was blessed to be mentored by ahighly successful female
mortgage broker who opened myeyes to what's possible when you
combine business acumen withstrategic thinking.
And her guidance sparked mypassion for real estate
investments and developments,and it set the trajectory of my

career. I went on to earn amaster's degree in tax, working
my way up to being thecontroller for a destination ski
and golf resort in Utah. Andthen later I transitioned to tax
consulting to help CPAs,investors, and business owners
navigate complex tax codes,always with one goal in mind: to
help people reduce their largestexpense income taxes and then to

towards financial freedom. It'samazing. In 2011, when I shifted
from traditional tax accountinginto tax consulting and
incentives, that's wheneverything clicked.
