(01:28):
teaching you my seven step manifesting formula over the
next seven days. If you haven't listened to my
overview episode where I reveal my seven step manifesting
formula, pause this episode and listen to that first.
Today we're diving deep into thevery first and perhaps most
vital step in my manifesting formula, Clarity.

(01:51):
So what do I mean by clarity? Simply put, it's knowing exactly
what you want in life. When you're clear about your
desires, you send a powerful signal to the universe.
This isn't just about making a wish, it's about creating a
detailed version of the future you want to create.
In this episode, we're going to explore what clarity is, why

(02:12):
it's crucial, and how you can cultivate it in your daily life
to kick start your manifesting journey.
Clarity is the foundation of manifestation.
Think of it as setting the destination before you start the
journey. Without a clear destination,
even the best plans can lead to detours.
Clarity turns vague desires intospecific goals, giving your mind

(02:35):
and the universe a precise direction.
When you know exactly what you want, your energy isn't
scattered. You're able to focus your
thoughts, emotions, and actions in One Direction.
Clarity helps you align your inner world with your outer
reality. It's like tuning a radio to the
correct frequency. You start to receive signals

(02:56):
that resonate with your desires.Vague goals can often leave room
for doubt. Specificity replaces I want
success with I want to build a business that generates $10,000
a month providing creative freedom and flexibility.
The more specific you are, the harder it is for self doubt to
creep in. Even modern psychology echoes

(03:18):
this idea. Studies show that visualizing
clear, detailed goals not only improves motivation, but can
actually rewire your brain to recognize and seize
opportunities. Neuroscience tells us that our
brain You cannot tell the difference between a vividly
imagined scenario in reality. So clarity becomes a mental

(03:40):
rehearsal for success. So let's get practical.
How can you cultivate clarity inyour life?
Here are some techniques and exercises to help you hone in on
what you truly desire. Set aside 10 to 15 minutes each
day to write in a dedicated vision journal.
Start by asking yourself, if I had no limitations, what would

(04:02):
my ideal life look like? Write freely.
Don't censor your dreams. Over time, patterns will emerge
that reveal your true desires. Let's say you start journaling
and discover that what you thought was a desire for
financial security was really a deep need for creative freedom
and a flexible lifestyle. This clarity would allow you to

(04:25):
pivot your career towards maybe entrepreneurship or a totally
different type of career that honored your values.
Take one of your visions and describe it in as much detail as
possible. What do you see?
What sounds fill the space? How do you feel Engage all of
your senses? The more detailed your
description, the more your braintreats it as a real experience.

(04:49):
Try using prompts like I See, I Hear, I Feel, and I Taste to
enrich your descriptions. This multi sensory approach
creates A vivid mental image that can serve as a blueprint
for your future. You can create a mind map with
my ideal life at the center. Branch out into areas like

(05:10):
career, relationships, health, and personal growth.
Under each branch jot down specific desires and actions.
You have this visual representation can help you see
connections and priorities. You can use colors, drawings, or
images to represent different ideas.
This creative process not only clarifies your thoughts but can

(05:32):
also make the process fun and engaging.
This is maybe a place where you can also create a vision board,
whether that's literally cuttingout images or words from
magazines you've been collectingor using a digital tool like
Canva, which is what I have beenusing over the years.
Where I update my vision board at the beginning of the year and

(05:54):
I will set my vision board for that year as my desktop
background. So that every time I open my
computer to work, it's right there looking at me.
And it's top of mind for me every day to see what I'm
working towards. And it's fun at the end of the
year to see what I've achieved, or maybe what is still in the
works. Maybe dedicate a few minutes
each day to meditate on your vision.

(06:16):
Sit quietly, close your eyes andvisualize your ideal life in as
much detail as possible. Feel the emotions that come with
having achieved your goals. Imagine waking up each day
feeling fulfilled. Visualize the environment, your
interactions, and even the smalldetails like the aroma of your
morning coffee. This practice aligns your energy

(06:39):
with your vision and strengthensyour belief and it's
possibility. Maybe you're alone, the house to
yourself, it's quiet, and if you're a parent, you can
understand how magical this is. You actually have time to drink
your coffee while it's hot and in a mug.
You're able to look outside withyour mug in your hand and think
about your day uninterrupted. You get some admin items done

(07:01):
around the house without stress. This could be the vibe.
This could be something you're visualizing is the lice that you
want. That's what we want to be
journaling about. It can be very specific or it
can be very general like this. Like how do I want to feel when
I wake up every day? What do I want my routines to
look like? Who do I want to be surrounded

(07:22):
with? Or it can be very specific,
specific to a location, to a type of job, to a specific car
that you want to drive around in.
It can be all kinds of things. But when you really start
feeling what it feels like to have it, visualizing the
environment, that is when you start the process of your
manifestation coming into reality.

(07:43):
Some Also discussing your visionwith a trusted friend or mentor
can bring new insights. Ask them what they see when you
describe your goals. This external perspective can
help you refine and deepen your understanding of what you truly
want. And these techniques are not
isolated. They work best when practiced
consistently. The more you engage in these

(08:05):
exercises, the more natural clarity becomes.
But even with the best intentions, obstacles can block
our clarity. So let's address some common
challenges and how we can overcome them.
In today's world, we are bombarded with options and
information. This can lead to feeling
overwhelmed, which in turn makesit hard to pin down a clear

(08:28):
vision. But I want you to focus on what
resonates most deeply with you. Prioritize your values and long
term goals. Ask yourself what feels most
aligned with my true self. Over time, consistency and
reflection will cut through the noise.
This can also be a time where you really think about what are
your core beliefs, your non negotiables that you believe in.

(08:50):
Core beliefs are beliefs we holdclosest to us that shape how we
view ourselves, others and the world around us.
So for example, a core belief could be abundance flows easily
to me because I do positive things with my abundance, or I
have everything, nothing inside of me to achieve my deepest
desires. When you think about your core

(09:11):
beliefs, notice if there's ones that you want to change because
they no longer serve you anymoreor the life you want to create.
We will get more into how core beliefs may be limiting beliefs
in a couple episodes from now and how we can ultimately
rewrite those beliefs. But for now, consider what your
core beliefs are and if there are any that you may want to

(09:34):
rewrite or you may want to create knew that you hadn't
really thought about, but that are now important to the life
that you want to create. Sometimes we fear that setting
very specific or high goals willset us up for failure.
Here we want to reframe our mindset.
Consider high goals is a way to expand our capacity, not as a

(09:56):
guarantee of failure. We have to remember that clarity
isn't about limiting yourself, it's about opening the door to
possibilities. Visualize the journey and
acknowledge that every step, even small ones, brings you
closer to your vision. Negative self talk can blur your
vision and create mental barriers.
Here we can combat self doubt with positive affirmations in

(10:20):
mere work. When you catch yourself
thinking, I can't do this, replace it with I am capable and
worthy of my dreams. The more you affirm your
potential, the clearer your pathbecomes.
Another challenge of life is busy schedules can make it hard
to devote time to introspection.I feel this so deeply right now

(10:41):
with juggling 2 under 2. Find even 5 minutes to integrate
clarity practices into your daily routine or habit stacking,
which I'm sure many of you are aware of.
Early morning or before bed are great times for a quick
visualization or journaling session or even while you're
driving in the car. Consistency is key, even if

(11:02):
short focus periods can yield significant insights.
And remember, visualizing meditating isn't reserved for
sitting, legs crossed, hands on your knees, post saging exercise
with soft music playing and youreyes closed.
That's just not a reality that'spossible for most of us, maybe

(11:23):
even ever. But you can meditate and
visualize anywhere at any time by simply taking a minute to
slow down. Find your breath, center
yourself, and calm your mind. We can do that while we're
sitting in the garage about to go into the office for the few
minutes we're in the bathroom and the door is closed and our

(11:44):
kids are downstairs eating breakfast.
You can find a moment throughoutthe day to make this happen.
Each of these challenges that I just went through is an
opportunity for growth. By identifying and addressing
these obstacles, you build resilience and pave the way for
a more focused, powerful vision. So here are some stories and

(12:06):
personal reflections on the power of clarity.
I once knew someone who was determined to build a business
but felt lost amid the very manypossibilities.
But through consistent journaling and mind mapping, she
discovered that her true passionwasn't about making money, but
about creating a platform for creativity and community.

(12:29):
Once she had that clarity, everydecision she made from there,
from product development to marketing, became more focused
and effective, and her business transformed from a scattered
idea into a thriving venture that resonated with her
authentic self. Journaling is such a powerful
way to work out all the details, which can reveal conclusions or

(12:50):
ideas you never initially thought of but aligned with your
inner desires and needs. As a busy professional, I have
faced my own struggles with clarity.
Early on, I set vague goals likeI want to be successful.
But over time, I learned that success for me meant a balanced
life that included personal growth, family, and creative

(13:12):
expression. By refining my vision through
meditation and visualization, I was able to break down that
broad desire into actionable steps.
This process not only led me to creating destination found in
this podcast, but also a richer, more fulfilling, more balanced
personal life. Clarity isn't a destination,

(13:33):
it's a journey. It requires regular check
insurance with yourself and a willingness to evolve as you
learn more about your true desires.
The beauty of this process is that your vision can and should
grow with you. Every time you revisit your
goals, you refine your understanding of who you are and
what you want. And that clarity is the first

(13:54):
step towards manifesting anything meaningful in your
life. So now I want to transition into
a guided meditation designed to help you tap into your inner
clarity. So find a comfortable, quiet
space where you won't be disturbed.
Sit or lie down, close your eyesand take a deep breath in and

(14:16):
exhale slowly. Imagine yourself in a tranquil
garden at dawn, the world aroundyou quiet and full of
possibility. The soft light of the early
morning gently illuminates the space.
In this garden there is a mirror, a sacred mirror that

(14:38):
reflects your inner truth. As you approach it, notice that
the mirror doesn't show your physical appearance.
It reveals your deepest desires, your dreams, and the clarity of
your vision. Take a moment to look deeply
into the mirror. What do you see?
Allow your mind to explore everydetail, the emotions, the

(15:01):
colors, the symbols that arise. Perhaps you see images of
success, creative breakthroughs, and moments of profound joy.
Whatever comes to you, welcome it without judgement.
Now repeat silently. I am clear, I am focused, I know

(15:26):
what I desire, and I welcome it into my life.
Let these words settle deep within you.
With each breath, feel your vision becoming sharper and more
defined. Imagine that every inhalation
fills you with a vibrant energy, and every exhalation releases

(15:50):
any doubts or distractions. As you continue this meditation,
envision yourself stepping into the vision you've seen in the
mirror. See yourself living the life
you've longed for, each detail vivid and real.
Allow the sensation of clarity to permeate your being entirely.

(16:16):
Stay here, in this moment, fullyimmersed in the feeling of
certainty and purpose. After a few minutes of quiet
reflection, gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your toes and fingers, take a deep breath, and slowly

(16:39):
open your eyes, carrying with you the deep clarity you've
cultivated. Thank you for joining me on this
deep dive into the power of clarity, the first essential
step in manifesting your dreams.Today we explored what clarity
means, practical techniques for achieving it, and even delve

(17:00):
into personal stories that illustrate how powerful a clear
vision can be. Remember, clarity isn't a one
time event, it's a continuous process of self discovery and
refinement. I invite you to make these
practices a part of your daily routine.
Whether through journaling, mindmapping, or simply taking a few
minutes for guided visualization, each step you

(17:23):
take brings you closer to the life you desire.
If today's episode stirred something in you, my courses are
open for enrollment and ready tosupport your journey.
