we're finally able to talk aboutseveral things that uh have been
happening behind the scenes overthe past few months.
Uh March is shaping up to be areally important month for the
Roar ecosystem.
A lot of infrastructure thatwe've been um been quietly

building is now starting to comeonline.
And you're gonna start seeingsome major pieces along.
Uh hang on.
All right, there.
Uh one of the biggest of thoseis the Roar Country Club
platform, which is now live atRoarCountry.club.

And this is more than just awebsite, it represents a major
evolution in how our communityoperates.

Yeah, this is, guys, been something we've been
working on for a really, reallylong time.
And so for a long time, ourdecentralized autonomous
organization operated onEthereum using a third-party
governance platform that franklyjust became outdated and then

unsupported.
And at the very end, folks justin this space logically just
moved into just snapshots andannouncements on their social
channels.
So rather than continue relyingon tools like that or giving our
Dow a lower value experience, wemade the decision to move the

whole thing entirely onto basechain and build our own
governance and coordinationsoftware from the ground up.
And so it just made it faster,better, and I think best of
class.
Results is what you're nowseeing with Roar Country Club.
Now, a lot of y'all won't seeeverything until we release some
behind-the-scenes videos, whichwe do have.

But for you guys that arealready a part of our governance
community, you can now log intoit.
And so it's faster, it's moreflexible, it has so much more
stuff.
It covers all the informationyou could ever want in one
place.
Best of class, mobile, you know,responsive, fully integrated
with blockchain and IPFS,snapshotting backups and

everything.
And it gives the community amuch better experience than what
existed before, all total.
But most importantly, it putsthe infrastructure fully in our
control on a chain that we canexpect to be around a while
because let's be honest, we'vesaid this before: if anyone's
gonna stay around a US base,it's gonna be Coinbase, they're
publicly traded.
There's a lot in there to keepthem going.

So uh it just makes sense.

Yeah, and if there's one theme you're gonna hear a
lot of this month, it's basechain.
A significant portion of theRoar ecosystem is now expanding
onto base, and that decision isvery intentional.
Uh, base offers extremely fasttransactions, low cost, and
strong integration with thebroader Coinbase ecosystem.

So over the last several months,we've been building a lot of new
infrastructure there.
Uh and March is really whenpeople will start seeing that
transition publicly.

And you know, a lot of folks are gonna have
questions like, well, what aboutour chain?
And so here, this we're indevelopment from this public
beta that we've been into now afuller 2.0 chain.
We're finishing up developmentthere.
Our nodes are not forgotten.
We've been working on the actualsystem that does the true
function, and we're buildingbest of class there, and that's

gonna be re-coming back to themarket here this year.
So we're doing that as we dothis, and everything we build
for is multi-chain compatible.
So it's just we have put in thethird chain in the system, not
just Ethereum and Roar chain.
We've now integrated base chainand all the platforms we're
doing.
So we're gonna roll that out,and to be honest, we're gonna be

rolling out a lot more chainsbesides this.
It just right now, base makesthe most sense, especially when
you think about where we'regoing to create opportunities
for businesses, partners, andwhatever that want to build web
two front ends on web threerails.
We want to be those rails.
And so a few things are gonna behappening this month, and that
includes this the Work CountryClub is now moving its

decentralized autonomousorganization to base, and that's
already happened.
As a matter of fact, the firstproposal's out, first governance
is happening, and it's kind ofexciting what's happening now.
I mean, some of these folks havebeen in it from the early days
are now getting the opportunitywhere we're adding liquidity or
buybacks, and they're gonna beable to exit or you know, post
gains, whatever.

Super exciting time for thosefirst involved in our
governance.
OneROAR, the OneRAW token, it'sliquidity is expanding to base.
We are finishing up the last ofthe testing right now.
We're gonna be supporting basewith one roar token.
Now it's not there already.
We've got some spoofers andscammers that have always been
out in front of us, anythingwe've ever done on any chain

anywhere.
They've always taken our codeand tried to do it, uh, what
they could do with it.
We're not there yet.

We're going into season three,and season three is not just
going to have liquidity backfrom on Ethereum, but also on
base.

So we built around basecompatibility as well as
staking, liquidity, and farmingand more.
We've actually released over adozen internal, soon-to-be
external software and platformsthat connect different pieces of
the ecosystem together, but evendo more than that.
It's something entirely bigger,again, that you'll hear about in

So some of these are going toroll out publicly over the next
month and a half.

Another major piece of the uh ecosystem that's
evolving is the Roar platformitself.
The next stage of the platform,uh, what we're internally
calling season three, is beingbuilt with base integration in
mind.
That gives us betterscalability, faster performance,
and opens up a lot of newfeatures that we couldn't
efficiently run before.

It also allows us to integratemore deeply with other parts of
the ecosystem.

And let's be clear, these things are super important
for our future partnerships aswell as software they're rolling
out.
And alpha partners, they'rebuilding software on top of our
ecosystem.
They're going to need to utilizethat base token.
I mean, that one roar token overon base, which is exciting.
You guys, more utility, moreuse.

Exciting.
So that's super pumped.
Um, executive roar expansion.
Let's talk about this, guys.
You knew it was coming forlaunching the platform
elsewhere.
It probably means we need theNFT elsewhere.
So, another major developmentcoming this month involves the
Executive Roar Society NFTs.
The original ERS collectionlaunched on Ethereum, and it's

always been intended to be morethan just a collectible.
You know that it actuallyfunctions with the Ethereum
blockchain, with the Roarplatform, as well as access to
all of our software andplatforms that we continue to
roll out these next months.
So that's that's reality.
So ERS is designed to act as afunctional asset inside the Roar

ecosystem.
So one of the things we'repreparing for is bringing ERS in
a new version.
This is not ERS and FTs.
We're not copying them over.
These are new ones that are onbase as well.
And these, again, do the samekinds of things that the
Ethereum ones do.
They unlock use and utility andfunction.
And that means the NFTs willbegin operating across multiple

chains while unlockingfunctionality inside our
different platforms.
We now will support bothEthereum and base chains with
this advancement.
If you're a current NFT holder,you get the first chance to be a
part of the base as well.
As more software launches insidethe ecosystem, ERS will start
acting like a universal accesslayer to those tools and

experiences.
And that means working with ourAI, utilizing the penthouse
suite, utilizing the platform,being a part of our staking and
liquidity opportunities, guys.
These guys are linchpin, as wellas getting access to software we
have, discounts, or ticketedgated access.
My lands, there's so much.
Now, as that rolls out, we'rereleasing the long-awaited and

well-overdue penthouse suite forthe ERS NFT holders all together
to connect and collaborate, aswell as get access to alpha in
relation to our Lions rarities.
You've heard about that a longtime.
Roracle's built in.
We're releasing it.
It's coming within the month.
We're working on finishing it upright now.
We've been waiting on this for along time.

It's getting ready to getexciting.
So we'll be revealing more aboutthe utilities with ERS and the
expansion of those utilities aswe release more of our software,
platforms, and applications thatare coming out.

Um, a lot of what we've beendoing over the last past several
months has been infrastructurework.
Uh things most people don't seeday-to-day, but that are
absolutely critical for whatwe're building long term.
Instead of relying heavily onthird-party platforms, we've
been building more of our ownsystems.

That includes the governanceinfrastructure, launch
platforms, tokenization tools,community coordination software,
developer infrastructure, uh,chain infrastructure, and the
node systems.
So all of these pieces startconnecting together into what we
think of as the Roar ecosystemstack.

And let me tell you something, friends, we are
stacked.
You're hearing about one of likefive today.
So, business in a box.
One of the concepts we've beendeveloping internally is
something we call business in abox.
The idea is simple.
What if someone could take anidea from the real world or web

without needing a developmentteam or a huge stack of legalese
and more, consultants andwhatever?
That's what we're building.
And it includes severalcomponents working together with

sets up the mint burn functionand everything you need with

Then there's the rural portal,and you put that together with a

So some of these are going toroll out publicly over the next

Another major piece of the uh ecosystem that's
evolving is the Roar platformitself.
The next stage of the platform,uh, what we're internally
calling season three, is beingbuilt with base integration in
mind.
That gives us betterscalability, faster performance,
and opens up a lot of newfeatures that we couldn't
efficiently run before.

It also allows us to integratemore deeply with other parts of
the ecosystem.

And let's be clear, these things are super important
for our future partnerships aswell as software they're rolling
out.
And alpha partners, they'rebuilding software on top of our
ecosystem.
They're going to need to utilizethat base token.
I mean, that one roar token overon base, which is exciting.

So that's super pumped.
Um, executive roar expansion.
Let's talk about this, guys.
You knew it was coming forlaunching the platform
elsewhere.
It probably means we need theNFT elsewhere.
So, another major developmentcoming this month involves the
Executive Roar Society NFTs.
The original ERS collectionlaunched on Ethereum, and it's

always been intended to be morethan just a collectible.
You know that it actuallyfunctions with the Ethereum
blockchain, with the Roarplatform, as well as access to
all of our software andplatforms that we continue to
roll out these next months.
So that's that's reality.
So ERS is designed to act as afunctional asset inside the Roar

ecosystem.
So one of the things we'repreparing for is bringing ERS in
a new version.
This is not ERS and FTs.
We're not copying them over.
These are new ones that are onbase as well.
And these, again, do the samekinds of things that the
Ethereum ones do.
They unlock use and utility andfunction.
And that means the NFTs willbegin operating across multiple

chains while unlockingfunctionality inside our
different platforms.
We now will support bothEthereum and base chains with
this advancement.
If you're a current NFT holder,you get the first chance to be a
part of the base as well.
As more software launches insidethe ecosystem, ERS will start
acting like a universal accesslayer to those tools and

experiences.
And that means working with ourAI, utilizing the penthouse
suite, utilizing the platform,being a part of our staking and
liquidity opportunities, guys.
These guys are linchpin, as wellas getting access to software we
have, discounts, or ticketedgated access.
My lands, there's so much.
Now, as that rolls out, we'rereleasing the long-awaited and

well-overdue penthouse suite forthe ERS NFT holders all together
to connect and collaborate, aswell as get access to alpha in
relation to our Lions rarities.
You've heard about that a longtime.
Roracle's built in.
We're releasing it.
It's coming within the month.
We're working on finishing it upright now.
We've been waiting on this for along time.

It's getting ready to getexciting.
So we'll be revealing more aboutthe utilities with ERS and the
expansion of those utilities aswe release more of our software,
platforms, and applications thatare coming out.

Um, a lot of what we've beendoing over the last past several
months has been infrastructurework.
Uh things most people don't seeday-to-day, but that are
absolutely critical for whatwe're building long term.
Instead of relying heavily onthird-party platforms, we've
been building more of our ownsystems.

That includes the governanceinfrastructure, launch
platforms, tokenization tools,community coordination software,
developer infrastructure, uh,chain infrastructure, and the
node systems.
So all of these pieces startconnecting together into what we
think of as the Roar ecosystemstack.

And let me tell you something, friends, we are
stacked.
You're hearing about one of likefive today.
So, business in a box.
One of the concepts we've beendeveloping internally is
something we call business in abox.
The idea is simple.
What if someone could take anidea from the real world or web

We can talk about it this waybecause, guys, we just used it

to do what we did with our newlaunch for our own Dow, the RCC.
So I'm telling you, as werelaunched, we utilize our own
platforms and our own tools todo it, thus, proving the model.
The RoarSafe infrastructure isabsolutely growing, expanding,
and going to become one of ourmost uh important pieces, as

it's kind of the linchpin foranything in the finance and
banking world in the future,especially if you own a
business, you're going to wantto make sure you have multi-sig
set up, all of it automated, andthat's not all.
We just started bridging tokensover to base chain and other

So it launches the bridge, itlaunches the matching token, it
sets up the mint burn functionand everything you need with
smart contracting and a smart AIagent assistant in it.

Then there's the rural portal,and you put that together with a
place where investors can lookand find out real data, real
information, living from adeveloper's perspective in a
five-star rating system.
