the January sixth pipe bomb case was hidden in plain sight.
On Fox News, Turley blasted the FBI for waiting nearly
five years to arrest Brian Jerome Cole Junior, accused of
planting pipe bombs near the RNC and DNC headquarters. He

argued investigators had DNA surveillance footage and cell phone data
tying coal to the bombs, yet the case languished. Turley
declared this seemed to be hidden in plain sight, suggesting
prosecutors could pursue terrorism charges given the bombs were viable
and deadly. His remarks echo frustration across conservative media, where
