oxygen mask on yourself first, so that you will have
the strength and the clarity to help someone that's a
senior or child.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
And so I want.

Speaker 3 (00:28):

Well, first of all, let's talk about wellness. What it is.
It's actually the active pursuit of like activities, choices, and
a lifestyle. So we already had Health Awareness Month, and
health is a little bit different from wellness, even though
they interchange and they are alike. Health is the outcome

(02:55):
of us being well and so as we participate in
the physical, the mental, the spiritual, the financial on this month,

Now we have made it to August. Doctor Kim has
been challenging us. We've been learning a lot about nutrition
and wellness, and we're gonna do the same thing today.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Doctor Kim, what's what's in store for this segment?

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Well, first of all, we're in August, that's the eighth month.
Eight is new beginning, so why don't you begin something new.
Even when comes to engaging in regular physical activity. We
talked about walking in July. Now it's time to add
some weights to that, some stretching to that, some breathing

(04:12):
to that, some actual physical exercise. So whether you are
seasoned or whether you are younger, we can all participate
in something physical as well as fleep. Getting enough sleep
is also something that we can participate in so that

(04:33):
we can be physically well. Because the body rest, it detoxes,
it restores, it repairs, it renews, so you can get
up and do some more activity the next day. So
let's get a little bit more physical than we were
in July by adding weights and some movement, even swimming.

(04:55):
Did you know that swimming is all over body exercise
and something that you can do. So let's add some
more physical activity along with sleep. Let's make those our
priorities until we meet again on next Wednesday.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
All Right, I don't know how much slow we're gonna do,
because you know, we all like to get our hair wet.
But it's okay, doctor Cam, but we gonna get We're
gonna keep moving. If it's walking, if it's taking the stairs,
