What if death isn’t the end, but a doorway to discovering who we truly are? Dr. Brad Stuart—physician, innovator, and author—takes us from the halls of Stanford Medical School to the mysteries and stark realities of end-of-life care. He discusses what's missing in medical training, the challenges that doctors face to stay human in the current profit-centered medical paradigm, and the healing that happens to both doctor and patient through compassion and listening. Along the way, we uncover near-death experiences, visions at the bedside, and the surprising role of psychedelics in easing our fear of dying. Brad’s message is whether we start now or let death do it for us, letting go is the ultimate practice we all face. This is about more than death—it’s about awakening to your true self and perhaps having hope for the future of medicine and healthcare.
