Alexe Woods was such an amazing guest last year that we could not help but to invite her back. This time, she’ll talk us through her work with birth charts and so in anticipation of tomorrow’s podcast, here is a reminder of all the wonderful things Alexe can do.

Born with a deep connection to creativity and movement, Alexe Woods discovered early on that these were her tools for navigating many of her life's challenges. In her early 20ies she pioneered alternative dance in the UK, she has always used her unique experiences to innovate and inspire women.

In 2014, the fast-paced life that once fueled her began to take a toll. Recognising the need for change, Alexe embraced a new journey of self-discovery. This path led her to Yoga Nidra, body astrology and cyclical living, practices that transformed her approach to wellness and life.

Today, Alexe is dedicated to helping others find balance and empowerment through these ancient practices. As a Yoga Nidra instructor, moonologer, and holistic wellness coach, through medical astrology and self care coaching she guides individuals in embracing their unique energy, aligning with the rhythms of nature, and creating personalised self-care routines that resonate with the cycles of the sun and moon and believes by understanding your unique body astrology needs we can protect and heal ourselves.

Alexe’s has a vision for change and has created the methodology behind Universal Movement her mission is to help you unlock your potential, by living by the sun and the moon cycles, enables us understand our unique movement and self care needs to heal, rest, manifest and thrive in every area of your life.

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Rewarded for bravery that goes above and beyond the call of duty, the Medal of Honor is the United States’ top military decoration. The stories we tell are about the heroes who have distinguished themselves by acts of heroism and courage that have saved lives. From Judith Resnik, the second woman in space, to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice, these are stories about those who have done the improbable and unexpected, who have sacrificed something in the name of something much bigger than themselves. Every Wednesday on Medal of Honor, uncover what their experiences tell us about the nature of sacrifice, why people put their lives in danger for others, and what happens after you’ve become a hero. Special thanks to series creator Dan McGinn, to the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Adam Plumpton. Medal of Honor begins on May 28.
