Affirmation Nation with Bob Ducca

Affirmation Nation with Bob Ducca

Affirmation Nation with Bob Ducca is a loosely formatted self-improvement podcast dedicated to exploring matters of the Spirit and getting Bob friends. After suffering from numerous mental and physical ailments (mostly self-diagnosed) throughout his life Bob decided to make a change. Mr. Ducca invites you to join him on his Journey of radical self discovery as he attempts to conquer his inner demons and find people to hang out with. Each week Bob will interview experts in the fields of medicine, spirituality, psycho-therapy and the occult. By exposing his hopes, fears, detailed lists of ailments and the results of self-help exercises Bob hopes to share where he is on his life's Journey and by extension demystify the process for others. Raw interactions with support group friends and ex-lovers as well as medical product reviews will further illuminate what true Personal Growth looks like. Who know? Maybe you'll want to join Bob on this Journey...or maybe you'll just want to hang out. That would be nice too. No pressure.
