In April 2018, a terrible blizzard hit the better part of the state. After a long labor and emergency C-section, Ann and her husband learned that daughter, Emily, had undetected heart defects and needed to be transported from Oshkosh through the storm to receive treatment at Children's Wisconsin. After four long days, the Potratz family could be reunited and remain close thanks to our Ronald McDonald House.
