They kick off their season with a road game against Class 6A Collierville on August 23, followed by a Metro Nashville battle with Antioch on August 29. The Eagles will then face off against Hillsboro and Beech, both in higher classes, before returning home to play Springfield on September 18. Region play may not pose a significant threat, but their season finale against East Robertson on October 30 is expected to decide the region title.
Another team facing a daunting schedule is Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA). Under new coach Chris Chauvin, MBA is looking to turn things around after back-to-back down years. They start their season at home against Pearl-Cohn and Hamilton, followed by a road game at Franklin Road Academy (FRA) on September 5. Their region games are always tough, and this year is no exception, with matches against Christian Brothers and Knoxville Catholic. The Big Red's final five games include home matches against Baylor, CPA, and Father Ryan, and road games at McCallie and Ensworth for the season finale on October 31.

In addition to the on-field action, 12 Tennessee high school football programs have received grants from the NFL's Titans, further boosting the local football scene.
