In this episode of Into the Woods, we arrive at the final step of my manifesting formula: Embody & Integrate. Manifestation doesn’t end when something arrives — it is completed when you learn how to fully live inside what you’ve created.

We explore what it means to embody your desires, to integrate new beliefs and identities, and to allow your transformation to become your natural way of being. I share why true manifestation is not about quick results, but about becoming the version of yourself who can hold them with ease, confidence, and self-trust.

This episode has been re-posted with a new intro and outro to share that enrollment for my manifesting course is now open! If you’re ready to move beyond temporary changes and step into lasting, grounded transformation, this conversation will help you bring everything together.

episode. Today we're diving into the

(01:24):
final step of manifesting, Embody and integrate.
This step is all about living asif your dreams have already come
true. It's not just about setting
goals or taking action. It's about becoming the person
who naturally attracts your desires into reality.
In this episode, we'll explore what it means to embody your

(01:45):
manifested self, practical techniques for integrating these
changes into your daily life, and real life examples that show
how inner transformation createsouter change.
We'll conclude with a guided meditation to help cement this
process. So find a comfortable space,
take a deep breath, and let's begin our journey toward
becoming the manifested you. Embodying your desires means

(02:09):
more than just dreaming about it.
It means living in alignment with the reality you wish to
create. When we talk about integration,
we're referring to the process of making your inner
transformation visible in your everyday actions, habits, and
choices. Imagine the version of you who
has already achieved your dreams.

(02:30):
What does this person do? How does this person feel?
What habits has this person developed?
Embodiment is the process of gradually merging your current
self with that empowered future self.
It's not enough to have a momentof clarity or a burst of
inspiration. Integration is about embedding

(02:50):
that new energy into every facetof your life.
This includes your mindset, yourroutines, your interactions, and
your choices. When you truly embody your
desired reality, your energy shifts.
This change radiates outward, influencing your relationships,
opportunities, and overall life experience.

(03:11):
The transformation you make inside creates ripples in the
world around you. Many of us set goals or take
action, but if our internal selfisn't aligned with our
aspirations, we'll always feel like something is missing.
True manifesting happens when your outer world mirrors your
inner state of being. It's the final, most

(03:33):
transformative step in your manifesting journey.
So how can we embody and integrate our manifested self?
Well, here are some techniques that you can start applying
today. Begin your day with a ritual
that reflects your desired state.
This could include meditation, journaling, or reading
affirmations, for example. Spend 5 minutes of visualizing

(03:53):
your future self, noticing everydetail from your posture and
energy to your emotions and achievements. close your eyes
and see yourself living your dream life.
What are you doing? How do you want to interact with
others? Engage all of your senses.
The more vivid your vision, the more naturally your body and
mind will begin to align with it.

(04:14):
Write down affirmations that encapsulate the qualities of
your manifested self. For instance, I am confident,
creative, and thriving. Or every day I embody the energy
of success and joy. You can stand in front of a
mirror and speak these affirmations out loud.
Look into your own eyes and feelthe truth behind me these words.

(04:34):
This practice can reinforce yournew self-image and help
overwrite old limiting beliefs. Identify daily actions that
align with your vision. If you're manifesting a creative
career, dedicate time each day to your art, writing, or
whatever your passion may be. These micro actions build the
momentum of your transformation.Ask yourself, how would my

(04:57):
future self act today? Then make choices, whether it's
how you dress, the way you communicate, or the project you
commit to that reflect that ideal version of you.
Your environment can either support or hinder your
transformation. Surround yourself with items
that inspire you, vision boards, inspirational quotes, art, or

(05:18):
anything that reminds you of your goals.
Maybe it's time to refresh your home and get rid of anything
that doesn't bring you joy. It's always good to regularly
declutter your space and practice energy clearing rituals
like using sage or essential oils to maintain a clean,
supportive environment that mirrors the clarity of your

(05:39):
inner world. Keep a journal to record your
progress, reflect on moments when you acted like your future
self, and note the shifts in your mindset and circumstances.
Over time, you'll see the rippleeffects of your embodiment.
And as always, consider seeking feedback from your friends or
mentors who can observe the changes in you.
Sometimes external observations help you recognize growth.

(06:02):
You might not see yourself wealth.
Embodying your manifested self is a journey, and like all
journeys, there can be challenges along the way.
So let's look at some common obstacles and strategies to
overcome them. Old habits can feel comfortable,
even if they're holding you back.
Acknowledge that change takes time.
Start small by replacing one habit at a time.

(06:23):
For example, if you're used to arushed morning, create a new
routine that centers you before the day begins, especially if
that's what you're manifesting. More balance in your life, more
time for yourself. Maybe that means you need to
wake up a little bit earlier or change up the order of how you
do things in the morning so thatyou don't feel is rushed.
Sometimes the old self resists the new version with self doubt

(06:47):
or fear. Practice self compassion.
When negative thoughts arise, gently remind yourself that
growth is a process. Use affirmations, meditation,
and even support from loved onesto overcome these moments.
Family, work, or societal expectations can sometimes clash
with your new path, so set boundaries and communicate your

(07:08):
intentions clearly. Align with communities or groups
that support your transformation.
Remember, every small change in your internal state eventually
creates a shift in your externalworld, and maintaining A
consistent practice can be toughamid a busy schedule.
But integrating embodiment practices into your daily
routine, even if it's just for afew minutes here and there, is

(07:31):
so huge. The key is consistent, and over
time these small actions accumulate and create lasting
change. So let's look at some real life
examples and personal experiences that illustrate the
power of embodiment and integration.
I know a new entrepreneur who had long dreamed of turning her
passion into a thriving business.

(07:52):
However, despite her hard work, she often felt out of alignment.
Her internal self didn't match the confident creative leader
she aspired to be, but through daily visualization, mere work,
and a redesigned morning routine, she gradually began to
embody that future self. Over time, her energy shifted
noticeably, opportunities started flowing, her team

(08:14):
responded with greater enthusiasm, and her business
took off in ways she never imagined.
Her journey is a powerful reminder that when you live as
if your dreams are already a reality, the world starts to
reflect that change. I've also seen transformation in
the lives of busy moms and professionals who struggled to
balance their many roles. 1 friend juggling A demanding

(08:37):
career in family life used small, consistent practices like
setting aside moments for mindful reflection and creating
an inspiring workplace to gradually shift her internal
state. By embodying the calm, confident
version of herself she envisioned, she found that not
only did her stress decrease, but her relationships improved

(08:58):
and she became more effective inher everyday life.
So now I want you to take a moment to reflect on your own
journey. Think about a time when you
acted as if you were already living your dream.
What changed? How did you feel?
Jot down a few notes in your journal about these experiences.
Recognizing these moments can reinforce your commitment to

(09:18):
embody your manifested self. Now, let's conclude our
exploration with a guided meditation designed to help you
embody and integrate your futureself.
Find a quiet space where you cansit or lie down comfortably and
gently close your eyes. Take a deep, slow breath in and

(09:39):
exhale fully, releasing all tension.
With each breath, allow your body to relax deeper, sinking
into a state of calm awareness. Imagine standing before a full
length mirror in a serene space. This mirror reflects not only

(09:59):
your physical appearance but also your inner essence.
As you gaze into the mirror, visualize the person you aspire
to be. See every detail.
The confident posture, the warm smile, the vibrant energy that
radiates from within. Now step into the mirror.

(10:20):
As you crossover, feel yourself merging with that future self.
Notice the sensations, the feeling of lightness, the surge
of empowerment, the alignment ofyour mind and heart.
Let this vision fill you with a deep sense of certainty.
This is who you are becoming. Silently affirm.

(10:45):
I embody the energy of my dreams.
I am the person I aspire to be and I live my life with
confidence, creativity, and joy.Allow these words to echo within
you. As you continue to visualize,

(11:06):
it's feel that empowered energy slowing through every cell of
your body. Spend a few moments in this
state, absorbing the transformation.
Then slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present.
Wiggle your fingers and toes, take one final deep breath and

(11:29):
gently open your eyes, carrying the sense of embodied
transformation with you and to your day.
Thank you for taking this time to explore the powerful process
of embodying and integrating your manifested self.
Today we delve into what it means to live as if your dreams
are already reality. Discussed practical strategies

(11:52):
and real life examples, and experienced A guided meditation
to help cement this transformation.
Remember, embodiment is not a one time event, it's a
continuous journey of aligning your inner world with the life
you desire. Every action, every thought, and
every small step you take towards living your truth
creates a ripple effect in your world.

(12:14):
Embrace this process, celebrate your progress and be patient
with yourself as you evolve. This is an amazing journey
you're on and I'm so excited to see the future you.
If today's episode stirred something in you, my courses are
open for enrollment and ready tosupport your journey.
