Join NABWIC Talks for an inspiring conversation about family, faith, safety, and building a lasting business legacy. Kevin Ross, founder of Creation World Safety, Inc., and his daughter, Taniya Ross Williams, share their experiences working within a family business and the values that have shaped their journey.
From growing up in an entrepreneurial household to making safety a priority in the construction industry, Kevin and Taniya offer candid perspectives on leadership, work-life balance, community support, and navigating the unique dynamics of family and business. They also explore the importance of open communication, respecting individual paths, and creating a legacy that extends beyond the bottom line.
It’s a conversation about what we build, who we build it with, and what we leave behind.
