In this episode of The Flow Habit® podcast, I'm so excited to share with you the recording of a conversation I had with Bernie Siegel, M.D., or "Bernie," as he likes to be called.
Bernie is the internationally-acclaimed author of 19 published books, including Love, Medicine & Miracles, and Love, which spent several years on the New York Times bestseller's list.
Bernie trained in pediatric surgery at Cornell and Yale Universities, and bravely brought the power of intuition and the mind-body connection into the field of medicine, long before holistic health was well understood.
Bernie turned 93 this month and is as sharp as ever, filled with wisdom and stories about what it takes to live our very best lives.
In this interview, Bernie shares his own vulnerability, including how the death of his wife impacted his own well-being, his traumatic birth story, the love of his parents, his own personal mystical experiences, unexpected healings and miracles, and most of all, his firm belief in the greatest healer of all--love.
I hope this interview blesses you as much as it did me.
