Hi, I am Veet Karen. I have been vegan since 2015 and before that was vegetarian for 29 years. I love all plant based food and know how to make it taste sensational. This podcast is for anyone who wants to add any level of plant based food into their diet, and anyone who is curious about making incredibly tasty food with a few simple techniques. If you are interested in good nutrition and learning how to get the most out of the nutrients in your food so your body can thrive, listen up.
