episode. Today we're diving into the 4th
(01:24):
step of manifesting, taking inspired action.
We all know that having a clear vision is essential, and
aligning your energy sets the stage.
But without action, even the most vivid dreams remain just
dreams. Inspired action is not about
forcing things or hustling blindly.
It's about listening to that inner guidance, taking
(01:45):
meaningful steps, and trusting that the universe supports your
movement towards your goals. In this episode, we're going to
explore what inspired action really means, why it's critical
for turning dreams into reality, and how you can practically
integrate it into your busy life.
Whether you're an entrepreneur, A multitasking parent, or simply
someone looking to bring more flow into your journey, this
(02:08):
episode is for you. So let's get started on turning
vision into vibrant movement. So I want to start by unpacking
the concept of inspired action. At its core, inspired action is
the idea that when your inner vision and energy are aligned,
you receive intuitive nudges or opportunities to move forward,
(02:28):
almost as if the universe is sending you along your path.
Inspired action isn't about forcing your overthinking.
It's about listening to your inner voice.
That subtle feeling or gut instinct is often your intuition
urging you to take a specific step.
When you're energetically aligned with your vision, the
actions you take feel natural and even effortless.
(02:51):
They're not about struggling, they're about flowing with the
energy that's already present. Manifesting is a partnership
between you and the universe. Taking inspired action is your
way of collaborating with that larger energy.
Your actions act as catalysts that bring your desires into
form. It's not about doing more, it's
(03:12):
about doing what feels right. Even a small, mindful step can
be powerful if it's aligned withyour true vision.
Modern research in psychology shows that when you act on your
your intuition and take consistent, purposeful steps,
your brain begins to reinforce positive pathways, making
success more likely. This isn't just woo woo, it's a
(03:33):
process of building habits and rewiring your mindset for growth
and achievement. So now that we understand what
inspired action is, let's explore some practical
strategies to integrate into your daily life.
Begin your day with a clear intention.
Sit quietly, take a few deep breaths, and ask yourself, what
is one step I can take today that feels exciting and aligned
(03:57):
with my vision? And then write it down.
This step could be as simple as sending an e-mail, making a
phone call, or setting aside time for creative work.
Instead of a generic task list, curate a list that prioritizes
inspired actions, those that feel meaningful and energizing.
If your goal, for instance, is to expand your business, your
(04:18):
list might include brainstormingsessions, connecting with
potential mentor, or researchingnew market trends.
Each action should resonate withyour long term vision.
Now, sometimes the thought of a big leap can be overwhelming.
To combat this, breakdown your goals into small, manageable
actions. Even a tiny step taken
(04:39):
consistently can accumulate intosignificant progress.
Think of this as the breadcrumb effect.
Each small action lays A stepping stone toward your
ultimate goal. Throughout the day, check in
with yourself when faced with decisions.
Notice if one option feels lighter, more exciting, or
simply right. Trust that sensation.
(05:00):
You can use mindfulness techniques or quick breathing
exercises to clear any mental clutter so your intuitive voice
can be heard more clearly. And recognize that every action
carries some risk, but each riskis an opportunity for growth.
Replace fear of failure with curiosity and excitement for
what might be, and remind yourself that inspired actions
(05:22):
are steps on a learning journey and even missteps are valuable
feedback. But even when we're clear in a
line, obstacles can creep in andblock our momentum.
So here are some common challenges and how we can
overcome them. Fear of failure or self doubt
can make you hesitate. You might think, what if I make
the wrong choice? Or am I really ready for this?
(05:45):
Recognize that these feelings are 100% natural, but they don't
have to control you. Counter them with affirmations
like I trust my intuition and I am capable of great things, even
if you don't believe what you'resaying right now.
The more you practice these affirmations, the more you will
start to believe them. When you feel doubt, pause,
(06:06):
breathe deeply, and reflect on past successes.
Even small wins count for many of us.
The desire to do things perfectly can lead to inaction.
Procrastination often masks the fear of not meeting high
standards. Adopt A mindset of progress over
perfection. Remind yourself that each step,
no matter how small, is part of a larger journey.
(06:28):
You can use time blocking techniques to dedicate focus
periods for action and celebrateevery step forward.
Sometimes the sheer number of choices can be overwhelming.
Without a clear focus, it's easyto get stuck.
This is where you're going to want to revisit your vision or
intention setting practices. Break your goals into smaller
(06:49):
parts and prioritize actions that feel most aligned with your
vision. You get to do this your way just
because somebody achieved a similar goal a certain way.
You do not have to do it that way.
When you are manifesting, you need to do it in a way that
feels good to you. The path of least resistance.
The path that isn't hard. You're setting the rules here,
(07:10):
and you should take a path that feels good to you, however that
looks to you. You can use a mind map or
journal to organize your thoughts and then choose one
action to focus on each day and our busy lives.
Districtions can easily pull us away from our intended actions.
And if you're a parent, you knowthat this happens all the time.
But we need to create boundariesas innate specific times for
(07:33):
focus work and try and limit interruptions by setting clear
boundaries with technology and people.
I know this can be hard, but if you're really serious about
achieving this manifestation, wedo need to set boundaries where
we need to. In the event you're finding that
you're unable to take the inspired action that you need to
(07:55):
to achieve your goal here you can also incorporate brief
mindfulness breaks throughout your day to reset your focus.
You don't have to be going go, go, go, go, go.
You can find specific times whenyou feel the most energized,
when you've got a break to focuson your inspired action steps.
So here are a few stories that illustrate the transformative
(08:17):
power of taking inspired action. This one's about me.
About two years ago, I had a clear vision for myself
development business, but I was paralyzed by the fear of taking
the first step. I was so caught up and perfect
that it was prohibiting me from just putting myself out there
and seeing what would happen. So I started implementing daily
practices of setting a small inspired intention, and then I
(08:41):
began to see consistent progress.
One day last year, I took a leapby creating a website and I
launched my blog. That single action of just
putting myself out there, not worrying about perfect opened up
a flood of positive feedback from friends and family telling
me that they loved my content, that the timing was right, that
(09:02):
this is exactly what they neededto hear right now.
It was amazing, and it transformed my business
trajectory and building my confidence for future
challenges. And since then I have improved
my website and I have launched this podcast.
Sometimes taking the first step is the hardest, but you just
have to do it. Even if it's not your perfect,
(09:23):
trust me, I know you just need to do it.
Have faith, it's all going to work out.
A friend of mine was determined to launch her passion project
despite a packed schedule. She started by dedicating just
15 minutes a day to work on her vision.
Whether it was writing, brainstorming, or networking
online, slowly but surely those micro actions accumulated.
(09:44):
And within months, her project began to gain traction,
demonstrating that even amidst the chaos of daily
responsibilities, consistent inspired actions can create
lasting change. Now I want you to think back to
a time when you followed a smallintuition, A subtle nudge that
led to something unexpectedly wonderful.
These moments are proof that inspired action is not just
(10:06):
about big leaps, but about honoring the small steps that
pave the way to success. Each inspired action, no matter
sure how minor it may see, is a reaffirmation of your power to
shape your reality. Now let's ground these insights
with a guided meditation designed to help you connect
deeply with your inner drive andtake inspired action.
(10:28):
Please find a quiet space. Sit or lie comfortably and
gently close your eyes. Take a deep, slow breath in.
Hold it for a moment and exhale completely, releasing all
tension. With each breath, allow yourself
to sink deeper into a state of calm and focus.
(10:51):
Imagine yourself standing at theedge of a vast open field, a
space that represents infinite possibility.
In the distance, you see a path unfolding before you.
This path is lined with soft light, symbolizing every
inspired action you've ever taken or will take.
(11:11):
As you stand there, bring to mind one goal or dream that you
hold dear. Visualize it in as much detail
as possible. Now imagine a gentle wind
Picking up. This wind is your inner
intuition urging you to take thefirst step on that path.
Feel a pool of that energy in your body, the warmth in your
(11:34):
heart, the clarity in your mind, the readiness in your limbs.
With every inhalation, gather that energy, and with every
exhalation, allow it to push youforward along the path.
Silently affirm. I trust my intuition.
I take inspired action with courage and clarity.
(11:59):
As you repeat these words, see yourself moving along the path.
Each step is easy, natural, and filled with purpose.
Stay with this visualization fora few minutes, soaking in the
energy of movement and possibility.
Feel the empowerment of taking action, no matter how small.
(12:22):
When you're ready, gradually bring your awareness back to the
present. Wiggle your fingers and toes,
take a deep breath, and slowly open your eyes, carrying this
newfound momentum with you. Thank you for joining me on this
deep dive into the power of taking inspired action.
