Hey everybody, welcome to the Wisconsin
Investor Podcast.
My name is Corey Reyment, I amyour host and I am here to talk
all things Wisconsin real estateinvesting.
So I wanted to come on just fora quick episode to just share a
little bit about what this showis going to be all about, why
you should listen, a little bitabout my background and who the

heck am I, and then what'scoming in the future.
So we really wanted to design apodcast for people who are
specifically looking to investin Wisconsin.
So, whether that means youalready invest in Wisconsin and
we can enhance your investing,provide you with some examples
of other people who are havingsuccess in these markets around
Wisconsin, or bring on expertswho focus in Wisconsin, that's

our focus.
We want to help you, theWisconsin investor, if you are
someone outside of Wisconsin andyou're looking for a new market
to invest in, we also want tobe a resource for you and
provide you with insights intoWisconsin and why should you
maybe look at Wisconsin as aninvestment?
I know there's a lot of statesout there, a lot of areas you
could invest in, but why shouldyou choose Wisconsin?

So my background I got startedin real estate in 2016 and went
from zero to a hundred doors injust under three years with
about $26,000 to my name.
Then my wife and I did thistogether, began and then we
started doing wholesaling,flipping.
We've done seller finance, rentto own a little bit of
everything in the real estatespace and we're really excited

because my experience is onething, but then to bring on
other people who are eitherother fellow investors that are
doing things that you can learnfrom or other experts that focus
in Wisconsin that you can learnfrom, that we've benefited from
.
A lot of the people that I'mgoing to bring on the show are
people that I actually use in myown business.
For example, coming up in thefuture here one of the episodes

we're going to have one of thetop seller finance attorneys in
the country, who happens to havean office in Wisconsin and also
down in Phoenix, where sellerfinancing is much more prevalent
than it is here in Wisconsin.
But he's going to talk aboutyou're going to hear all the
different important legal thingsto know about the difference
between land contract, rent toown all those different things.
He brings it all.

So it's a great episode andhe'll probably be a repeat guest
on the show.
We'll also have our accountantthat we use, who's a real estate
specific accountant.
He's going to be talking allabout how to legally pay $0 in
taxes through real estateinvesting.
So I'm really excited for youguys to hear that episode and so
