Northrop Grumman (NG) is undertaking a comprehensive redesign of its Enterprise Leadership Development Program. This initiative is driven by a critical need to address current talent pipeline gaps, particularly concerning "future-focused capabilities" and the development of "promotion-ready or near-ready leaders" with "enterprise mindset, strategic acumen, and cross-functional influence." The current programs, designed a decade ago, require a "full program re-design" to align with strategic priorities. The new program will consist of three main cohorts: high-potential Director (Fall 2025 pilot), critical transition leadership (2026), and a leadership accelerator (2026). NG is seeking a solution that emphasizes personalized, measurable, and integrated learning experiences, leveraging technology like AI-led development plans and mobile accessibility, while also delivering "strong impact" within a "lean budget framework."
