Mom guilt shows up constantly - over how we react, what we forget, the ways we fall short. But here's the truth: mom guilt is not just part of motherhood — that's spiritual warfare, and the enemy wants you stuck in guilt so you won't enjoy your kids.
I'm sharing a story from my own motherhood that left me drowning in guilt for days. But through it, I discovered how faith brings real freedom from that constant weight.
Here's what I want you to know: that guilt you're carrying? Jesus already removed it on the cross. We're going to talk about accepting God's forgiveness, forgiving yourself, and renewing your mind with truth instead of spiraling in lies. I'm also sharing a surprising story from Scripture about motherhood that's exactly what we need to hear when guilt overwhelms us.
We can't be everywhere watching everything, but God can. When we partner with Him in prayer, we get to release that burden.
You're doing a fantastic job, mama. It's time to tell guilt to go - because faith brings freedom.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
