Well, Hello Pala for Manifesto and welcome to the Law
of Attraction Radio networking. Of course, I am Constance Arnold
and I've been the host of the Think Believe In
Manifest talk show for the past seventeen years. I am
so excited. I want you to get excited. I'm so grateful.
I'm so thankful, y'all. Noah's Thanksgiving holiday weekend for us
(00:53):
in the US, and just open to all of the unlimited,
wonderful new revelations and insight that you're going to receive
from my podcast today. Well, Happy Thanksgiving to all of
you in the US and for those of you who
(01:15):
are not in the US. Once a year we set
aside a specific time, you know, nationally to really be grateful,
be thankful. It's usually the last Thursday in November. We
are visiting our families, we are connecting. It's a powerful
(01:38):
time of gratitude and thanksgiving, and that's what I'm going
to be teaching about today. Well, I want to continually
thank all of you for my continued birthday greetings. You
guys know that I celebrate my birthday for thirty days
and I've had so many people say that Constance. You know,
(02:01):
you taught me how to celebrate. It has nothing to
do with pride or ego, but it is an opportunity
for you to be grateful and thankful and celebrate who
you are. Celebrate your life, Celebrate how God has kept you.
Celebrate all of the good that's in your life. And
(02:22):
for all of you who have sent gifts, texts, commented
on social media, sit me, personal lives, emails, I want
to say thank you so much. Well, today I'm gonna
be talking giving you a seven day gratitude challenge. I'm
gonna be talking about gratitude and manifestation, how gratitude can
(02:45):
create the miracles in your life. I'm gonna be sharing
some stories. It's all going to be about gratitude. Gratitude, gratitude. So,
as I said, it is Thanksgiving holidays, and on the
Friday at the Thanksgiving they always have a Black Friday sale.
(03:07):
And people ask me, well, are you going to have
a Black Friday sale? And I said no, I'm not,
simply because I believe that my gift to you of
giving you the option of by now pay later coaching
packages would be my Black Friday sale to you. You know,
(03:30):
I'm all about serving and solving. What does that mean?
That means I'm all about serving you. My new clients
are so shocked and I even text them in between sessions, right,
They're just stunned at that. Because I'm not judging other coaches.
A lot of coaches don't do that. I'm about serving
(03:52):
and solving, solving what, Solving whatever's not working in your life,
Solving why you have an attracted love, solving and changing
your money issues, solving your unforgiveness stuff, solving while you're
stuck in your business. So for me, I'm not about selling.
(04:12):
I am about serving and solving and you can see
that from my extensive client tele So my Black Friday
give to you is and the way that you could
invest in yourself more importantly than getting a good deal
on Amazon, getting that big screen TV, or that whatever
(04:34):
you desire is to invest in yourself. You heard me
say last week, you're not spending money, You're circulating. When
you circulate something in what comes back to you. So
if you're ready for change, we got thirty days, y'all
at the airing of this podcast. We got thirty days.
(04:56):
And God is not inside time. God is not tripping
over time. God is outside of time. And I would
love to lead and guide you through the miraculous. I
just finished talking to a client in Paris. This woman
is having so many miraculous stuff happened in her life.
(05:18):
It's amazing. But it is amazing once you get over
into a new identity and a new ship. Some of
you have been trying to, like doctor Joe Dispenser said,
matter changes matter. You're trying to do all of the
stuff on the inside. But the real truth is that
(05:39):
once you change your energy on the inside, stuff on
the outside has to change. So my Black Friday deal
to you is you now have the option of buy now,
pay later. So when you go to my website, paypaler
is going to give you that options and they're gonna
(06:00):
lit up your installments and just smaller increments over the months,
and once you make your payment, Katie will let me
know and I'll be coaching with you within seven to
ten business days. So are we ready? Where in the
world do I even begin with gratitude? It's such a
(06:21):
powerful subject. And let me pray over everybody first, So
our Father, Father God, I just thank you for everyone
who is listening. I pray that as they listen, that
the spirit will really open up their heart, open up
their thinking and their mind, and that you would show them,
(06:44):
reveal to them, teach them and instruct them on how
to really immerse themselves in gratitude and just sure magnanimous
power of being grateful. Thankful. Amen, So let's talk about gratitude.
(07:05):
I'm gonna give you a seven day challenge, but I
want to start with just some info. So think about this.
Gratitude is a spiritual for us. Remember that it's a
vibration and it pulls you out of that three D
world because you're focusing in on what's possible. So you're
(07:26):
grateful for what you have, You're grateful for what has happened.
But you'll begin to be grateful and it pulls you
up into that high vibration. So when you are grateful,
it really signals to the universe that, oh, they're grateful.
They're in this gigantic vibration of gratitude, and it begins
(07:50):
to bring more to you. I like gratitude because it
opens the door to possibilities. And when you just pause
and think about that, and if you take the time
doing this holiday season to see, oh, you already have it.
(08:12):
One of my neighbors I was traveling over the holidays
and I told her, I said, make sure you watch
my house. She said, make sure I watched the castle.
And when she said that, it did something to me
because it made me realize how blessed I am. Just
that sentence. So, maybe you're looking at what you don't have,
(08:34):
but when you look at what you do have, it
changes things. So when you are grateful, it opens the
door to unlimited possibilities. You can look at the small
things that have happened, the small joys. You shift your
attention away from what's missing to what's possible. And you know,
(08:55):
gratitude don't deny deny that you got a lot of
stuff going on. Gratitude does not deny challenges. It just
expands your perspective so that you can see new pathways
to get through them. So if you're in the middle
of a pivot, you might say, constant, that's easy for
you to say, I'm in the middle of a pivot. Well,
(09:15):
let's just we're not denying that it's not easy, but
let's just be grateful that. Okay, I'm pivoting. I don't
know everything. God, I thank you, and I'm grateful that
You're gonna show me what my next step should be. Now,
you may not know how to climb the entire stairway,
as doctor King said, but you know what your next
(09:37):
step should be. So gratitude takes you from a place
of being limited to unlimited possibilities that don't feel so
so impossible, and that there are natural steps that you
can take. So when you're grateful God, it puts you
(10:02):
into more creativity. You're grounded, and you realize that even
though a lot of stuff has not happened in your life,
all you need is one word from God that changes
your life. So, speaking of God, I'm gonna give you
those seven steps to seven day challenge. What does the
(10:24):
Bible say about gratitude or thanksgiving or being appreciative. I'm
just gonna give you some. Psalms one one hundred says,
enter his gaze with thanksgiving, and to his course with praise,
Give thanks to him and praise his name. Psalms one
eighteen says, give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
(10:47):
His love and do is forever. Just this morning, I
was saying, God, thank you for your tender mercy and
loving kindness. You know when I said that tender, tender
mercy and loving kindness. God, thank you that your mercies
are new every day. So every morning when you wake up,
(11:07):
the Bible says that God's mercies are new. Can you
be grateful every day and thankful for God's mercies that
you didn't deserve? Every day? All right? And Chronicles it
said give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
and his love and doers forever. So can you be
(11:28):
thankful for the unconditional love of God that is here
to support you and love you and care for you.
What would happen in your life if you were just
took one of these verses and begin to be radically grateful.
Psalms one of three says, praise the Lord my soul
and forget not all of his benefits. I've said that
(11:51):
verse so much and that's alone. It said rejoice always,
or I could say, be grateful always, pray, can tenually
given thanks in all circumstances, all circumstances constant. Yes, I'm
in the middle of a pivot constance. Yes, it says,
for this is the will of God for you. I
(12:14):
love Philippians for six, don't be anxious for anything, but
in every situation by prayer and petition. That means, after
you ask for what you desire, it says you're gonna
add thanksgiving to it. With thanksgiving, let your requests be
made known to God. So can y'all see the spiritual
(12:36):
impact of thanksgiving just biblically? And what else do I
want to say is Colossian says, whatever you do, whether
in word or deed, give thanks to God and the Father.
You get the deal if eachans fined given thanks to
God the Father for everything. And Timothy, I think this
(12:59):
is going to be the last one. For everything God
created is good and nothing is to be rejected and
be grateful. So what would happen in your life if
you just took one of these verses and begin to
say God, thank you your mercy and do us forever.
(13:20):
Thank you for your goodness and mercy, your mercy, and
do us forever. Can you see how that would really
raise you up into that miraculous high vibration force that
would really shift and change you. I want you to
think about that for a second, how powerful that would
(13:42):
be in your life. So here I go with some
more info on gratitude. You should already be feeling good
because what I just shared is so powerful. You know.
I tell people, it's not what you hear, it's what
you execute, It's what you pray over and over and
over again. So you're taking your focus off of what
(14:04):
you don't have, what's missing in your life. I was
telling someone the other day how good they looked because
they had really released a lot of weight, and she said, oh,
but I got twenty pounds ago. I said, hold up,
you did not even receive Let's put a period after that.
You really look good period because she realized that she
(14:26):
wasn't able to give thanks for her great celebration of
her weight release, and so be open to just say
thank you for what you do have, not what's missing.
So what else does gratitude do? Gratitude aligns you with abundance.
When you appreciate what you have, you send the powerful
(14:49):
vibrational message internally and energetically that you already exist in
a state of abundance. Remember I said, when you are grateful,
it's the same vibration y'all as abundance. So if you
want more money, if you want more abundance, be grateful
(15:12):
for what you have. So if you're in business right now,
be grateful for the clients that you do have. God,
I thank you for the business that I do have.
I thank you how Mary Jane has been a faithful customer.
I'm so grateful for all of my repeated clients, etc.
(15:34):
And so it puts you your focusing in on what
you do have. Now, maybe you want more customers, but
the more you live in what you do have, you guys,
remember my story that even before I had clients, twenty
five years ago, I got a big old boar calendar
and I put fake names in there, and I just
(15:56):
begin to be grateful for God, thank you for my
person respective clients.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
Now.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
At first, when I said it, I didn't believe it,
But the fact that I was focusing in on what
I desired. Looking back on it, it was a signal
to the universe that I already had those clients. And
when you look at my calendar right now, it's booked,
(16:23):
all right. And so gratitude aligns you with abundance when
you complain, you when you remain, when you complain about
Just like, I'm flying out of the Busiess airport this
holiday season and people are like, oh, Atlanta Airport is
so busy. It's a business airport in the world. That
(16:45):
is not my thinking. My thinking is God, I'm thinking
you in advanced, I'm going to have a smooth flight.
I'm thinking you in advanced that my plane leaves on
time and arrives on time. I'm so grateful for the experience,
and my luggage arise promptly. You see. I'm prepaving the
way with thanksgiving and gratitude. All right, What else does
(17:09):
gratitude do? This is good job. Gratitude reduces resistance. It
takes your mind off of weary. I say, wory ain't
nothing but a form of meditation. Let me take a
sip of coffee on that. Oh, that's good. Worry is
a form of meditation. Doubt and stress creates resistance So
(17:33):
when you're grateful, I'm not saying that a worry, it
just doubt is gonna lead. But gratitude sort of softens
those feelings and it makes the path away to your
goals feel smoother, and you're more inspired, and I'm gonna say,
you have more faith. So gratitude reduces resistance. You heard
(17:56):
me say early if you're in the middle of a pivot,
you've always done some all of your life. You know
it's time for a pivot. You don't know all of
the steps. Some of y'all want the whole vision. You
just make God just may give you the next step.
And you've heard me say what doctor King said that
all you need to know is and take the next
step in faith, and as you do that, the other
(18:20):
steps would be revealed to you. So gratitude reduces resistance.
What else do I want to say? Y'all know gratitude
increases your immune system and it helps you to feel better.
They've done studies on that that people who were grateful
for just ten minutes two times a day over a
(18:43):
period of I think twenty one days, their immune system
increased by fifty percent. So what's happening in your life?
When you complaining. Stop complaining about the long lines. Be
grateful you can stand. Stop complaining about the grocery. Be
grateful that you have money and food to eat. Some
(19:04):
people don't have food, some people are starving, So be grateful.
I always say, if the only prayer you prayed is
thank you, Wow, what would happen in your life? Thank
you Father, Thank you Universe, Thank you God. All right,
we're talking about gratitude. Of gratitude I believe increases your
(19:27):
faith God, thank you for what you have done. It
puts you in remembrance of what has happened, and it
strengthens your belief by reminding you of past successes, of
support system that were there for you, and good things
that are already present in your life. If you took
(19:50):
out a pen and wrote down all of your past successes,
what would that look like? Okay, I just use me
for an example. This just coming to me. Went to
undergrad school, came to Atlanta, went to graduate school and
had a job and was able to get it funded.
(20:10):
Have helped over ten thousand clients, have been a consistent
Walker Runner for the past thirty years. Have touched the
lives of millions. You see that have purchased many homes,
have made it through difficult times. So I want you
to stop this recording right now and write down all
(20:33):
of your past successes and be grateful for them. So
what is that gonna look like? Thank you Father, thank
you God, thank you Universe. And what is that going
to do. That's going to strengthen your faith. It's going
to strengthen your belief. This is so good? What else
(20:55):
do I want to say? Y'all know, gratitude is directly
aligned with manifestation, and when you are grateful before manifesting,
you can begin to say God, I thank you for
the next step that I need to take with my pivoting.
(21:17):
I thank you that for the next shift I need
to take regarding my body. You see that. So you
are grateful in advance. You are signaling to the universe.
You're really doing Mark eleven, twenty three, twenty four, and
you're really grateful as if it already has happened, because
(21:39):
it already has. In another realm, doctor Joe de Spenser
said that gratitude is a signal to the universe that
you already have your desires. And I believe that with gratitude,
God really manifests the miraculous because it gives you a
(22:00):
really deep revelation of God's love, God's favor, goodness, kindness,
and the mercy of God that wants to flow to you.
And the way you get that if you can't do
nothing else, if you depressed, if you don't have no money,
if you don't know what your next step is, if
(22:20):
you're feeling alone during the holidays, if you just said,
thank you Father, thank you God, thank you Universe, thank
you for what I do have, and it helps you
to focus in on the God that is within you
and for you to remember that you can create and
(22:43):
manifest anything. And that hidden power of gratitude is where
it's not out there, it's within you. Knowing that whatever
you do on the inside, the entire world will see you.
Repeat me, whatever I do on the inside must manifest
(23:04):
on the outside. It is a law, y'all. And neuroscientists
are saying that I'm gonna get a little technic with y'all,
that the entire universe is vibrating and ninety nine percent
is pure energy. It's just out there. They call it
dark energy, and it's waiting for you to decide what
(23:25):
you want. To create and manifest. So when you speak God,
I thank you that the pathway will be revealed to
me doing my pivot, or I thank you for my
ten new customers. So when you speak, you're really speaking
out into that ninety nine percent pure energy. You're just
(23:49):
waiting for you to decide what you want. You've heard
me say it's kind of like ex gives me, get
some water, go into a restaurant. Have you ever gone
to a restaurant with somebody and they're like, I don't
know what I want. You're hungry, right, you know what
(24:09):
you want. You already made up your mind. You looked
at the menu, you pulled it up online even before
you guys got to the restaurant. But and they're like,
I don't know what I want. I want tea, No,
I want coffee, No, I won't coke, And you're like,
make up your mind. So the universe is waiting for
you to make up your mind. And one way that
(24:31):
you can do that is to really begin to act
as if with your gratitude, because we know that in
four and five D everything already exists. So when you say,
thank you God, thank you Father, thank you for my
new clients. You're really forming that ninety nine percent pure
(24:55):
energy that just sitting there and waiting for you. Guys,
you not powerless. You just need to turn the TV off.
You're not powerless. You need to just stop listening to
everybody else on social media and scrolling for hours and
start forming and creating your life because God has given
(25:16):
you the ability. Remember you're made in the likeness and
the image of God. And once you acknowledge your value
and know who you are, and you realize you've heard
me talked about Adams before, that every atom in the
universe wants to fulfill your thoughts and your beliefs. And
(25:42):
so if you are focusing in on what you are
grateful for, you're really what's the word I'm looking for,
You're really tapping into the whole manifestation secret. So if
you could begin to use gratitude as a form of God.
(26:02):
Thank you for the steady supply of opportunities that support
my growth. Thank you for the new relationships, my new
tribe that's coming into my life. Thank you for the pathway.
I told a client this week, she has been in
a lot of pain. I said, so when you get
(26:24):
your doctor's report, what I want you to just say,
is God, thank you for the healing pathway that is
available to me. Because I said to her, there is
a customized pathway to your healing that is assigned to you.
Be grateful in advance that what you need to heal
(26:44):
will be revealed to you. So can y'all see just
a power of gratitude. It's a vibration, it's a force.
Before I go to commercial break, it is something that
is very powerful in your life. Have you been complaining
or have you been really grateful? So what about when
(27:07):
stuff happens in your life that's not so good? You know,
and maybe you went through a divorce, or maybe you
are strange from family members, or maybe you got fired
from your job, or maybe you've been portrayed. Those are
not easy things. But I told a client this week,
(27:30):
But you can start defining you make a decision. Somebody
write this down. You can make a decision. I am
going to change, but the results will take time. When
you make a decision, your life is changed, but the
results may take time. And so you decide I am
(27:53):
not going to allow this search, situation, this circumstance to
define me. God, thank you for the lessons learned. Here
we go gratitude. I'm grateful for the lessons I learned
about relationship. I'm grateful for the lessons that I learn
about money. I'm grateful for the lessons that I learn
(28:17):
about myself during this family estrangement time. So you can
be grateful about the lessons learned and take those lessons
and use them to move you to a level that
(28:37):
you would not have taken before if you had not
been grateful for them. Are you complaining of or you
can't complain about? Oh, I used to have a good job.
You know, when you complain, you remain. That is the
opposite of gratitude. When you complain, it puts you in
(28:58):
that low vibration of lack and scarcity and fear and worry.
So if all you did over the holidays was to
be grateful, I know one lady, or she was, she
wanted to be healed. Now you don't have to do that,
but this is what she did. She just wrote down
(29:19):
one hundred times, I'm so grateful for my healing. That
might have been not been the exact word. She didn't
just write it, she felt it and she said it
out loud. Now that was her way of really creating
the knowing on the inside, because folks, it's all about
(29:40):
the knowing. Whatever can get you in the vibration of
I know this is true, I don't see it. God,
you know I don't feel it. I don't know how.
I remember we are detaching from the house, and I
think the last thing is before I go to commercial
(30:02):
break is be grateful for what's owned its way. You've
heard me give the analogy that when the ups man,
all my internationalists, my FedEx man, or the Amazon truck
comes by, my house is on the corner I'm always looking.
Is that for me? I mean? And maybe I did
(30:23):
not even already anything for Amazon, but expectation is the
breeding ground for miracles. So when you can be grateful
for what's on this way, not knowing how, Oh God,
I thank you for the big windfalls that I own
this way. I'm grateful for the new ideas that are
going to be downloaded. I saw a video of a
(30:45):
lady who made I think it was a million dollars
in sales in one day, and she just spoke to
twenty five people, and she says she doesn't sell, she serves.
But my point is she was grateful in advance for
the windfall? Can you be grateful for what's on this way?
(31:07):
Since God has already given us all things? Everybody where
are they? He said, He's already given us all things
that pertain to life and godliness. So on your in
your worst on your worst day, you can say God,
I thank you for what's in five D I thank
you for the finished works of Christ. Whatever you want
to say, I thank you that all things are already mine.
(31:28):
I thank you for all of the good that is
awaiting me. I thank you for all of the good.
What would happen in your life if you chose to
focus on gratitude? And remember I said, gratitude doesn't mean
that the challenges are not there, but we're just choosing
not to focus in on them. This is so good. So, guys,
(31:55):
I'm gonna go to commercial break. I want you to
share this podcast with other because people are in difficult
places in their lives and sometimes they just don't know.
So I'm going to these quick commercials. Guys, make sure
y'all listen to my commercials. I got new commercials, and
they tell you a little bit about me and what
(32:17):
I'm sharing and how I can serve you and solve
your problems. So stay tuned.

So here we go. Take a deep breath there, everybody,
(34:01):
open up your heart and your spupity to receive this
seven day challenge. I want to remind you of this.
A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles and blessing.
Gratitude is the same vibration as abundance, So you need
(34:22):
What we're doing with gratitude is you be the energy
that you want to attract. And so when you're in
that state of gratitude, you're going to attract miracles. Everybody
you're looking for a miracle. Gratitude is one way to
(34:42):
really receive that. And because it reminds you there are
no limits to your thoughts, your imaginations, and gratitude, and
it helps you to explore the limitlessness in your life.
Aren't you being limited that you gotta work a nine
(35:03):
to five, you gotta do this. But but gratitude reminds
you that the creative ability of the universe is not
outside of you. It's not in somebody else's life, but
it's on the inside of you, and you can create anything. Wow.
(35:23):
So here we go. These are just examples that you
can use over the next seven days, or you might
have your own. You know, I work really well with structure.
I tell people I already know what I'm gonna eat
every day. I'm not gonna eat until usually noon. I'm
gonna eat an avocado. Certain things I'm gonna eat every day.
(35:46):
I'm gonna eat an avocado, a piece of fruit. You know,
just that's my rhythm. I heard a Steph Curry. Y'all know,
he's the great three point shooter in basketball. They says
that he is the goat. He says that when he
walks in every day, the same person hands him the ball,
he stands in the same spot and he shoots from there.
(36:09):
So these are just some suggestions for you. Okay. So
day one were talked about the seven day Gratitude challenge.
This is just to get you in the face and
in the flow of gratitude. So I want you to
write down three things that you're grateful for it today
and make them very specific. So it might be I'm
(36:35):
grateful for my sister's encouraging message, or I'm thankful that
my next door neighbor came over and raked my leaves,
or I'm grateful that traffic was not heavy and I
was able to make it to the airport really quickly
(36:56):
and so. And then after you write down three, I
want you to think about how did each one of
those things make your day better? And let just say
your neighbor who came over and raked your leaves. We'll
look at that one and you're gonna start thinking, because
(37:19):
after you write it down, God, thank you for John
who came over and raked my leaves while I was
out of town. You're gonna so you're gonna be in gratitude.
How did that make you feel? Oh, it took a
lot of pressure off of me. I don't have to
put my attention on that. That was so kind, That
(37:40):
was so wonderful. That was so kind of John. You
see that. So we're not just writing it down. You're
not a robot. But after you write it down, you're
really meditating on them. You're focusing in on them. And
then how did it make your day. And I can
(38:02):
just tell you if you do that, that's gonna really
shift and change your vibration. It's gonna really remind you
of who you are and all of the good that
you have in your life, and you're gonna be so
grateful for So does everybody see that? All right? So
(38:24):
that's day one. So you're gonna do this every We're
gonna rotate every seven days. And I'm gonna say that
after we get through with the seven day challenge, you
are really going to make a decision which one of
these really vibes with me? Which one of these really
(38:44):
vibes with me? And yeah, I'm trying to turn my
ringer off, my time off, and so which one of
these really vibes with me? Maybe Day one done? Vibe
what you will? Maybe something else that I might say
with So Day one, you're gonna write down three things
that you're grateful for today. When you're writing as a
(39:06):
form of prayer, you're gonna make them really specific, and
then you're going to decide, how did that make my
day better? All right? Next thing, it's gratitude for your body.
I want you to write down one thing about your
(39:26):
body that allows you to walk, to breathe, to smile,
to think, to hug, one thing about your body that
you love. You might be like me. You love your legs.
I love my Tina Turner legs. That's what everybody says. Y'all.
Don't be judging. What do you like about your maybe
(39:51):
your eyes, maybe I don't know, but you're thanking your
body for its effort, not necessarily its appearance. So it
might be I'm so grateful that I can still walk
and run. Okay, I'm giving an example of me. Y'all know,
(40:12):
I've been a walker runner for thirty years, and you
know they're saying now that really the great exercise. It's
in spurts. It's where you walk and then you do
something exaggerated, then you run or you walk and then
you run up a hill. So I did that today
and I'm like, wow, I'm so grateful for my body
(40:35):
still being strong. You see that. So instead of talking about,
oh I need to lose weight, Oh constant, look at this,
you know, look at my stomach or whatever. I want
you to write down one thing about your body that
allows you to walk, to breathe, to smile. Can you breathe?
(40:57):
Can you sleep well at night. Have you been healed?
How does this shift your perspective of yourself? So, if
you've been sick and you get well, you're gonna really
be grateful for the small things with your body. So
instead of talking about your body, instead of judging your body,
(41:22):
instead of saying, oh my God, my knees. If I
hear one person talk about their knees again, I think
I'm gonna scream. And sometimes I have one of my
kneed that that you know, sort of messes with me.
But I'm like, God, I think that my knee. I
look at if my left knee is hurting, I'm gonna
focus in on my right knee. Now, gratitude doesn't mean
(41:44):
that I'm denying that that other knee is not hurting,
but it just means I'm not gonna give my focus
to it. All right. So Day two, gratitude for your body.
Day three a gratitude message I want you to see
and a short message to someone expressing a specific appreciation.
(42:10):
It might be to your sister, thank you so much,
sister for always being there on Friday to pick up
the boys. It might be to your husband, thank you
so much, baby for bringing me coffee in the mornings.
It makes my day. It might be to a coworker,
(42:32):
thank you so much for handling the workload while I
was on vacation. So this is the principle everybody. You see,
the universal law is that when you give, it's the
law of circulation. When you give, it's gonna come back
to you multiplied. It's a universal law. So think of
(42:55):
that one person that you're gonna send a short message to.
It can be via text, it can be via voicemail,
it can be via email. And then once you send
that gratitude message, how did express and gratitude make you feel? Wow?
(43:18):
How did that make you feel? So you see how
me just talking about it just puts a certain aura
around you. You're just looking in. You're focusing in on
all of the good. You're focusing in on the small
things that are happening in your life. All right, So
(43:39):
we're getting in gratitude. All right. Day four, we're gonna savor.
I'm gonna change that to embrace yourself. Immerse yourself into
one good moment. So today I want you to pick
one positive moment for twenty to thirty seconds to fully
(44:00):
experience it. So it might look like me. You're taking
a sip of coffee, Oh, that's so good. Or it
could be a meal, so you're taking a moment to
really embrace how greatful you are. Or it might be
(44:21):
a warm shower, it might be a cold glass of
water or a big glass of water after you've been
working out. Or it might be watching your dog lay
on his or her back so you could rub their belly.
(44:41):
Or it might be laughter, or it might be like
I did this morning, walking by your shrubbery and taking
the time to smell the flowers. So can you see
how when you savor or embrace, y immerse your in
one good moment that really puts you in radical gratitude.
(45:08):
Oh this is so good. And what would happen if
you did that over and over and over again every
single moment or every single hour. I remember John Assof,
he was in the hip movie The Secret Multi Millionaire,
and he talks about even if he's in a CEO meeting,
(45:32):
he said, every hour on the hour, he's gonna set
his timer. He's gonna walk away from that meeting for
five minutes He's gonna give gratitude. Wow, what would happen
in your life if you set your timer on your phone,
or if you made a decision. That's what I'm gonna
(45:55):
do every hour. I'm gonna intentionally give gratitude. These are
all very powerful practices. So what these practices do. It
puts you in the flow of faith. It puts you
in the flow of belief. It puts you in a
way of thinking. It puts you in just the limitlessness.
(46:22):
It puts you in unlimited possibilities. Your thinking begins to change,
your feelings begin to change. Even as I'm talking now,
all of those things have shifted and changed in you.
So Day four is you're gonna savor or immerse yourself
(46:42):
in one good moment for twenty to thirty seconds to
fully experience it. This is so good, y'all. I'm telling
you Day five seven day challenge gratitude da gratitude for
(47:03):
a challenges all constants. You were doing so good, oh
until you start saying that. So you're gonna choose a challenge.
I've already talked about this either past or present, and
I didify one thing that it taught you and how
it's gonna help you to grow, all right, and you're
(47:27):
gonna choose one. So let's just say, hypothetically, you're gonna
choose or break up with a partner, and boy, you
really loved this person, but it just didn't work out.
Identified one thing that it taught. It might be do
not ignore the red flags. It might be I really
(47:53):
need to hear my own soul and become whole and
not look outside of myself for help. It might be
I really need to change my perspective own love. It
might be I need to go back and hear my
own childhood stuff. It might be I'm worthy of love.
(48:18):
So you're gonna take that challenge, and you're gonna identify
one thing that it taught you and how it's gonna
help you to grow. You know, really, a lot of
people talk about it's their challenges that really took them
to next level living and what strength or insight came
(48:41):
from that. You guys have heard me say that when
I was engaged to get married, I just made a decision. Now,
I made a decision, but I had to walk and out.
Remember I said, you make a decision, but the results
from that decision has to be walked down. I made
a decision. I'm worthy of life. I will not allow
(49:03):
this situation to close my heart to love again. And boy,
that's what happened to me, all right. So gratitude for
challenge day five. We almost everybody grade six or day six.
I got that out is the gratitude walk. So what
(49:23):
is that? So take a walk outside or inside. Make
sure you're not listening to nothing else. You know a
lot of times I'm walking out have my head set on,
but take that off, and I want you to notice
and mentally think about five things that you appreciate doing
your walk. It might mean it might be the sounds.
(49:48):
It might be the beautiful scenes that you're seeing, the
beautiful fall trees. It might be the people that you sin.
It might be the dollar that's barking in the yard.
It might be how beautiful the grass is. I was
walking the other day and I used to walk with
(50:10):
my headset in all the time. And one day the
spirit said, take your head set out. I want to
connect and commune with you. And I realized I grew
up in the country yard and we used to sit
on my front porch and watch the planes go by.
And I realized, as I was walking the other day,
I noticed the sounds of the planes. I'm like, wow,
(50:36):
I noticed, you know how in the sky you can
see the white I don't know if it's smoke or
whatever it is that comes behind a jet. I noticed that.
I noticed this tree in my yard that had begun
to blossom. It's fall. So can you see that? So
what does that do? It puts you in the now moment.
(51:00):
You know, and neuroscientists are talking about how nature can
change you, and I want you to think about which
one of these surprise you the most as you're walking.
But what I see it doing is putting you in
the now moment. You're looking at the trees, you're listening
to the dog bar, You're noticing how the how grass
(51:23):
the green is. You're noticing just something beautiful in your
neighbor's yard. You're noticing a squirrel that is darting across
the field. So that is day six. It's while you're walking.
I want you to notice and be in that moment
(51:44):
all of the good that's showing up. And day seven,
I just love this. I want you to write a
short note from the perspective of your future self thanking God,
thanking you for what's going to manifest in your future,
(52:04):
of thanking you for your self effort, your healing, your
healthy goals, etc. So let's just say, so you're writing
a note for your future self and it might be
dear Constant, you have been so diligent about moving your
body and nourishing your body with walking. Keep up the
(52:30):
great work, and I am so proud of you. So
you see that it is future gratitude. Or it might
be James, you are to be congratulated for finishing your
certification in engineering. Wow, what a great accomplishment. So you
(52:56):
are writing a short note to your future yourself about
something that you accomplish and what does that tell you
about how powerful you are? Etc. Wow, guys, this has
been so good. I want you to listen to this
(53:17):
over and over and over again. You know, I'm very
intentional about what I teach and I'm asking the spirit
to really download to me what you guys need. So
if this is a blessing to you, if my show
is blessing you and helping you, please email me and
let me know. And if you want to give a donation,
(53:40):
you can certainly do that. You can cash aut me
dollar sign Constance Arnold and I would be more than
happy to receive it and just thank you so much.
But if you listen to this, but more importantly, if
you practice this, things made not shipped overnight, but they may.
(54:02):
It puts you in the flow. Remember, you're co creating
with God. You are not by yourself. You're co creating
with the most powerful force, powerful vibration, powerful flow in
the universe. The same spirit that created the solar systems,
(54:23):
the same spirit that created the billions of stars and galaxies,
is on the inside of you, co creating with you.
I want you to remember that. Make a decision. I'm
gonna be grateful, make a decision. I'm gonna be thankful.
Make a decision. I'm gonna be appreciative, make a decision.
(54:48):
I refuse to complain. I'm gonna focus in on all
of the good. I'm gonna stay in radical gratitude. And
you've heard me say, if thank you was the only
prayer you ever prayed, that would be enough. All right, everybody,
this has been so good, Just so thankful to all
(55:11):
of you. And also, however you listen to me, make
a comment so that others can see how powerful this
show is. We're just so grateful and so thankful to everyone.
I really want to expand my listenership so that more
people you know will tune in and listen. And as

rewriter of your own day, of your own week, of
your own life. Remember you're powerful. Have a great week, everybody.
