Today’s episode is a little different. I am deep into this 30 day podcast challenge and while most of this month has been about movement, balance, strength, and navigating my very midlife body, today I needed to step back and look at the bigger picture. One month equals a mindset shift. At least it does for me. It always has. And this year, more than ever, I am noticing the way that daily consistency reshapes how I think about movement, aging, and what I want my body to be capable of doing.
I have talked a lot this month about rebuilding myself slowly after years of injury, illness, and the delightful hormonal chaos that comes when your body decides to rewrite itself. But doing something every day, even if it is just talking out loud into a microphone while I walk to physical therapy, pushes me into a very honest place. A place where I can see what is working and what is simply old habit. And old habits are not always helpful.

I share a lot more behind the scenes here than I do in the audio version. This space has become my long form reflection room.
