You think burnout doesn't have a shape. It's just a pile of ashes. Something that was once vibrant in you, burned beyond recognition. Exhaustion does have a shape, and burnout is a form of exhaustion. If you can see the shape, you can learn to take advantage of the shape to avoid the smoldering fire that feels like defeat.
