Furness H1 - The NFL is always changing / The M's perception problem / Jim Walden on the Cougs' season / KJ Wright and free agency
January 10, 2019•40 min
We'd all love to see KJ Wright stay in Seattle. The reality is that the NFL more than any other professional sports league, is always changing. It's all about finding the newest, biggest best, and getting better. It's not the best thing for the players necessarily, but it's good for teams and fans who want to stay competitive. At some point, if you believe that Jerry Dipoto should be the M's' GM, you have to trust him to make the decisions, but until they make it to the playoffs, the team will have a perception problem, and every move is going to be questioned. Jim Walden looks back at a surprisingly amazing Cougar season. Who deserves the credit for turning the team around after a tough off season. What happened to the conference in the last few years that's brought it down to the level it's at? We play back a few minutes of KJ talking about his future, and his decision to enter free agency.
