Can you believe I've gone this long without doing a whole episode on boundaries? Today we're diving all the way in — not just what boundaries are, but how so many of us are using them in ways that actually push love away instead of letting it grow.

You'll hear me talk about three types of boundaries:

  • No boundaries (where resentment builds and we feel powerless),

  • Boundaries of isolation (where we shut people out to feel safe), and

  • Healthy bubble boundaries — my favorite — where we create just enough space to feel safe and deeply connected.

I'll also share my favorite metaphor for boundaries: the human body. Just like your digestive system and circulatory system are separate but work together, a marriage thrives when each person honors their own needs and nervous system without blending or controlling the other.

If you've ever said, "I just had to set a boundary," but still felt angry or frustrated afterward — this episode is for you. I'll teach you how to set boundaries that help you feel grounded, more in love with yourself, and actually closer to your husband — not further apart.
