(04:55):
defensive end Alex Wright.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Hey, Alex just wanted to start by asking what did
you do think of Miles's performance yesterday? And to get
five sacks and break that record.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
I want to say, it's unreal.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
One on one, Iles is definitely in his own category
as far as past rushers. Uh, that's ever you know,
came into the football league and just finn to do
it at a certain age, getting into uh set the
records at the age of years now and just seeing
how he carries himself and you know, how he works
on his body and stuff like that, it just proves that,

(05:31):
you know, he could be in the league for as
many more years as he wants to be, So there's
no drop off with him. And the thing is with
even though he has five, is like he was never satisfied,
Like I want to get six.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
I want to get as many as left before the
clock hit.

Speaker 5 (05:45):
So just Finna stay hunger and state have that drive
and kind of like it's kind of like courtagious like
the d line room, Like you know, you see you
see him on the other side. You know, you see
how fast he gets to the quarterback. You see how
hungry he gets to the quarterback. So it kind of
feeds all off to the others of you know what
I'm saying, Like we could get to the quarterback. Also,
like it ain't just got to be him. We could

(06:05):
take the load off him a little bit, you know,
but just just seeing him achieved that and just being
on the side of him physically, and like, you know,
just congratulating him, like it's a lot just just to
witness it.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Does it make the kind of performance he had? Grant
and Dunzel talked a little bit about this yesterday after
the game. But does it make it more frustrating that,
you know, he has this historic performance and you guys
aren't able to finish with a win?

Speaker 5 (06:30):
Then, I mean it's really frustrating. I mean that's just
as truthful as you can put it. I mean that's like,
you know, somebody in basketball dropping a career high and
fifty points and stuff like that, and it's like, you
do all this work, and you do that work, you
get to the quarterback this's mean times and then just
for you know, to not leave with a win.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
It's not only.

Speaker 5 (06:51):
It's frustrating, but it's like.

Speaker 4 (06:55):
Like, damn, like what else can I do? You know
what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
So it's just like you try your best, you try
your best, you try your best, but the best thing
you can do is just you know, try to stay
positive about it, you know, don't let it get you
down and stuff like that.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
But the more the more you put in the work.

Speaker 5 (07:11):
And stuff like that, it's like, all right, you know
it'll be it's gonna it's gonna come into fruistion one day.
He could get five secs when we get back, and
you know, it comes and it feel a whole lot
better with a win.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
You know.

Speaker 5 (07:23):
It's just that, it's just that, like, you know, just
that thing. You gotta stay positive in your mind. It's like, yeah,
you put in the work, you put in the work.
But I mean it's it's it's frustrating, for sure. I
agree with him.

Speaker 6 (07:34):
Yeah, So are you going through the same thing. Are
you at a good game yesterday? You're really active making
plays in the backfield. Are you kind of experiencing that
same thing that you just talked about.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
It's starting to get there. I mean I used to
hate it as much.

Speaker 5 (07:47):
And that's something that Miles used to tell me, just
like with chips and stuff like that, double teams, and
I used to get frustrated and he would say, and
it kind of uh. And I spoke on this uh
with my family and stuff like that, and it kind
of it kind of dawned on me a little bit
and will say, if they chipping you and doing all
this extra stuff just to occupy you, and just like
they're doing me, that means they respect you instead of

(08:08):
you know, because we use it as a term if
you if you rather have one on me, you don't
respect me. But if you're bringing chippers and stuff like
that, that means obviously I'm doing something to break havoc on
the game. So just for him to you know, tell
me that, it's kind of like okay. Once he told
me that, I kind of looked at it in like
a different from a different perspective of like okay, okay.

(08:29):
When when you say like that, all right, it kind
of makes me feel good because it's like I'm doing my.

Speaker 7 (08:34):
Job, Alex kind of off of that and handling the frustration,
but also you know, trying to be as productive as possible.
Have you found a balance a process of navigating that
of trying to you know, be highly productive and impact
as an individual, but also manage the frustrations knowing it's

(08:55):
a team sport and there is probably only so much
that you can do as one player.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
I mean, the main thing you have to do is
control what you can control.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
That's that's just been the big thing, especially for myself,
especially all the adversity I've went through, just not trying
to be Superman, not trying to make somebody else's play,
not trying to control what the back end does. You know,
one thing that we just do as a D line
is we just you know, we focus on the D
line and we.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
Could put energy into the defense.

Speaker 5 (09:26):
Of you know, of us being a standard top defense
and stuff like that, but individually I would just say, yeah,
it could be frustrating, But the main thing you gotta
do is just really like stay positive. And even though
it's hard to stay that sometimes it's much given the
fact that you know, I care a lot. I don't
like to lose. I'm pretty sure nobody likes to lose.

(09:46):
But just the fact that, you know, you got to
look at the bigger picture. We're going into the bide
week and we have none more games left, Like there's
a lot of time. And not only just just saying that,
you have to believe it and not just saying it
just for it to sound good and stuff like that. No,
like you got to internally believe in your heart, like,
you know, like we gotta turn this around. If we
got any chance of making the playoffs or winning the division.

(10:09):
We have to do something to turn this team around.
But the first thing I do is look with yourself.
So that's why I just say, yeah, I could be
productive with more. I should have, you know, rushed a
little bit better than I did yesterday, and stuff like that,
where you know, I have a high stand on myself
where it's like, Okay, if I didn't go up the field,
maybe he didn't you know, leak out through the beagup

(10:31):
or something like.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
Just stuff like that, you know, just self critique.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
I'm a self critique myself harder than anybody else, harder
than the coaches, wild and stuff like that.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
So I would just say, man like I.

Speaker 5 (10:42):
Would just just just just control what I could control.
Don't don't stress, cause it's the NFL. What you don't
want to happen is going to happen some way somehow.
The game is just the games is flows ups and downs.
So it's what you can determine, like you could you
could determine the fact of how you want the game
to go about.

Speaker 8 (11:03):
So I don't know that you were asked specifically yet
about Miles, you know, slamming his helmet down at the
end of the game and kind of whipping the helmet down.
I don't I don't think you're asked about that. But
my question about that is, I'm not sure if you
were in the vicinity or if you saw it and
then he kind of went and sat by himself on
the end of the bench. Do you worry about his

(11:24):
mindset when you see some kind of a situation when
he does something like that, or what does that show
you or tell you?

Speaker 5 (11:31):
That just shows somebody who's passionate about the football, game
of football, somebody who's who wants to be a winner,
somebody who wants to lead, and somebody who wants to
I mean, and people would go on social media look
at it the wrong way as if oh he's he's
lasting out, he's having attention chance on.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
Oh just that, you know, just outside noise.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
Like at the end of the day, man like this
is somebody who wants to win nothing less like I
won't stop to I get a win because that's all
that's all we get in the game for it.

Speaker 4 (12:03):
That's that's the thing. A lot of teams, a lot
of people we come from winning.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
So for us, you know, to lose and you know,
not find a way to win and then you know,
be up and down. It's frustrating because that's not what
we that's not what we play the game for. We
play the game just to have the like the names
on our backs, and we play the gamest like it's
a it's a child's game, just to have fun and
stuff like that. But it's also a competitive sport. Some
people may not be as competitive as as others. Some

(12:29):
people may not care some people. And when I say
some people, I don't mean people like are the same,
just speaking in general, you know, just like but you know,
just being a competitive person. I know for a fact,
I don't like to lose. I hate losing more than
I love winning.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
So I don't.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
I don't look at his mindset as anything different.

Speaker 5 (12:46):
I look at somebody who who won't stop at anything
by any means necessary, will get the job done. So
I don't. I don't have no problem about MOUs.

Speaker 9 (12:56):
So I just want to go back to an answer
you just gave to Mary Kay about you talked about
slacking and you know kind of short changing, you know,
short changing what they have to do are you talking
in general or do you feel like there's been people
on this team who have been slacking a little bit.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
No, I'm a general speaker, man, I'm a general speaker.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (13:18):
I don't take shots at anybody. I don't do the
the you know, stuff like that. We keep stuff in
the house. I don't I speak in general when I
say we're slacking. Some stuff you see out there on
the in the games where we can't get stuff done
and stuff like that, where it's been a consistent issue.
That's something that we try to work on. But other
than that, I don't. We don't do that, Okay. I

(13:39):
just wanted to clarify that. And then Carson.

Speaker 9 (13:42):
I know we'veat shoot a lot about Carson, A lot
of people about Carson over the course of his rookie year.
You know, just the injury he suffered, just you know,
how big of a blow is that for you know,
just because of the way he was playing and what
he was providing for this defense.

Speaker 5 (13:56):
I mean, he was providing a light like like I said,
he he was a rookie who played like an established
all pro vet.

Speaker 4 (14:05):
Like when you've seen Carson on the field, he was
just just here. He was there.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
He was always running the ball, he had his keys right,
he knew what to do, he knew how to put
certain people in the right positions with his calls and
stuff like that. It was everything was quick, quick, quick
with him, Like uh, but the thing is with him,
like you know, he's he's the type person that's gonna
fight back from that injury and get the right. I'm
not gonna speak too much on it because I don't
know too much about it. I haven't talked I haven't

(14:30):
talked to him today actually, but just just the terms
of him. I know he's a warrior. I know he's
gonna he's gonna do the right thing, stuff like that.
But other than that, it's kind of like just the
next man up mentality, you know, just and that's what
it has always been, next man up. The standard is
the same and there's not really a lot to speak
on it. It's you know what you have to do.

(14:50):
We're all in the same room. It's being preached to
everybody no matter who you are, whether you're whether you're one,
whether you're two, whether you you're practice squad, whether it
doesn't matter. The standard it's always same.

Speaker 6 (15:01):
So yeah, with the trade deadline a week from tomorrow
and you and your last year of your contract and
playing well and teams looking for end, have you given
any thought to the fact that you could be traded
before you play again here.

Speaker 5 (15:13):
I just I just take it one day at a time, man,
Like I'm this is bye week, like you know, I'm
going to go spend time with family at the end
of the day, Like I don't look forward to whatever happens,
happens is out of my control. I'm not gonna think
about it. I'm not gonna wear my head down. I'm
just gonna just go see family, go see friends. I'm

(15:34):
going back to UAB, I'm going to go see the
old college and stuff like that. So I'm not really
worried about trades. I'm not really worried about a deadline.
I'm not worried about like outside noise and stuff like that.
I'm just worried about my personal life at this point.

Speaker 6 (15:50):
Gotcha, Thank you?

Speaker 10 (15:51):
All right?

Speaker 11 (15:52):
That wraps us up.

Speaker 8 (15:52):

It's another edition of the Bark Tank.

Speaker 14 (17:25):
Everybody, welcome in from the home office.

Speaker 13 (17:29):
My name is Andrew Siciliano. We appreciate you being here.

Speaker 14 (17:31):
After another tough Browns lost, they go to New England
and they fall thirty two to thirteen. It opened well, obviously,
Dylan Gabriel and Harold Fannin on the somewhat corny National
tight End Day, and then David Ajoku scored in the
fourth quarter when the game was pretty much decided. Another
touchdown on National tight End Day, but there was not
enough offense. You know that by now, and the Browns
go to two and six entering the bye We are

(17:53):
presented by Sugardale as we always are.

Speaker 13 (17:55):
Sugardale.

Speaker 14 (17:56):
Everybody brought to you or bringing you the Bark Tank.
I wish I had better news for you. I'm going
to quote Alex Wright who spoke right before we sit
down to record this. Alex Wright and Joel Batonio speaking
on Monday to the Browns media after Kevin Stefanski spoke
and Alex Wright said, and this is a bit of
a cliche, but he means it. He says that he

(18:17):
hates losing more than he loves winning. And I think
all of us can't agree.

Speaker 13 (18:23):
But last week did feel really good. You love to win.

Speaker 14 (18:26):
And I see parallels this year to last where last year,
remember we said we the Browns. We had beaten the
Ravens obviously, and then you have the Chargers coming in
the next week, right before the bye, and then you're
looking ahead after the bye where you get the Saints
in New Orleans and the Saints aren't any good and
they're firing their coach, and hey, you can get something
going here. This kind of felt the same way. You're

(18:49):
getting the Patriots and you know they're good, but how
good are they? And then you get to buy and
then you go to the Jets and the Jets when
when the Browns took the field yesterday on Sunday in
New England, the Jets had not yet won a game,
and you're like, all right, here's the parallel. And I
spoke to Kevin Stefanski before the game about that parallel,
and was that brought up during the week, And he
obviously said, hey, amnesia focus on this one. But unfortunately

(19:13):
the same thing kind of happened and it wasted. And
we said this on the broadcast. Wasted is not the
wrong way to say it wasted. And historic performance by
Miles Garrett five sacks, five sacks is canton worthy. When
Miles gets his gold jacket, likely on the very first
ballot one day and he is a Tom Benson Hall
of Fame stadium down the road from Huntington bank Field,

(19:38):
they will show highlights of this game Sunday as well
as they'll show highlights of the three sack performance in
the game before the bye last year in the first
half off or off Justin Herbert. And they'll show highlights
from the twenty twenty one performance of his four and
a half sacks against Justin Fields and Jason Peters sending

(19:58):
the veteran left tackle into i believe at that point
his fifth retirement. They will show highlights from all these games.
They're not all built equally. This one the Browns lost,
and you say, yeah, you wasted a five sack effort.
It is just a gut punch. And you saw Miles frustration,
Nathan and I saw him throw the helmet. That was
right in front of us, great broadcast position in New England.

(20:19):
He threw the helmet, two hands, bam, right down to
the ground. Can't hide that it happened, man. He said afterwards,
he threw it because he wanted to be on the field.
He wanted to keep going. Not for sacks, but hey,
if we have other starters on the field, I want
to be on the field. I want to fight to
the very end. I think it speaks to who Miles is.
Alex Right, same thing. He wants to be on the

(20:39):
field to the very end. He had a heck of
a game. We pull out the box score here on
Alex Right, as he's at a contract year. He had
a sack, he had three TFLs. He had a great game.
Shelby Harris had a couple of TFLs as well. Carson
Swessinger had his first careert and he also added ankle sprain.

(21:02):
If there's any silver lining, here's that, Kevin said. Kevin
Stefanski said on Monday that it does not appear as
if Swssinger is going to go on injured reserve. And
my colleague E and Rappaport, by the way, Mike Gara
follow from NFL network will join us coming up in
a couple of minutes here as well. Ian Rappaport says
that while it could be a high ankle sprain, it

(21:24):
does not appear to be as serious as maybe could
have could have been, so fingers crossed on that one
either way. Kevin said it is a week to week
ankle sprain. Of the week off will certainly help for
Carson Swessinger, his entire family, or at least a lot
of squassengers were there right in front of us where
Nathan and I were calling the game at the forty
yard line behind the Brown's bench. Great to see their

(21:47):
celebration after Carson's first career I int which gave the
Browns a great field position, but they couldn't cash in.
The offense didn't do anything, and Andre Schmidt missed a
field goal. He's only missed two kicks since Week one
in Cincinnati. He missed a fifty plus job in Detroit, understandable,
and then he missed this forty seven yard kick if
memory serves in New England.

Speaker 12 (22:09):
Not the reason they lost the game.

Speaker 14 (22:10):
The reason lost the game is because the offense simply
isn't doing it enough and also as great as Miles
performance was The Browns defense probably tired on its heels
in the third quarter, and Drake.

Speaker 12 (22:21):
May played an amazing game in the.

Speaker 14 (22:23):
Midian completions Drake May, the Patriots quarterback, had in the
second half that many. He had zero in completions in
the second half. You tip your cap to him. The
guy played fantastic. There'll be a lot of headlines this
week about Miles. The only headlines that should matter are
the guy's playing his tail off. He's tied for the

(22:44):
league lead as we sit here today with ten sacks,
tied with Brian Burns. He doubled his sack output and
he's a one man wrecking crew. People say, oh, you
lost the game, Yeah you did. What if I told
you that. Derek Thomas not exactly a badge of honor here,
but Derek Thomas, who, as we mentioned yesterday during the broadcast,
had seven sacks, which is the all time record. He

(23:05):
also had a six sack performance one day, the late
great Derek Thomas.

Speaker 13 (23:09):
In his seven sack performance.

Speaker 14 (23:12):
His Kansas City Chiefs lost. Believe it or not, they
lost as well. They lost seventeen sixteen to the Seahawks.
In Week ten nineteen ninety. Granted that was so long ago.
The Seahawks were in the AFC. Fun fat kids, the
Seahawks used to be in the AFC. That was a
division game, the Chiefs and the Seahawks in the AFC West.

(23:34):
It was a while ago. It was thirty five years ago.
But the Seahawks, or rather the Chiefs also lost that game.
All right, let's look ahead here after the buye the
Bronski Jets, and there are still nine games remaining on
the schedule. What makes Sunday's game more frustrating is that
the AFC North continues to be a mosh pit. The

(23:57):
Bengals did lose to the Jets. The Steelers did lose
to the Packers. The Browns with the victory, would have
been sitting there at three and five, only one game
back in the win column behind the Steelers. Knowing that
you face him again at Huntington Bank Field in December.
Knowing you face the Bengals again week eighteen in Cincinnati.

(24:17):
I'm telling you there is still a chance. When you
have two wins and the team leading the division.

Speaker 13 (24:24):
Has only four.

Speaker 14 (24:26):
However, it's getting late early and you got to get
some wins after the bye.

Speaker 12 (24:30):
You have to and.

Speaker 14 (24:30):
Everyone knows that, and hopefully you can fight through the injuries.
Hopefully Tyson Campbell, who is playing well, gets through concussion protocol.

Speaker 12 (24:37):
Quinch On Judkins with a shoulder.

Speaker 14 (24:39):
Injury, he could use a week off as well, certainly
a heavy workload going back to the twenty five carries
in the win over the Dolphins, and that Rayshawn Jenkins
as well can get that wrist at his injury healthy,
and that Shador Sanders as the number two quarterback back injury.
He was also inactive this past Sunday. That everyone could

(25:01):
get healthy because there is still a very long season
ahead of you. But this one, this one was a
gut punch. It was definitely a gut punch, maybe more
so than others, to be quite frank. You know, the
emotional day, the one year anniversary of Gym's passing, you
just really wanted to win there. The week before the bye,

(25:24):
really really really wanted one. But it's a much needed
week off, certainly for everyone, and hopefully you reboot on
the road with a winnable game. Look at the records,
look at the standings. A winnable game after the bye
against maybe justin Fields, maybe not justin fields.

Speaker 12 (25:45):
We'll find out. We'll find out week number ten, the
man that.

Speaker 14 (25:50):
You find out a lot of things from, as mentioned,
is this.

Speaker 12 (25:55):
Week's guest on the Bark Tank.

Speaker 14 (25:58):
I know I liked to pump up the guests, right,
put his name in big lights, bright lights, also big lights.
But I don't think I'm overstating it when I say
that this guy.

Speaker 13 (26:08):
Is is the star.

Speaker 12 (26:11):
Of the Insiders.

Speaker 14 (26:13):
That might even be an inside joke every day Monday
through Friday on NFL Network at seven seven pm Eastern, Right,
Mike carrafollow good to see.

Speaker 15 (26:23):
It, seven pm Eastern. Yeah, that joke. That joke had layers, so.

Speaker 16 (26:29):
None of which was available to the public because it's
both are on the inside.

Speaker 13 (26:32):
So hence the insiders.

Speaker 16 (26:38):
Yeah, welcome inside with the insiders. Yeah, I remember when
when I was Week eighteen last year, we were together
in Baltimore and you said I'm outside with an insider.

Speaker 12 (26:48):
That was good.

Speaker 14 (26:49):
Yeah, I forgot that one. Actually, Yeah, good times. It
was like twelve degrees Rodney McLeod's final game before his
huge media career. Bailey Zappi started that game for the Browns. Yep,
life life time is a flat circle. I believe is
a McConaughey who said that it.

Speaker 16 (27:06):
Was Matthew McConaughey looking at a flatten can I can.
I have no idea what movie that was from.

Speaker 12 (27:10):
But uh, oh no, that was True Detective.

Speaker 15 (27:13):
Oh is that what it was?

Speaker 12 (27:14):
Okay?

Speaker 13 (27:16):
Really, I've never seen True Detective.

Speaker 15 (27:17):
Well, I was gonna say I didn't see that season.
I fall behind it.

Speaker 16 (27:21):
I watch Hard Knocks, but EACHO show is like come
and go, and I'm like, wait, wait, wait, wait, that's
coming regardless.

Speaker 14 (27:29):
Welcome to the bar Tank, Mike herrifula happy to have you.
As we sit here record this on Monday, after the
Browns lose, we're heading into the by so we figured
we would do like a a league wide perspective thing
because we are a week away from the trade deadline,
and actually there's a trade just moments ago before we
sit down with Roger McCreary before more second Round Corner
in Tennessee, going from the Titans to the Rams. It's

(27:50):
a late round pickswap, fives and sixes and things like that.

Speaker 12 (27:53):
Fun times.

Speaker 14 (27:53):
So as that gets us into this week, how active
do you think between today in next Tuesday, we're going
to be.

Speaker 15 (28:05):
Mildly active.

Speaker 16 (28:07):
I had a conversation yesterday, I had a Giants Eagles
with with one of the personnel folks we'll call them that,
and uh, they said, they feel it feels like a
lot of the guys, A lot of the headlining guys
are like core, you know, uh, ownership type guys right

(28:27):
where like it's hard to move those like.

Speaker 15 (28:29):
Like Max Crosby, no way, zero chance, even a J.

Speaker 13 (28:34):
Brown.

Speaker 15 (28:35):
I know what Jeffrey Laurie feels about a J. Brown.
So you could see some movement on the on the
on the.

Speaker 16 (28:42):
Guys in the bottom rungs and maybe they're they're up
against the end of their contracts. The Jets are interesting
to me because I feel like the Jets should be active,
whether it's pret Saw or Quentin Williams, Quincy Williams at
some point, like you got to do something with this
Core because they've sort of been together for a while

(29:04):
and they really haven't accomplished much. And these guys don't
seem like they want to be there, a lot of them.
So Okay, you don't want to be here, Fine, let's
start and let's figure out who our guys are going
to be going for So I think you'll see some action.
Last year, I feel like was really busy Monday and Tuesday,
and I don't remember the number.

Speaker 15 (29:22):
Zadarius Smith was moved.

Speaker 10 (29:24):
I think.

Speaker 15 (29:26):
President Smith was moved.

Speaker 10 (29:27):
Both Smiths.

Speaker 15 (29:27):
If I'm not mistaken, any Smith will do yeah, Ozzie Smith.

Speaker 16 (29:33):
So yeah, I think we'll see like a half dozen
or so between now and then.

Speaker 15 (29:38):
If we're north of that, I might be surprised, all right.

Speaker 14 (29:41):
So help our viewers listeners without the sausage is made.
And look, we did this every day. We did trade
deadline shows every year rather an NFL network for years
on NFL now the Insiders whatever. There is a game
that is played with, like, for example, a report that
says player X is not expected to be moved. Right,
Sometimes people might look at that, or they might listen.

Speaker 12 (30:04):
To the very specific language being.

Speaker 14 (30:05):
Used and say, well, that is a team saying hey,
we don't want to move them, but you should really
call and make us a good offer. How do you
translate the information you're getting and try to really get
to what's going on?

Speaker 10 (30:20):
Dude, I've.

Speaker 16 (30:23):
You know what I'm saying, Like the last two weeks
where I just don't believe anybody. There's just been so
much intentional or unintentional misinformation, even with like injury stuff.

Speaker 15 (30:33):
Right, So, like if the Eagles.

Speaker 16 (30:35):
Trade AJ Brown, I'm closing all my social accounts, like
I'm done because I've said it so many times that
he's not expected to be moved, which is sort of
like us providing a little bit of wiggle room just
in case something happens.

Speaker 13 (30:45):
We have to.

Speaker 16 (30:48):
Yeah, but like when you get the people that tell
you he's not going anywhere, it's like, well, I have
to relay this, right, and then sometimes things do change, right, Sometimes.

Speaker 15 (30:59):
We're not necessarily wrong.

Speaker 16 (31:01):
And of course, if it's somebody off the record and says, hey,
don't quote me on this, but like that's not happening, right,
and then it happens, there's no skin off of their
butty except for the conversation between me and them.

Speaker 15 (31:11):
But publicly, their name was never on it. My name was.

Speaker 16 (31:14):
So when it comes to AJ Brown, I don't think
it's the Eagles like.

Speaker 15 (31:20):
Oh, he's not expected to be moved, you know what
I mean?

Speaker 16 (31:23):
Whereas I'd probably put Quinn and Williams in that department, right,
Quinn and Williams, Like, we're not moving them unless.

Speaker 15 (31:29):
We get blown away, so come blow us away. That
kind of thing.

Speaker 16 (31:32):
There's a few guys that fit into that. So how
do I translate it as best I possibly can and
relay it as best as I possibly can, as bulletproof
as possible, and as confident in it as I can be?

Speaker 14 (31:46):
How often is there a situation like here now leading
up with the trade deadline, where agents and maybe this
is getting too inside baseball here will reach out and go, hey,
my guy wants out.

Speaker 16 (31:58):
Only if it's like we're going to put this out right,
because there's a couple of guys that I know have
asked asked for a trade.

Speaker 15 (32:04):
Whether it's like, you know, is a rapoport.

Speaker 16 (32:12):
Pali sero text coming through right now that I'll share
with you afterward, it's just typical Ian.

Speaker 15 (32:19):
Excuse me while I.

Speaker 14 (32:22):
Okay, then this is live text chaining, by the way
between the three insiders, tell him.

Speaker 15 (32:29):
To chill and we have it.

Speaker 14 (32:30):
Yeah, there is there's a separate chain in which I'm
in there in which Palasaro totally misunderstood a text last
week and made a video because he totally misunderstood.

Speaker 12 (32:41):
You were on that right on it. You were on it.
You didn't see the video he made.

Speaker 15 (32:45):
I missed that one.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 12 (32:46):
Okay, yeah, I'm gonna say.

Speaker 15 (32:47):
Oh oh video a screenshot.

Speaker 12 (32:49):
Video, Yeah yeah, video of himself.

Speaker 13 (32:52):
He totally misunderstood it. But I'm like, dude, that's great. Thanks,
I'm glad you put all that work into it. But
that's not what I meant.

Speaker 15 (32:59):
Hmm, here you go. Quote quote.

Speaker 16 (33:02):
I won't say who's who texted about the other, but
he's now going to rage.

Speaker 10 (33:07):
What was your question?

Speaker 14 (33:09):
By agents reaching out like hey, I want my guy out.

Speaker 16 (33:12):
No, because there's a few guys that have quote unquote, uh,
I don't know, I quoting. There's a few guys who
have requested rades and and it's like just keep that
like because.

Speaker 15 (33:22):
So there's not a lot of the only time they'll.

Speaker 16 (33:25):
Proactively reach out is like, hey, we're putting this out.
Miles Garrett had his early in the off season.

Speaker 15 (33:31):
Old enough to remember when Miles Garrett wanted to be traded.

Speaker 16 (33:35):
And uh, like that that was him and his agents
and like, we're going public with this thing.

Speaker 15 (33:40):
So that was a proactive you know.

Speaker 16 (33:41):
So you very rarely get those this time of year.
It's more or less like us digging around and like Yeah,
We've made it clear like he prefer not to be there,
don't put anything out. I'll let you know if anything changes,
but like we're not going to go public with it
because it's hard to do that this time of year.
It's more of like when we you know, I talked
about Miles in the off season, early on, before anything's
really said, before the money spent.

Speaker 15 (34:02):
That's the time to do that kind of stuff.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
That's Part one of the Bark Tank with Andrew Siciliano
and NFL Network insider Mike Garrifolo. Part two comes your
way after this quick break. You're listening to Cleveland Browns

Speaker 1 (34:25):
You're listening to Cleveland Browns Daily on a fifty ESPN Cleveland,
presented by bally Bett Sportsbook, an official sports betting partner
of your Cleveland Browns. Please bet responsibly.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
Welcome back to our one on this special edition of
Cleveland Browns Daily presented by bally Bet. I'm Jason Gibbs
coming up a hour two. Nathan Zigura and the Commissioner
of the National Football League, Roger Goodell, a Fantasy Minute
presented by Scale Co, and the scores for week number nine.

(34:57):
Right now, Part two of the Bark Tank with Andrew Siciliano,
an NFL Network insider, Mike Garifolo.

Speaker 14 (35:03):
Talking to Mike Carrofolo. Let's you know, I'm going to
do a sponsorship thing real quick here.

Speaker 13 (35:06):
Let's do what.

Speaker 12 (35:07):
Sizzling was out of by Sugardale.

Speaker 14 (35:09):
You see the sugardil thing over my shoulder here or
the shelf home office here. Today we usually go around
the AFC North.

Speaker 12 (35:15):
Let's just real quick.

Speaker 14 (35:16):
What's your what's your insight as to what went down
to Baltimore this week? Ian kind of moved the needle here.
We said that Lamar did practice on Friday. It was
with the scout team, however, not the first team. And
then there seemed to be a clean up very quickly
on on Aisle Baltimore.

Speaker 16 (35:33):
I told Ian, I'm like, you did actual journalism this week.
Way to go, because so much of what we do
is I just told you, like, they tell us stuff.

Speaker 15 (35:41):
And you don't say anything yet. That's not journalism. That's
an insider ring or whatever you want to call it.
Scooping or scoopage, stoopage, scoopage, that's what the Glazer calls it.
But no, that was real journalism.

Speaker 16 (35:53):
Was like they said something publicly, you had information that
misproved it, and you forced them to change.

Speaker 15 (35:58):
I was like, hey, you were right to go. So
what's my understanding?

Speaker 16 (36:05):
I mean, John Harball post game yesterday was like, hey,
it ain't dude. You are the head coach of the
football team and the entire building. Okay, you and the
general men that year who managed the building that won't
put it on.

Speaker 15 (36:18):
Put on a poor Chad Steel. I don't know if
PR does it with a come on.

Speaker 16 (36:22):
These micro managers who handle everything are like, oh that me.

Speaker 15 (36:26):
It doesn't matter who it is. They're gonna get penalized for.

Speaker 12 (36:29):
Okay, So what's that penalty going to be?

Speaker 14 (36:31):
I think, you know, we're already saw the day Ball thing,
so I mean that was live for the whole world
to see, and everyone like, I don't know about you,
but I'm watching that game, go ooh boy, that's uncomfortable.

Speaker 12 (36:41):
We can't do that.

Speaker 14 (36:42):
And you knew right then and there, especially in a
primetime game, they're gonna get fired. He got one hundred thousand.
I think the organization got too fifty.

Speaker 13 (36:50):
Could the Ravens lose draft picks?

Speaker 15 (36:52):
Yes, And I think they're going to I think it's multiple. Oh,
I don't know. I mean, I don't know what it's
gonna wind up being.

Speaker 16 (37:00):
It's called one mid to late round, right, let's call
it like a fourth fifth whatever.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 16 (37:04):
I mean, I really don't know what the what the
what the precedent is here, But like legitimately, you put
something on the injury report that wasn't accurate in a
week where we know what's going on in the NBA,
there had also been I mean there were a few
last week, like Saturday Friday into Saturday, a lot of
these quarterback statuses.

Speaker 14 (37:24):
That high changed Miami, Atlanta, Miami Atlanta, Carolina. Well, in Carolina,
we did we knew, we knew he wasn't gonna play.

Speaker 16 (37:33):
But but Carolina also early in the week said day
to day, whereas came to the podium on Wednesday, it's
like rock Party is not likely not.

Speaker 15 (37:40):
Playing, which which and I gave him as his flower.

Speaker 16 (37:45):
It's what you're supposed to do, right, like the old
but he's.

Speaker 15 (37:51):
You know, it's like don't worry about that stuff. I
was cursed. Donorry about that stuff. Play good football, right, like, coach,
good football. Don't worry about this little stuff like you
don't need I love it. I love more power to
Kyle Shanahan. I wish it was war Well. There's a
good Guy Awards. I guess in the media.

Speaker 2 (38:08):
Right.

Speaker 14 (38:08):
Look, Kyle's the guy that stands up there and says,
I don't know if we're all going to be alive tomorrow.
So I mean, that's the greatest of all time.

Speaker 16 (38:16):
Hey, but I just loved it. It's like, I don't
have time for this. I don't have time for these games.
Let's just get on with it. I actually have had
a head coach where I've told him like, hey, f y,
I am hearing this. I don't know if it's true,
but I'm hearing like this player might not play this week.
And I've had that coach tell me I don't want
any of that.

Speaker 15 (38:30):
Don't worry about it.

Speaker 16 (38:31):
I don't care, like leave it, don't just we'll we'll
see what's out there on the injury report and we'll
go by that. I was like, okay, and never never
ever bothered him ever again.

Speaker 15 (38:39):
So what I think happened. John Harball has been around
long enough to know the rules. That's what I think.

Speaker 14 (38:47):
Yeah, I agree with you, but I also think the
obvious answer was, oh, just misunderstanding.

Speaker 13 (38:52):
It's not my fault. They put something out or we
figured it out.

Speaker 12 (38:54):
And then we corrected it.

Speaker 14 (38:55):
And I was always going to be an answer, And
we'll see how three forty five.

Speaker 16 (39:02):
At that point, I don't care what he says, Like,
it's already done.

Speaker 12 (39:05):
Matter finally here and we appreciate your time.

Speaker 14 (39:09):
Not throw a kurball at you, but you and I
didn't discuss this before we started. We were all stunned,
obviously huge Ohio State audience here right before kickoff yesterday
when we found him out, found out about Ta command Gold.
I had interviewed him back in the day a couple
of times. I don't pretend to have known Nick, but
I know what he meant to the Jets and certainly
what he meant to the Buckeye family. He had been
in Good Morning Football a whole bunch of times, both

(39:31):
remotely as a player and in studio. How much interaction
did you have with him? It is it is just
gutting to hear the News a couple of weeks after
he makes a public plea for a kid and then
all of a sudden, I mean, you know, our jaws,
our jaws hit the floor yesterday.

Speaker 15 (39:45):
Yeah. How much interaction. Plenty of interaction.

Speaker 16 (39:47):
I left the Star Ledger in twenty twelve to go
take a job with the USA. Today I was national
for the first time ever, which Jason Cole, who had
been a beat writer who then went national to cover
the NFL, gave me some.

Speaker 15 (40:01):
Of the best advice.

Speaker 16 (40:01):
He said, you're gonna feel like you're on a waterbed.
You're not going to know which way to move because
everything when you're covering a team is so structured. Now
it's going to be so wide open, and you're not
going to know you're standing on a waterbed with the
way that he and I felt that way. But the Jets,
being close to me, were one of the teams that like, Okay,
here's where I can kind of sort of start to expand.
And countless times just going to Nickmann, they weren't like

(40:24):
great sensational quotes, like it's not like, oh man, this
guy is phenomenal, he's such a character. It was just
good solid information and him knowing what position I was in,
and being courteous with his time and as forthcoming as
he possibly could be, which was the Rex Ryan Jets.
So it was a little looser than some other teams
and always sort of that never taking himself too seriously thing,

(40:49):
which I can appreciate. And just a lunch pale guy
when it comes to how he played, how he practiced,
and how he managed that locker room. Just an ultimate
professional in every sense of the word. A great guy,
eight teammate, a great family man. I've traded text with
his agent over the weekend, who did not have not
like a lot of high profile guys, this was his

(41:10):
biggest client. I mean, a Hall of Fame client as
an agent is as good as it gets. And to
have a Hall of Fame guy on top of it.
And I feel for him because I know how close
they were.

Speaker 15 (41:21):
I feel for his family, I feel for his kids
for kids, and.

Speaker 16 (41:26):
I feel for the Jets and the way that they
came back to win that game yesterday.

Speaker 15 (41:30):
You know, I've seen this before.

Speaker 16 (41:33):
Sometimes it just feels like something a little bit bigger
is at play, and I felt like that yesterday. I mean,
you know, those guys didn't play with Nick Mangold, but
some in the building and they certainly knew what he
meant to the team. And for them to come back
though and fight the way they did in Ohio, near
his hometown, I thought that that was terrific and maybe

(41:54):
if it gives his family ten seconds of peace, right now,
that's a good thing.

Speaker 14 (42:00):
Yeah, and I thought Kyle was amazing this morning, our
friend Kyle Brann and GMFB saying kind of the same thing.

Speaker 12 (42:04):
I didn't realize he had four kids.

Speaker 14 (42:06):
And honestly, I just got chills here because I flashed
back to a year ago with the Browns. We lost
our friend Jim Donovan, and then the Browns went out
there a few days later and they beat the Ravens
and yesterday was obviously the one year anniversary of Jym's passing.
Wish the Browns could have done the same there and
beaten the Patriots and his honor in his hometown. Unfortunately
that did not happen, But yeah, the Jets did get

(42:28):
their win, and Nick Mangold will certainly be missed. You're
always loved as well. We appreciate you doing this on
very short notice, heating the call and getting in front
of the camera and you have better things to do.
Please everybody watch The Insiders at seven o'clock Eastern time
Monday through Friday, and especially watched Thursday when Mike Arrofolo

(42:48):
is on GMFB. Maybe maybe even in Halloween dress up garb.

Speaker 10 (42:55):
No some done for the year.

Speaker 15 (42:58):
I did it on Saturday. Let me see if they're
still going to be an Insiders here with this.

Speaker 13 (43:01):
Yeah, please go answer your text.

Speaker 15 (43:02):
We love your text in fighting.

Speaker 13 (43:04):
Mike Garafalo truly is the best. And yes, one.

Speaker 14 (43:07):
Day there will be a book written, maybe as maybe
the three of them and me and someone else fights
to write the book about NFL now and the Insiders
in just the entire mid afternoon news machine. But Mike
and Tom, Tom Bilicero, Ian Rappaport are great and collectively
they work as a fantastic team. Yet scream and yell

(43:29):
and point fingers at each other lovingly the entire day,
seven days a week. And the text thread is ridiculous,
whether it's that one or the one that is labeled
Insiders plus Siciliano with a funny picture of me right anyway,
final thought here, just want to back up about how

(43:51):
emotional the day was on Sunday. So let's let's go
to about forty minutes a half hour before kickoff. We
are in the booth, Nathan In, myself, the great Jason Gibbs,
Mack Robinson, Dan Tracy are our core team that is
always on the road together. And we had talked and
even we had talked about it the week previous about

(44:12):
how to how to honor Jim and the Brown social
team did a great job on Sunday morning tweeting out
some of the great some of Gym's amazing calls. And honestly,
there isn't enough room on x or in in the
Ether two to play all his great calls because there

(44:32):
are that many, and they give me chills every day,
truly every day. And and let me just say this,
I there isn't a Brown's touchdown call of mine that
is played where I don't think what would Jim have

(44:54):
sounded like calling that same play. I don't know that
I ever said that publicly, but believe me, I am
one of those fans too, because first and foremost, as
I've always told here, I am a fan. Like all
this stuff back here, this is mine, Like the team
didn't send it to me. It's mine, And there's a

(45:16):
whole closet full off camera of old Brown's memorabilia that
you guys can't see that's stored away. There's even more
in storage up the road. So run, William Run, or
any of his classic calls. I always think of it.
I think, by the way, what neb Chandler would have

(45:37):
sounded like, right, five four three two one touchdown Browns.

Speaker 12 (45:43):
I always think that.

Speaker 14 (45:44):
And yesterday, listening to all Jim's calls, it brought all
that back, obviously, and thinking of Megan and thinking of Cheryl.

Speaker 12 (45:50):
And when we get the Nick Mangold.

Speaker 14 (45:52):
News right before kick, I turned around and I said
to Gibbey and I said, Nick Mangold just died. And
he said what And I repeated it and he said
what I said, yeah, And we were just in stunned silence,

(46:14):
all the while knowing that in about ten minutes we
had planned to have Nathan open the broadcast honoring Jim
with just an amazing, heartfelt tribute and it was heavy,
it was pretty heavy. And then we got on the
air and Nathan said what he said, and he was

(46:36):
getting emotional, and you know.

Speaker 13 (46:38):
We all got emotional.

Speaker 14 (46:40):
We were back, We were back in Massachusetts, right back
in Jim's neighborhood, so to speak, and it would have
been great. Like I felt it, like we're gonna win.
I felt it, We're going to do this for Jim again.
That's what I said as as Andre Schmid approached the ball,
Let's go get a win for Jim, something along those lines. Unfortunately,

(47:00):
we couldn't do it. It would have been great, and
I wanted Quincheon to break free so I could say, run,
Quincheon run.

Speaker 12 (47:12):
That was in my back pocket.

Speaker 14 (47:13):
It didn't happen, unfortunately, But that doesn't make that That
doesn't make how we feel about Jim any different, obviously.
It doesn't make the emotions. It doesn't lessen the emotions
and lessen the love. It was with a heart full

(47:35):
of love for Jim and his family that we called
that game yesterday and now it's a bye week and
now it's looking ahead to the future.

Speaker 13 (47:45):
So I didn't know what I was going to say there.

Speaker 14 (47:47):
I just kind of finished it up, so apologize it
was kind of meandering there, but you get the point.
I wish we could have won that, and we missed
Jim every single day.

Speaker 13 (47:58):
Friends.

Speaker 14 (47:59):

Welcome into another edition of Building Brownsound and today we
have a very special guest, the Commissioner of the National
Football League, Roger Goodell. Commissioner Goodell, thank you so much
for the time. It is great to be with you today.

Speaker 10 (51:14):
Thank you, Nathan, thanks for having me.

Speaker 17 (51:16):
All right, let's talk about big picture here in the
National Football League. Why are these new stadium projects so
important to you and the NFL at large?

Speaker 10 (51:26):
Well, multiple reasons.

Speaker 18 (51:27):
I think they're really important to our communities. Also, you know,
these stadiums are more than just a stage or more
than just a stadium. They're actually economic drivers in their communities.
No stadium is the same as another stadium. They vary
from community to community for reasons. Some are dumb, some

(51:48):
are open air, some are mixed use, some are not.
But I think what we're seeing is a real trend
to make these stadiums a part of the community and
drive economic activity in those communities. That can be incredibly
beneficial on a year round basis, and I think that's
a really positive trend for the communities. But I also

(52:10):
think the NFL, and of course it's a huge fan experience.
I'm a big believer and we owe it to our
fans to give them a great fan experience. That's everything
from getting to the stadium to the moment you get home.

Speaker 10 (52:26):
Make it a great experience for our fans. That's really important.

Speaker 17 (52:30):
It is, and the Browns fans so certainly are excited
about this opportunity to have a state of the art
in closed facility. You mentioned that economic development and what
it means to the community. This has a chance to
be transformative for the Northeast Ohio region. So what kind
of economic development have you seen from these stadium projects,
especially those with the surrounding mixed use developments.

Speaker 18 (52:50):
Well, I think they've actually reshaped communities across the country
because of the vision of the leadership, particularly in the publics,
in the private sector, and our NFL teams, where they're
looking at how do you develop an entire portion of
a city. Nashville is a great example of that Los Angeles.

(53:12):
When we return to Los Angeles, that has actually changed
the entire landscape of that area, which is right near
the airport, has a lot of similarities to Brook Park,
but it's become a mixed use site where you have retail,
you have dining, you have other economic activity.

Speaker 10 (53:32):
Office buildings. Those are drivers and magnets to further economic
activity where they just built a new arena across the
street from our site.

Speaker 18 (53:44):
So these become really important structures that bring in additional
investments into the communities. And when you have people like
the has thems who really understand the importance of this,
willing to invest begins of dollars and to work to

(54:06):
try to make this really work for the community, I
think that's a great thing.

Speaker 17 (54:11):
One of the things that struck me when I was
talking with Jimmy and d about this project is that
they said, look, we are stewards of a treasured community
asset for a period of time, and as those stewards,
we want to do everything we can for that asset
and for this community. When you hear that, that's the
mindset of an ownership group. And then now they're kind
of putting, as you said, their money where their mouth

(54:32):
is in this mixed use development, the enclosed stadium in
brook Park. How does that resonate with you as the
commissioner of this league?

Speaker 18 (54:38):
Incredibly well, Nathan, and proud that our ownership and particularly
both Tea and Jimmy has them and their entire family.
They're committed to Cleveland. They're committed to making sure that
you know, they provide the best possible opportunity. They're committed
to investing in Bria, where they're putting hundreds of millions

(54:59):
of dollar into redoing that portion of the community and
their training facility.

Speaker 10 (55:05):
These are all investments that.

Speaker 18 (55:08):
The Hasms are making other owners are making across the league.
But I couldn't be prouder of the Hasms and their
vision and their willingness to invest behind it in the
community as well as the Browns.

Speaker 17 (55:21):
Is there something special about the fact that the NFL
season begins every year in Ohio with the Pro Football
Hall of Fame induction, with the Hall of Fame, the
kickoff game, and that now Ohio is going to have
a state of the art facility right here in the
birthplace of football.

Speaker 18 (55:38):
Yeah, there is, because it is. It's a birthplace of football.
And I don't you know, we have a lot of
great football communities, but you look at the history of
our league, Ohio stands really tall and that having two
NFL franchises, with the Browns and the Bengals, having the
Hall of Fame, being in the birthplace of our game,

(55:58):
it is a big part of our history, but more importantly,
it's a big part of our future.

Speaker 12 (56:04):
It certainly will be.

Speaker 17 (56:05):
And you mentioned earlier it also has the most passionate fans.
We like to think about the Dog Pound. It's the
fortieth anniversary of the Dog Pound. Browns fans are as loyal, passionate,
invested as any around the league. And there are a
lot of great fan bases. But you mentioned earlier the
fan experience. To give fans of that level a stadium
at that level seems like a pretty exciting opportunity.

Speaker 10 (56:26):
I do. I think it's great for our fans.

Speaker 18 (56:29):
The stadium that I've seen in the vision that's there
is going to be one that will be unmatched, and
I think that's something that the Browns fans will take
great proud in.

Speaker 10 (56:41):
But I also.

Speaker 18 (56:42):
Think again investing in the community beyond just the stadium,
the investment of economic activity. I think that's going to
serve the entire region, including the downtown, in a very
very positive way.

Speaker 17 (56:57):
And you know what serves the entire region is that
when you build a state of the art facility like
this enclosed Huntington Bank Field will be in brook Park,
you surround it with that mixed use economic development. You're
also pretty attractive for big events. And I know you
said before that the building is super Bowl quality. What
does that mean for this region the type of events
that it can attract in the NFL and otherwise, but

(57:19):
of course in the NFL and the big events super
Bowl drafts, which we've had a draft here in Cleveland
in the past.

Speaker 18 (57:26):
Yeah, Nathan listen, I think this stadium will be a
state of the art facility. It'll be something that everyone
will be proud of, from the NFL to the community
of course, to has some family. Super Bowl, though has
become bigger than just the stadium, right, you have to
have a lot of facilities to host the Super Bowl.
From hotel rooms, I think we're close to fifty thousand

(57:50):
high quality hotel rooms, the other facilities, the airport, which
I think in hope in the context of this development,
we'll see upgrades all. So those are all part of
hosting something like the Super Bowl. We had the Draft
there several years ago, which has become super Bowl like

(58:10):
in its impact and also in the needs. Unfortunately, the
Draft that was held in Cleveland was right after COVID
and we were coming out of that. My hat's off
to the people Cleveland, not just the fans, but the
public sector and has some family in the Browns for

(58:30):
making that happen in such a way that I think we.

Speaker 10 (58:34):
All could be proud of.

Speaker 18 (58:35):
And we kept everybody safe, and I think that was
a really big statement.

Speaker 10 (58:39):
So I hope the Draft will be back.

Speaker 18 (58:43):
I hope you know, this is something that we'll be
talking about from a Super Bowl standpoint at some point
in the future.

Speaker 17 (58:49):
Well, that would be very exciting because listen to Cleveland,
we understand coming out of COVID couldn't be quite on
full display. So I know that there are a lot
of people that want to know. You know, you mentioned
it could come back. Then when will it come back?
When will that draft come back here to Cleveland?

Speaker 12 (59:01):
Commissioner.

Speaker 18 (59:02):
I don't know the answer to that, but I think
the stadium is a big part of that.

Speaker 10 (59:05):
I really do.

Speaker 18 (59:06):
I you know, for us, whether it's in the stadium
or whether it's around the stadium. As you know, we
were right on the banks of Lake Erie, which was
a beautiful setting. I think the draft is an important element.
I don't think we delivered all that we should in
that because of COVID, and I definitely want to see

(59:29):
the draft get back there sometime soon.

Speaker 17 (59:31):
Well, Commisser, we thank you for the stewardship of this
league and thank you for your time here today. We
couldn't be more excited about the enclosed Huntington Bank Field,
and it sounds like you are as well as a
great asset for this community and for the National Football League.

Speaker 12 (59:43):
So thank you so much for your time.

Speaker 10 (59:44):
Thank you, Nathan.

Speaker 18 (59:44):
I appreciate all the support for the Browns and the
NFL in Ohio, so thank you.

Speaker 2 (59:49):
We appreciate the Commissioner's time on this Thursday. We'll take
a quick time out when we come back. The Fantasy

we do have an over underscores to perfect guys too,
What do I really so excited to get me? What
did I say that a couple of weeks so ago?
You two idiots. Just keep tying.

Speaker 2 (01:01:07):
Yep, that's right.

Speaker 17 (01:01:08):
Talk to this is not.

Speaker 13 (01:01:09):
Good for me.

Speaker 11 (01:01:10):
Like I'm mo talking to Curly and the other one.

Speaker 2 (01:01:12):
I'm not even picking opposite really like we're no.

Speaker 11 (01:01:15):
You guys usually picked two the same and then you
split the other three. This week you picked three the same,
pick the other two. So look you both went three
and two. So z you are currently twenty two and eighteen.
Gibbe is twenty four and sixteen. He has a two
game mean heading into the bye week. I feel like

(01:01:37):
we've been here before. Yeah, we've been here before at
this point, werefore do.

Speaker 17 (01:01:40):
Actually do a buy? We condition around the league, or
we just we take the week off?

Speaker 11 (01:01:44):
You mean over unders? Yeah, no we don't. We're taking
the week off. We'll be back next week. The over
unders committee, the over unders committee was excused on Wednesday
at eleven. They went home. And so while we're here,
they went home.

Speaker 2 (01:01:58):
I just can see they I can too.

Speaker 11 (01:02:03):
Time now for your Fantasy Minute, presented by scale Co Capital.
Scale Co Capital, proud private equity partner of your Cleveland Browns.
This is an interesting one that was put together by
the UH the Fantasy Minute Committee. The trade deadline impacting fantasy.
So you will put in your waiver claims before the
deadline Tuesday.

Speaker 17 (01:02:25):
Now you'll usually put them on Tuesday night, so you'll.

Speaker 11 (01:02:27):
Know Monday night, Oh yeah, it's Wednesday, Okay, so you'll
know you'll have if there are trades. But that is
that that can have a big impact, especially at the
running back receiver position. Somebody comes into a spot.

Speaker 17 (01:02:37):
Sure, I'm surprised that teams on a bye that, like
if you think about us and the Jets that might
potentially be sellers, that they didn't make any trades like today,
so that the teams that are looking for those players
would have their services. It's a really good point out
of you when yeah right, yeah, like if you were
even yesterday, there's a lot of rooms when guys being available,

(01:02:58):
like would there be into them for the week? I
would think yeah, yeah, I would think so, all right,
we are getting into the meat of it in the
fantasy as it were.

Speaker 12 (01:03:06):
My friend.

Speaker 17 (01:03:07):
Yeah, obviously Lamar's back, get him in your lineups. Jackson
Dard has a rushing touchdown and a throwing touchdown in
every game, and he's going to have to do everything
for them. So I think, like, if you're looking if
you you don't have Jalen Hurts, you know, he's somebody
that you could look to on the waiver wire. Sam
Darnold against Washington is somebody on the waiver wire that

(01:03:27):
you could look to. I'm trying to stay away from
that Houston Denver game. I think that is gonna be
a tough game for fantasy just period. So I don't
have a lot of interest in that one. But it's
it's the guys, you know, Stafford, Daniel Jones, Herbert may
Lamar Dak Mahomes, Josh Allen, those are those are the
money makers. And then Jordan Love, who is playing really,

(01:03:48):
really well. We've been on him for a few years though.
We've been big Jordan Love fans.

Speaker 11 (01:03:52):
Yeah, I mean he's he's gonna have a chance here
over the course of the second half of this season
to win an MVP. Yes, it's on the tape for him.
Someone's got to come take it. Bake had a moment
about it three weeks ago. Then that started to fall off.
Jonathan Taylor's kind of the flavor of the month right now.
But that performance Love had on Sunday against the Steelers,
I could see that being something that really booyes him

(01:04:14):
going forward.

Speaker 17 (01:04:14):
Yeah, I'm with you. I'm with you running backs. I
hope that you guys are able to pick up Tyrone Tracy.
I think he's going to be somebody that steps into
a pretty big role right away for you. Here as
you look at the running back position, Vidal Sassoon is
just rolling. He's a juggernaut crazy. He's been better than
a Marion Ampton. He really has been. It's the truth.

(01:04:36):
Chase Brown's back, folks, He's back, baby. Well hopefully if
that means Flacco plays, because I think he's pretty linked
to Flacco in this one. Kareem Hunt is you know again,
you're in bye weeks. If they get near the goal line,
they give the ball to Kareem Hunt and he scores.
So I like Kareem Hunt from from a touchdown standpoint
right there. Wide receivers again, you know who the main

(01:04:59):
guys are, the main that you want to be rolling with.

Speaker 11 (01:05:03):
You got the look. You gotta look at somebody who
we talked about about a month ago in Kayshamboudi. They're
starting to get a little bit more and more with him. Yep,
you can feel it kind of coming, you can. He
is quite good. Yeah, he's a deep threat. He's played very,
very well. Troy Franklin has three touchdowns in the last

(01:05:24):
two games. DK has played well for the Tennessee Titans
with Ridley out. So those are some guys that you
can kind of, you know, look, chuck your waiver wires.

Speaker 17 (01:05:32):
They might be out there. You have to hope Brian
Thomas is gonna bounce back. This feels like he has
been kind of forgotten man so far this season, but
you hope that this would be a game where he
gets it going a little bit tight ends. You don't
have Harold Fanning, he's actually Folks, he's a he's a
fantasy starter. Gadson, I mean you gotta ride this. You

(01:05:53):
gotta ride him. Delly bucks Ya last three weeks Gadson
or gads Din. I think I'm just being Gadsen. So
then you say a Rendez Gadsen instead of gads.

Speaker 11 (01:06:06):
Did I think you have that right?

Speaker 4 (01:06:08):
Yep?

Speaker 17 (01:06:09):
So eres last three weeks folks seven for sixty eight,
seven for one, sixty four and a touch five for
seventy seven in a touch And then you say, oh,
one of the things I like to look at, certainly
on the The sleeper app is one of the fantasy apps.
It's it's a good one because it tells you some
things that maybe you don't get in other places. And

(01:06:31):
so one of those things you would say, hey, I
know he's getting number, but does he playing a lot? Well,
what you've seen now is his snap percentage has gone
from twenty six percent in week three, then forty eight
percent in week four, then fifty four percent in week five,
seventy five, seventy nine, seventy seven the last three weeks.
So he's playing.

Speaker 2 (01:06:51):
He is.

Speaker 17 (01:06:51):
Herbert likes him. He's going to continue to get the
football like he is good. Yep, play him very good.
So that's tight ends. I like him the main tight ends.
Hopefully Bowers is back, that would be great. Those are
kind of your main guys. And then this is a
good week for defenses. The Rams get the Saints, the

(01:07:13):
Chargers get Tennessee. Seahawks gift, there's no Jane Daniel, Seahawks
get watching, Packers get Carolina. Those are and New Patriots
get Atlanta. Those are all choice little matchups. There, choice
little matchups.

Speaker 11 (01:07:28):
It's a great job at you there, you go, very
good job at you. You had a big week on

to the scores and you, especially last week, my friend,
well done.

Speaker 17 (01:08:35):
Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Thank you. Which
is gracious solid week nine and four. Nothing crazy. I
mean that says that We're not living into your thirteen
and two rare fighter. I'm just smooth, slowly chipping away,
slowly plugging away there. And so we have got Now
we're a combined forty four games over five hundred, both
of us in the twenties. It's a beautiful thing to see.

(01:08:57):
And we are thriving, sir.

Speaker 12 (01:09:00):
It's wild.

Speaker 11 (01:09:01):
You feel like this was going to come to an
end at some point.

Speaker 17 (01:09:03):
You're like, what a down week for you? And then
yet you sit at you sit at nine and four.

Speaker 11 (01:09:09):
No, I was seven and six, I mean seven and six,
seven weeks yea, yeah, but I mean you're like, that's
a down it's a winning week, brother, I know, but
I mean we expect greatness every week. Yeah, and yet
somehow we here, we're doing it. We've been doing it
all right, you're ready to give it.

Speaker 17 (01:09:20):
Hey, we are on pace though, to be back in
the like forty games over five hundred each, which it
would is just insane, really, it really is.

Speaker 11 (01:09:28):
Yeah, And we've been doing this for a long time
this way. So you're welcome, kids, You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (01:09:32):
Well, we'll start things off, because we are off on Friday.
We'll start things off with Thursday Night football. That's right.
Sometimes you never know what happens on Thursdays. Baltimore on
the road, Lamar's back. I think Lamar visiting South Beach
Dolphins hosting the Ravens bo Bishop lead us off.

Speaker 17 (01:09:57):
I take this one.

Speaker 11 (01:09:58):
This won't be as we know normally do on a
traditional Thursday, because we're doing all of them? Do should we?
Is that the rule here?

Speaker 17 (01:10:04):
This one's on Thursday?

Speaker 11 (01:10:06):
But do we want to? We're doing all of them? Now, Okay,
are we doing this on a Thursday or are we
not doing that on a Thursday. I just think Lamar
bouncing around at as Presser probably could have maybe gone
last week, didn't took the extra game. I think Juggernaut.
I think they annihilate in just beating his hands down,

(01:10:26):
beat down Ravens seventy six, Dolphins five four.

Speaker 2 (01:10:35):
We're taking points away now, yeah, four negatives. Perfect On
to Sunday. We go, Let's get the real scores.

Speaker 17 (01:10:46):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:10:47):
Falcons gutless or not gutless? That is the question. They've
lost two in a row, including that beat down to
the Dolphins. Last week. Falcons on the road visiting the
red hot New England Patriots, who committed six and two. Zagora,
I'm a believer, saw faiths. I saw May's face and

(01:11:15):
I'm a believer.

Speaker 11 (01:11:17):
Yeah, he threw it to Booty and.

Speaker 13 (01:11:21):
It was nice.

Speaker 2 (01:11:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 17 (01:11:23):
I'm all in on the Patriots. I think here's their
real deal.

Speaker 11 (01:11:27):
Here's their last five scores, forty two to thirteen. They
why this line makes no sense? Forty two to thirteen.
They beat the Bills twenty three to twenty twenty nine,
then twenty five nineteen over the Saints, thirty one thirteen
over the Titans, and thirty two to thirteen over US nineteen.
Teams that struggle they bury.

Speaker 17 (01:11:46):
So if they win, there's only one team that they haven't.
And I bet they did cover that game. I bet
they've covered in every game they've won.

Speaker 11 (01:11:52):
I think that's probably fair. And they have the most
stupefying loss, losing to the Raiders in Week one, which
is crazy.

Speaker 17 (01:11:58):
I'm with you, though, Patriots mind buggling Patriots, Patriots, patri
real score. Just like if we're going to try to
keep it serious and no tomfoolery. Eight hundred and seventy
four to.

Speaker 11 (01:12:10):
Two, same Sameseys, same US perfect, A lot of touches,
crash out.

Speaker 2 (01:12:15):
We continue the Sunday one o'clock slate.

Speaker 11 (01:12:17):
Looking like he's NBC with the crash out drop it.

Speaker 17 (01:12:20):
That's fired from the kids in here. That's fire, dude.

Speaker 2 (01:12:23):
The Los Angeles Chargers on the road coming to the
Central time Zone. The Tennessee Titans one of two teams
without a win at home in twenty twenty five, Titans
hosting the Chadgers. Bo Bishop, Oh my god, I mean

(01:12:45):
it's a lot.

Speaker 11 (01:12:46):
The last time the Chargers went east, they went to
Miami and one by two. Close, close, close game, close game.
But the last few times that Tennessee has been out.
The Patriots beat him thirty one to thirteen, and the
Colts beat him thirty eight to fourteen. Titans got big problems.
It's a lot. It's a lot of points, but they
have been bombed a lot this year. The Rams beat

(01:13:07):
him thirty three to nineteen, the Colts beat him now twice,
forty one to twenty and thirty eight fourteen. Texans beat
him twenty six to nothing. I just think they get
housed again. Give me the Chargers. This is a crazy
week with the scores.

Speaker 2 (01:13:17):
As we talked it.

Speaker 11 (01:13:20):
Yesterday, it's just it's not what I like. But I
just I just don't see another scenario. I think the
Chargers win it. Chargers thirty one, Titans fourteen.

Speaker 2 (01:13:30):
Say.

Speaker 17 (01:13:32):
Don't touch me because I'm electre. If you touch me,
you'll get shocked bolts.

Speaker 4 (01:13:38):
Excuse me?

Speaker 2 (01:13:41):
All right, we move on, jails. I can't even breathe.

Speaker 11 (01:13:46):
He's got it, man loved it, big fan Man new.

Speaker 2 (01:13:51):
Uh to Northern Kentucky. We go the Bengals, fresh off
a loss to the New York Football Jets. I'm not
sure what's happening with the quarterback situation here. The Bengals
hosting the Chicago Bears, who should be five and two,
but they screwed up and lost to the Ravens last week.
Bears visiting the Bengals, Zagora.

Speaker 17 (01:14:15):
I don't really know how to go at this one either,
because we don't know about Joe.

Speaker 11 (01:14:19):
But well, Zach said on Wednesday that even if Joe
doesn't practice all week, he could go Sunday, which I'm
finny each my hunches, he will. I think he's gonna go.

Speaker 17 (01:14:31):
I think the Bears will win this one. But I
think it's tight.

Speaker 11 (01:14:35):
That's pretty tight already.

Speaker 17 (01:14:36):
I think it's tight. I think it's gonna be Cairo
Santos from fifty two.

Speaker 11 (01:14:42):
Oh my god, Cairo Santos.

Speaker 17 (01:14:44):
Kick is up.

Speaker 12 (01:14:46):
The kicks.

Speaker 17 (01:14:49):
The Bears thirty one, Bengals thirty.

Speaker 11 (01:14:55):
Can we play a guest the stats?

Speaker 1 (01:14:57):
Sure?

Speaker 2 (01:14:58):
I love for losing.

Speaker 11 (01:14:59):
Can you guys tell me what is your best guess
on how many catches Jamar Chase has through?

Speaker 2 (01:15:05):
How many games have they played seven games together?

Speaker 11 (01:15:08):
Eight games? Eight games? How many catches does Jamar Chase
have on the season?

Speaker 2 (01:15:12):
Eighty one games? Number came to my head.

Speaker 17 (01:15:17):
Is that right?

Speaker 2 (01:15:17):
No, it's not.

Speaker 17 (01:15:19):
I wrote pretty high, I wrote, I wrote sixty eight.

Speaker 11 (01:15:22):
Seventy he has seventy catches? Seventy how many of the
two weeks? Well, he's got forty one targets in the
last two weeks. So these are his catches the last
four weeks. Okay, ten, sixteen, twelve.

Speaker 17 (01:15:42):
Fourteen, mister Zigurra, thank you in light of the fact
that the over under committee catches the over under committee
left on Wednesday at eleven. Yeah, but we're here now.
Oh you'd like the over I think that that what
you just did there should have count should count for

(01:16:03):
an over under point.

Speaker 11 (01:16:04):
When they come back on Monday, I'll ask him because
that was totally fair. Yeah, yeah, those are fair fair,
it's fair, and one of us won and one of
us did it. Yeah, same bit different, by the way,
I think. I think Bengals beat the Bears. I don't
like what the Bears did last week.

Speaker 17 (01:16:17):
So same bit different, same for the purposes of the purposes.

Speaker 2 (01:16:20):
Yeah, there you go. Uh, this one will be a
good one. One o'clock the Pukers welcome in the number
one team in the NFL, the red hot Indianapolis Colts,
winners of four in a row, Danny Dimes versus Aaron Rodgers.
Didn't have that on the Bengo card, probably in the
off season. But here we are, Colts at Pukers. Bo Bishop, I.

Speaker 11 (01:16:43):
Think the Colts are just good. I think they're good,
and I'll be damned if I'm picking Pittsburgh. So give
me the Colts.

Speaker 2 (01:16:50):
Buy a field goal.

Speaker 17 (01:16:52):
Colts buy a field goal.

Speaker 11 (01:16:53):
Twenty seven to twenty four, twenty seven to twenty four.

Speaker 12 (01:16:58):
Jesus is.

Speaker 2 (01:17:01):
Quick.

Speaker 17 (01:17:01):
Pff, Nate, hold on, I'm typing.

Speaker 2 (01:17:04):
What numbers are you pulling up?

Speaker 17 (01:17:05):
I'm typing right, I'm trying to move my sheet over
on my spreadsheet and it's not working. Take it um, move,
I'm gonna see if this works.

Speaker 4 (01:17:16):
Move two week.

Speaker 17 (01:17:19):
Yes, there you go, Yes, riveting radio culture. Juggernaut, dude,
they are juggernaut.

Speaker 2 (01:17:28):
There.

Speaker 17 (01:17:29):
They got JJ Watt there. Last time he was on
the call in Pittsburgh. That went really well for them.
All right, you've convinced me. Colts nine hundred forty eight thousand,
three hundred and twelve, Saints ninety eight thousand.

Speaker 11 (01:17:52):
Did you do that right?

Speaker 2 (01:17:53):
Nope? I think you did. He kept going on going.

Speaker 17 (01:17:57):
How's he gonna keep seven hundred and forty two.

Speaker 11 (01:18:01):
I don't have any idea what that means.

Speaker 2 (01:18:02):
I don't think you're right.

Speaker 17 (01:18:03):
I don't think the first number.

Speaker 11 (01:18:05):
I think you went nine hundred. I think the last
number was a twelve.

Speaker 17 (01:18:08):
Yeah, I think you just said the Steelers with forty.
I don't know what's going. Fine, that's what we're doing.
Ok same but different, Same but different. Okay, all right,
we stay with the one o'clock games. No, no scataboo.
The g Men hosting the forty nine ers. Not sure
which team is beat up? More Giants two and six

(01:18:31):
be two and one at home, welcoming in the five
and three forty nine ers.

Speaker 19 (01:18:36):
Peter, remember what I told you on on Sunday Evening
that the TV you'd bought me five years ago for
my birthday.

Speaker 2 (01:18:45):
He's using it.

Speaker 12 (01:18:46):
It died.

Speaker 4 (01:18:47):
Do you remember when I told you that, Mate.

Speaker 17 (01:18:52):
That's your fault.

Speaker 11 (01:18:53):
It should have lasted longer.

Speaker 4 (01:18:56):
I have a confession.

Speaker 11 (01:18:58):
Go buy a new one.

Speaker 2 (01:19:00):
Well, he is buying a new one. I'm buying a
new one, Nate.

Speaker 17 (01:19:02):
It's being installed Thursday, which is today.

Speaker 19 (01:19:05):
Oh my god, when I told you that the TV
had died Sunday evening, TV had bought me five years ago,
I have a confession. I threw my shoe at the
TV when came as Cantabu got hurt, and that broke
the TV like it broke a d called.

Speaker 17 (01:19:25):
It broke my heart.

Speaker 19 (01:19:28):
All I wanted was to watch cam and Jackson and
the Niners on the same field.

Speaker 17 (01:19:35):
In a high definition.

Speaker 11 (01:19:36):
Oh my god, the next level.

Speaker 17 (01:19:37):
It's next and I can't do that.

Speaker 2 (01:19:40):
Peter, are you wearing a g Men jersey or a
forty Niner jersey?

Speaker 19 (01:19:44):
I had a half and a half jersey made like
the mccordy twins mother, but you had a half Patriots
half Titans jersey and I had to have It was
really two thirds giants.

Speaker 17 (01:19:53):
I'm sorry, but it's true.

Speaker 11 (01:19:55):
Dark Patron, did you cry? Did you cry more watching
Jackson Dark? It's tears or the birth of your one
and only Sonny.

Speaker 17 (01:20:03):
Don't have another confession.

Speaker 12 (01:20:04):
I lied.

Speaker 19 (01:20:04):
I didn't throw my shoe with Jackson dardhead. But it
gets scatiboul on the stretcher. It moved me and I
wanted to be a part of it, a three way
headbutts I had but at the TV and it died
And I'm buying new on a.

Speaker 17 (01:20:18):
Best Buy installed Thursday. We have complicated wiring.

Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
The Niners.

Speaker 17 (01:20:24):
They're gonna win big because Scataboo is gone. Thank you same, same,
good God, Ado, thanks for dropping in. There's a lot
of truth in that, A lot of truth in that story.

Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
Boy, there is there is a lot of truth in
the story.

Speaker 9 (01:20:40):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:20:41):
Broncos on the road, Broncos undefeated at home, but five
hundred on the road, and uh, I believe no certain
for a while. Potentially Broncos visiting the Houston Texans, who
are now three and four on the football season.

Speaker 11 (01:20:58):
Bo Bishop, Yeah, this one. I'm just who wouldn't take
Denver here coming off of what they've done the last
few weeks, everybody, it feels like would take them, and
for some reason it's not that, So I'm just rolling
with it. For some reason, it's not that. Houston in
kind of an ugly game sixteen thirteen.

Speaker 17 (01:21:12):
We did this last week, I know, and we talked
it out. We said we should take Houston because in
the world, and we didn't I know, And now we're
gonna do it, and now it's gonna go the other
way total PC. We're guaranteeing if you're a Broncos fan
like Gibbe, who you're welcome, he's gonna go before Lash.

Speaker 2 (01:21:28):
Kill you on the set. Don't ever, don't ever, don't ever.

Speaker 17 (01:21:33):
That or Pittsburgh, which put me anything ever happens to
jor Man's Got the Tape, if he ever happens to
be Man's Got the Tape, Gibbet would be the second
most likely suspect good News.

Speaker 2 (01:21:45):
If they asked me, I'll go, he called me a
Bronco fan, and the Cleveland cops would go, you had
every right to do that. We're gonna We're gonna release you.

Speaker 11 (01:21:53):
One of my all time favorite Bubbits. We were doing
the show at the South Euclid Browns Barkers and uh,
and the people came up to me thought that Steelers fan.

Speaker 17 (01:22:01):
That's great. Pittsburgh p pot Pittsburgh people. Yeah, I have
a Pittsford papa be he so offended you probably Pittsford people.
John Elwey was like your adopted team. I would have
you probably had Neil o'donald. Did you remember prediction?

Speaker 11 (01:22:15):
Yeah, we all we got Texans okay, threatening people's lives.

Speaker 17 (01:22:21):
Well, yeah, you got me. You want to work, you
want to work me into a shoot? That a safe work, Bronco.
Thank god there's glass between us. Doctor j Do you
think you're safe in there?

Speaker 11 (01:22:29):
He would have strangled you. I saw the rage in
his eyes.

Speaker 2 (01:22:32):
I have nothing but love for these two you.

Speaker 17 (01:22:34):
I'm not so sure if you keep going down that
you said out loud, I will kill you.

Speaker 11 (01:22:39):
Yeah, because I have nothing but love with these two.

Speaker 10 (01:22:42):
You have.

Speaker 17 (01:22:42):
Not so sure you just two minutes, we're going to
kill him, that's right, not so sure. That's I think
we Minnesota is on the road. J. J.

Speaker 2 (01:22:51):
McCarthy back Vikings at Leons Pedro not pedro?

Speaker 17 (01:22:59):
What was the number on this one?

Speaker 2 (01:23:01):
Big nine and a half.

Speaker 17 (01:23:04):
Oh see now he's now he thinks he's gonna throw
shots at me.

Speaker 4 (01:23:07):
That's right.

Speaker 13 (01:23:09):
I'm the rubber.

Speaker 17 (01:23:10):
You're the glue. Whatever you say bounce off me and
sticks to you, burn roasted, You're pedro Junr. Right now,
this feels like I'm gonna regret it. But I could
see a couple of JJ's coming to the back door.

Speaker 12 (01:23:29):
Oh Mama, JJ.

Speaker 17 (01:23:32):
McCarthy, Oh and J J. Jettis Lions four million, three
hundred and twenty three thousand, yep and nine Vikings four million,
three hundred and twenty three thousand.

Speaker 11 (01:23:53):
I think I did it right that you did it
right that time. Yeah, I'm gonna go uh, same bit different.
Coming off the bye. Leo's coming off the by Leo's big,
big lely Leo's win this one going the way white
thirty four to fourteen. Wow, all right, Bigley.

Speaker 2 (01:24:12):
Rounding out the one o'clock window, it's the feisty Carolina Panthers.
The Panthers four and four on the football season. Well,
they're they're pretty average on the road. They're actually not
good on the road. They're three and one at home,
they're one and three away from home. Panthers on the road,
visiting the Land of Cheese, and beer the Green Bay

(01:24:33):
Packers who are unbeaten.

Speaker 17 (01:24:35):
Did I write this one downright? Almost two tuddies?

Speaker 4 (01:24:38):
You?

Speaker 10 (01:24:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (01:24:39):
Did?

Speaker 2 (01:24:39):
My friend Bo Bishop m.

Speaker 11 (01:24:44):
This feels now is a Is this a Bryce Young situation?

Speaker 17 (01:24:47):
You believe so?

Speaker 11 (01:24:48):
I think it is too.

Speaker 2 (01:24:50):
You get high ankle.

Speaker 11 (01:24:50):
Do you guys realize he is thirteen to two touchdown
to interceptions? That man right now?

Speaker 2 (01:24:56):
I think he is.

Speaker 11 (01:24:57):
And I think I think he's at the back door
with your boy Mill and they're gonna ride Rico dowdoo.
They should ride all the time.

Speaker 1 (01:25:03):
Anyway.

Speaker 11 (01:25:04):
I like I like Carolina huge in this one. I
like green Bay winning this thirty one Carolina.

Speaker 17 (01:25:14):
Yeah, maybe same.

Speaker 2 (01:25:18):
Onward we go then to the four o'clock slate. In
the four o'clock slate, the Jags, they've lost two in
a row, keep on losing. Jacksonville draft pick uh Jacksonville
on the road. It's a winnable one against the two
and five Las Vegas Raiders.

Speaker 17 (01:25:41):
I'm out on the Raiders. I hate it, but it's
Jags four Raiders zero.

Speaker 2 (01:25:47):
It's much more manageable number for you.

Speaker 11 (01:25:49):
Jaguars is coming off the bye too, right, coming off.

Speaker 17 (01:25:51):
The and get in front of his team saying, let's
my bad, my bad. The guy's like, well, I should
have actually done this. He's like, you're right, but by
by fall, Yeah, yeah, I appreciate you saying that though. Yep,
la quin Alan, he said, I appreciate that, la quint.

Speaker 11 (01:26:06):
I appreciate it. Appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (01:26:09):
Samesi's onward we go, Shuck Tyler, schuck on the road.
It's so fine taking on the Los Angeles Rams. Rammit
is five and two, winners of two in a row,
but coming off of the bye week, refreshed, ready to

(01:26:29):
go and for a little whooping. Rams hosting the Saints
Bhoe Bishop.

Speaker 11 (01:26:35):
The last time they had one like this, I want
to say it was exactly this. They went to It
was either exactly this or a point different. It might
have been thirteen. They went to Baltimore in one seventeen
to three and just barely got it coming off the
bye rookie quarterback. It just does not strike me as

(01:26:59):
any Here's what I always do with this type of one, Like,
do I see any scenario where the Saints defense can
hold the Rams to under twenty four?

Speaker 17 (01:27:07):
Not very likely?

Speaker 11 (01:27:08):
And then the other side of it, can he get
more than a touchdown not likely, So we're gonna go
with that. We're gonna go Rams twenty four Saints seven.

Speaker 12 (01:27:18):
Score.

Speaker 17 (01:27:20):
Yeah, this is a beating Ramit.

Speaker 2 (01:27:24):
The game of the week will take us to Buffalo
Bill's Mafia hosting the Cansas City Chiefs. Bills off a
big win last week. They're five and two Chiefs with
a big win. On Monday night, they're five and three
Chiefs visiting the Bills.

Speaker 17 (01:27:42):
Zigor, i' you've heard. I mean, I'm on the record.
I'm today you were Rashi Rice. The Chiefs, they are
a juggernaut. They win this one comfortable, comfortable, comfortable. So
I'm like thirty eight to twenty eight.

Speaker 11 (01:28:00):
It's a little more competitive that but I got Kansas
City as well in this one. I'm gonna go thirty eight,
thirty four, thirty eight, thirty four Kansas Today.

Speaker 2 (01:28:07):
To Sunday night football, not waiting all day for this
bad boy. Seattle on the road, by the way, didn't Seattle, No, No,
Seattle played. They played on Monday night two weeks ago
because they had the ten o'clock start time at home.

Speaker 11 (01:28:23):
The Commis were on Monday night last week. That's we've
seen these teams a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:28:26):
Yeah, Commis are at home dinged up three and five.
They've lost three in a row. Commis hosting the Seattle
Seahawks five and two in winners of two in a
row on Sunday Night football.

Speaker 11 (01:28:41):
Bo Bishop, is this Jaden?

Speaker 10 (01:28:47):
Do we know?

Speaker 12 (01:28:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:28:51):
I don't think I don't think so.

Speaker 11 (01:28:54):
But this doesn't matter or lead me to believe that
it isn't.

Speaker 2 (01:28:57):
It doesn't matter to me.

Speaker 17 (01:29:00):
I just can't see him coming back that quickly from this.
But yeah, the Seahawks are real. Yeah, going across country though,
has got him, He got him, but that was the
good teams.

Speaker 10 (01:29:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (01:29:09):
I think the Seahawks are real too. I like Seattle
win in this one thirty one to twenty four.

Speaker 17 (01:29:14):
Jackson Smith and Jigbas Sam Darnold, Oh baby, let's go
all about it, all about it all right?

Speaker 11 (01:29:23):
