In our first episode coming out of the show’s summer break, Tom Schin joins us to talk about his work helping organizations build better culture. We open up the conversation about the cultures we build with our kids and, in one of my better segues, pivot to focusing on the workplace. The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways. Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang.
