
rockstar cosplayer and president Has snatched victory from
the jaws of defeat Where many observers Expected
or hoped for a trouncing for the budget
slashing bad boy.
He has proved us wrong Malay and his
party La Libertad Avanza Liberty advances have scored

(01:03:25):
a clear victory in Argentina's crucial midterm Congress
elections by Monday Preliminary results show his party
gaining over 40% of the boat vote
and leading in most Argentinian provinces the opposition
alliance did much worse than expected Got less

(01:03:46):
than a third of the ballots cast turnout
at 68% was the lowest since 1983
But it was not much lower than the
term for last midterm election So, you know
what happens when I see that when it
went personally, this is this is Sam stock
process when you do not see People showing

(01:04:09):
up to vote in turnout.
Is that low?
the reason it's low is because the victory
is already secured and everybody knows it or
it's corruption people know who you voted for
and therefore You don't want to vote because

(01:04:32):
people will find out who you voted for
and you'll pay a penalty for it So
I say the lower the turnout the much
more likely it is that there is outside
influence and Corruption and they have both of
those in abundance in Argentina so Malay claims

(01:04:56):
the election marked a Historic day for his
country that hyperbole is due to his enormous
vanity But there is no doubt the immediate
political Consequences of his resurgence will be far
-reaching Now controlling enough seats in both the
lower and upper houses of Argentina's Parliament His

(01:05:19):
presidential veto power cannot be challenged in general
He is in a position to continue his
radical right reforms Malay's wish list include revising
labor and contract laws more cuts to the
government and more Deregulation his party will still

(01:05:41):
have to look for allies and have to
have the requisite parliamentary votes But he clearly
has the upper hand for major political force
Fundamentally opposing Malay the Peronist coalition This election
has been a severe setback if they cannot
beat him when he is embattled by crises

(01:06:03):
and encumbered by scandal They will never be
able to scage a comeback and for that
they have themselves to blame the Malay phenomenon
remains an overdue overreaction to decades of dysfunction
and sleaze as a whole the opposition has
failed to offer a persuasive alternative Not only

(01:06:27):
to Malay but to much of the opposition's
own past with the best To be fair.
There is no reason to congratulate Malay because
it is not really his victory one Peronist
blames the opposition's defeat on President Trump is

(01:06:48):
this sour grapes?
No, because even if Malay's Argentinian opponents have
made their own mistakes Now and in the
past there is no doubt that Washington and
Trump Personally have intervened massively in this election

(01:07:08):
Indeed as is his style Trump has been
brutally honest about his intervention.
He has always been clear about his bromance
with Malay He had him at his residence
in Mar-a-Lago and admired his ruthless
approach to politics Malay has a record of
sucking up to Trump that makes even mark

(01:07:31):
Ruda NATO look like a vertebrate Recently and
more importantly Trump has proven that Malay is
a friend He is ready to come through
for in a big way when the melee
experiment was failing and about to crash Trump
extended a big beautiful bailout The rescue to

(01:07:54):
the tune of about 20 billion dollars though
likely more than 40 billion and counting was
to make Argentina great again According to Treasury
Secretary Scott Besant make no mistake without the
American bailout Argentina's economy would have collapsed or

(01:08:16):
been out of reserves as the experts say
and Malay would have been toast Trump has
mumbled something about just wanting Argentina to do
well But he did not save the country
instead He saved Malu's behind from another fiasco
that Malay had inflicted upon Argentina and there

(01:08:39):
is no ambiguity about the above Trump spelled
it out for Argentina's voters the u.s.
Bailout would continue Only if they supported If
he were to lose the u.s. Would
not be generous anymore even the Financial Times

(01:09:00):
has called this a naked form of financial
imperialism and Besides don't overlook what is happening
in Venezuela at this moment Remember I told
you that just earlier that The u.s.
Is already saying they don't expect Maduro to

(01:09:21):
be around much longer Obviously though Argentina is
a different country But the two states share
the harsh fate of having to live in
what the u.s. Considered its own Monroe
Doctrine given backyard With an explicitly aggressive military
buildup not seen in this region since the

(01:09:43):
Cuban Missile crisis and a policy of what
can only be called open military murder That's
what I call it.
You know you're bombing ships.
You don't have to prove a damn thing
just blow them up That'll teach him Washington
is sending a dark signal to anyone else

(01:10:04):
in the neighborhood Some are some are already
speaking it of the Donro Doctrine Donald get
it consider both the compulsory buying of Argentina's
election and the assault on Venezuela as parts
of an evolving kit of instruments of bribery

(01:10:25):
or torture So here's your choice bribery in
Argentina or torture in Venezuela.
I Agree with this article completely which is
why I'm sharing it with you There are
three important lessons here firstly do not mistake

(01:10:45):
the Trumpist raising of USAID for international development
for an American No to massive meddling in
other countries the Trumpists are as meddlesome as
The worst of them they are just more
crude about it Secondly and it's almost too
obvious to mention, but the next time Americans

(01:11:08):
make yet another Hysterical fuss about the sanctity
of their hallowed election circus being besmirched by
evil foreigners stop listening Trump who was the
victim of Russia rage aka Russia gate He
loves to intervene finally as strange as it

(01:11:29):
may sound what just happened to Argentina may
indicate the limits of US power as much
as its relentless escalating aggressiveness to execute Execute
his saving of Libertarian Malay Trump had to

(01:11:49):
alienate large swaths of his own base Those
who believe in the original MAGA make America
not Argentina great again according to polls nearly
50% of Trump voters are dead set
against his big Malay handout Americans including farmers

(01:12:12):
directly competing with those from Argentina are Struggling
while a foreign flattery and bombast expert siphons
off their tax dollars Because he is the
Donald's pet Seems like a sustainable strategy especially
for an avowed Nationalists Openly shaft your loyal

(01:12:34):
own to pamper a slick foreigner un-american
one thing that is special about Trump ism
is Its shamelessness all bitter pills No sugar
coating that means the US power is losing
its ability to deceive polite expression soft power

(01:12:58):
It is now down to brute force Venezuela
and blatant payoffs Argentina it is in other
words Increasingly naked not only at home, but
also abroad That is good news according to
some I'm telling you what if I wasn't

(01:13:20):
so against what is going on in Venezuela
and this bombing of boats because you claim
they're drug dealers and You won't prove it.
Why would I believe you?
Just because you have You know the support

(01:13:41):
of Trump.
I don't think so That's not how it
works for me friends and neighbors, and I
don't like Meddling in other people's elections And
we are clearly doing it and for it
to come from us or to from from
You know we're we're supposed to be all

(01:14:02):
about democracy Who's to say that Trump promising
20 to 40 billion?
Didn't keep people home that they gave up
because of it that people are like why
would I fight that?
The the six months ago this Malay guy
was supposed to lose the beating he took

(01:14:24):
in the in the Preliminaries or whatever they
call him there Was brutal and he he
was gonna have his ass handed to him
He's been all about Donald Trump ever since
then and it is shameless I think we
are meddling again We're building up this military

(01:14:44):
presence in South America for what?
What are we gonna?
Do seriously?
What are we doing down there?
Frightening people into submission is that the deal
it are we are we are we keeping
China out of there meanwhile?
We're still in the China Sea You know
I told you about that when the two
planes crashed on the offer the plane in

(01:15:05):
the helicopter Crashed out off of the Nimitz
today or yesterday I'm I'm disappointed in this
Unfortunate Turn of events so there you have
it We finally got some news about India's

(01:15:30):
strategy in the face of Trump's Russia sanctions
remember all the Trump all the Trump talk
that We're gonna keep India From buying Russian
gas and that Modi called him and said
he wasn't gonna do it anymore Hmm Let's

(01:15:52):
see what happened in the last few days,
right?
Here it comes It is just as well
that India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi decided to
skip Going to the two-day East Asian
leaders summit in Kuala Lumpur from October 26

(01:16:16):
to 28 hmm curious Modi settling for virtual
attendance at the ASEAN summit is being seen
as his way of averting a face-to
-face bilateral meeting with President Trump as Speculated
had an in-person meeting between the two

(01:16:39):
happened Trump's pressure on India to halt import
of Russian oil Would have become three-faced
now.
Hold on and I'll tell you what that
means in His current tactics of harm and
charm on the one hand Trump publicly warns

(01:17:00):
India against importing oil from Russia and threatens
higher tariffs on the other hand he tweets
flattering messages to Modi saying he's a good
friend and great leader and Telephones to greet
him on occasions such as his birthday and
the Diwali festival Modi plays along when it

(01:17:24):
comes to Trump's messages and calls to charm
him Modi's verbal responses may be effusive But
his actions show that he does not expect
these pleasantries to make the u.s Retreat
from inflicting harm on India by way of
tariffs the only way the latter can happen

(01:17:44):
is if Modi refuses to buckle Under Trump's
pressure as he appears to be doing by
not meeting Trump in person The official reason
advanced for Modi staying away from the important
forum is Diwali festive festivities.
However, there are a few takers for this

(01:18:07):
explanation Observers point out that Modi has also
kept away from the summit on Gaza in
Egypt Evidently to avoid being cornered by Trump.
He has He has Deputed External Affairs Minister
Jai Shankar to represent India at the East

(01:18:30):
Asia Summit Whereas he sent a junior minister
to Egypt Modi is said to be miffed
with Trump for claiming more than 50 times
in recent months That he had mediated the
ceasefire between India and Pakistan After a short
but fierce military standoff between the two Asian

(01:18:51):
neighbors This has been repeatedly denied by New
Daily Worse Trump has claimed at least five
times that Modi assured him of stopping oil
Purchases from Russia that's never happened, by the
way Trump's assertions of Modi's promise on this

(01:19:11):
move Under threat of raising tariffs even further
has been followed by sanctions on Russian oil
forms Rosneft and Lukoil this year at least
34% of India's crude requirement has been
imported from Moscow and these two Russian oil

(01:19:34):
giants account for 60% of those supplies
in addition to the reciprocal tariff of 25
% Already in place since July 30th the
u.s. Slapped another 25% secondary tariff
on India for buying Russian oil The sanctions

(01:19:55):
will force Reliance Industries India's biggest buyer of
Russian oil to reduce imports and public sector
oil Companies such as Indian oil may be
advised to follow suit though Though they have
no direct arrangements with Rosneft or Lukoil For

(01:20:17):
now, they can continue buying from intermediaries another
company to suffer a body blow from the
u.s Sanctions is Nayara Energy one of
India's largest refineries in which Rosneft Russian oil
holds a 49 and a third 49.13

(01:20:38):
% ownership share the sanctions on Rosneft and
Lukoil mean that any entity US or foreign
Dealing with these companies run the risk of
massive penalties Reports are that Reliance Industries, which
is estimated to have purchased 35 million worth

(01:20:58):
of oil since the outbreak of hostilities in
Ukraine in 2022 will have to start reducing
imports gradually and possibly Stop all imports from
Russia by 20 November 21 in its statement
on Friday The company said it is reviewing

(01:21:19):
the impact on its Russian suppliers and will
adjust operations accordingly while maintaining domestic energy security
Reliance will be hit very hard through a
large proportion of the crude Imported at discount
prices and refined by it into petrol diesel
and aviation fuel And it was exported to

(01:21:41):
the US and Europe at a good profit
the company which has a 25 year agreement
with Rosneft to buy 25 million tons of
crude per year is Reported to have imported
nearly 50% of the 1.8 million
barrels supplied daily to India The absence of

(01:22:01):
discounted crude from Russia would mean a loss
of five to six billion per year according
to the former foreign secretary Trump has described
the move as a gradual process and said
India would bring Russian oil Imports down to
almost nothing by year-end Reports are that

(01:22:23):
in the wake of u.s. Imposed sanctions
on Rosneft and Luke oil China's big state
-owned oil companies are suspending purchases of seaborne
Russian oil Trump's attempts to squeeze India and
China in a big way to gradually Reduce
and end oil imports from Russia is to

(01:22:45):
beat Moscow into submission and make it comply
with him for a deal with Ukraine However,
President Putin is unlikely to yield any ground
under such mounting pressure from the US or
Europe Putin made it clear this week that
no self-respecting country or Self-respecting people

(01:23:07):
ever decide anything under such pressure Such a
position should hold good for India as well
However new deal it New Delhi does not
have the economic and military heft of China
and Russia To withstand u.s. Pressure beyond
a certain point Putin slammed u.s. Sanctions

(01:23:28):
on two big Russian oil companies as an
unfriendly act and admitted it will have some
Consequences, but he said it won't greatly affect
our economic stability The same cannot be said
about the impact of such sanctions on the
Indian economy New Delhi has pointed out more
than once that energy security is critical and

(01:23:51):
Indian imports from Russia are dictated by its
national interest in ensuring stable prices and secure
energy The government calls Trump's tariffs unfair Unjustified
and unreasonable the frictions caused by such tariffs
has stalled progress on a trade agreement between

(01:24:13):
India and the u.s. Although talks continue
at various levels Some of these conversations seem
to be pulling India deeper into a situation
where New Delhi May find it hard to
push back against a tremendous pressure being exerted
by the u.s. This is evidence First

(01:24:34):
and foremost in India agreeing to cut Russian
oil imports although there is no official word
of this being done to comply with Russia's
or with Trump's demand and Asking public sector
oil companies to source more crude from the
u.s Second India has reportedly agreed to

(01:24:55):
open its agricultural sector to u.s. Produce
which the government had been unwilling to do
as Higher farm imports will hurt India's farmers
these developments relating to the two critical sectors
of energy and Agriculture are being attributed to

(01:25:16):
the recent visit of Trump's new envoy Sergei
Gore to India Gore's visit appears to have
melted New Delhi's resistance to stay the course
with Russian oil imports and Not open the
agriculture sector to the u.s. Produce Gore
was in India for five days from October
10 to 15 October 11 he met with

(01:25:39):
Modi Jaishankar National Security Advisor Ajit Deval and
Foreign Secretary Vikram Mistry Rare is the diplomat
who has scored such high-level intensive discussions
with four top figures in the government in
a single day in fact Ambassadors have to
wait for weeks if not months to present

(01:26:01):
their credentials after being posted to Delhi Whereas
Gore as of now is ambassador designate to
India and scheduled to assume office only in
the new year He has a larger role
as Trump's special envoy for South and Central
Asia and that mandates him to engage with
Pakistan Bangladesh Afghanistan in the Central Asian states

(01:26:24):
Gore not a career diplomat He served as
Trump's campaign strategist his appointment the royal reception
He received in New Delhi and the upbeat
mood and with gung-ho remarks by both
sides Show that Trump means business when he
wants India to abide by terms whether on
energy or agriculture it might be a case

(01:26:46):
of diplomacy leveraging Transactional deals for an India
US geopolitical alignment with implications for regional security
Gore's messaging with India's Commerce Secretary suggests that
after scoring on energy and agriculture his next
target may be to wrap up a bilateral

(01:27:07):
trade deal in November Washington is gradually and
inexorably Lowering the boom on Russia India and
China This could have unforeseen effects on India's
foreign policy its relationship with Moscow Washington and
Beijing and its role in Multilateral forums such

(01:27:31):
as SEO and bricks besides a troubled neighborhood
where the u.s. Is a major player
That is if Trump continues to call the
shots Now some of you Trump lovers out
there might like this and I I'm not
against it.
It I mean it is what it is,

(01:27:52):
you know, I I kind of anticipated wondering
when it was gonna get worse But I
also believe that this is going to cause
even more purchasing outside of the dollar Okay,
and I'm not India won't forget this let's

(01:28:14):
put it that way these are long-term
Long-term deals that the old trumpster is
making here and he's not making any friends
while doing it That is clear by the
fact that Modi is not Participating with him
in Malaysia when he should be So There

(01:28:39):
