The current programs, designed a decade ago, require a "full program re-design" to align with strategic priorities. The new program will consist of three main cohorts: high-potential Director (Fall 2025 pilot), critical transition leadership (2026), and a leadership accelerator (2026). NG is seeking a solution that emphasizes personalized, measurable, and integrated learning experiences, leveraging technology like AI-led development plans and mobile accessibility, while also delivering "strong impact" within a "lean budget framework."
