Speaker 1 (03:40):
Yes, but first let's welcome in the Odd Couple crew
because we wouldn't be able to do this fine radio
program without him. Alex is our engineer, Shay is our producer,
Shaye is our I know Rob G who.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
He played for.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
I was literally his intern. I was out his internunbelieved.
He's still unbelievable, unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Rob G's off the next couple of days. Martin Weiss
is at the anchor desk. He'll keep us updated throughout
the program. And of course Elijah is a social.
Speaker 3 (04:16):
Media google, one of the best in the business.
Speaker 4 (04:18):
Right, I heard of you, Elijah, if you get that
clip for me? If you did, now, I never heard
of you?
Speaker 3 (04:22):
What Martin? Martin was mad that what do you didn't give?
Wants to drop? Drop?
Speaker 4 (04:26):
He's looking for a drop? What is your drop?
Speaker 5 (04:28):
This?
Speaker 4 (04:29):
All right, let's hear it. He and I talked about
this roped. Oh so he's saying he dropped the ball,
so we're all getting dropped down? Yeah, exactly, that's what.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
Now can I get a drop? What's going on?
Speaker 4 (04:43):
I'm mad?
Speaker 3 (04:44):
I know it's dropped central to both to foul application.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Okay, all right, I don't dropped me though, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
We got to think about it. It'd be easy, shade,
Are you kidding me? There's a lot of stuff to
do with Shay.
Speaker 4 (04:57):
Give us.
Speaker 6 (04:57):
Well, it's supposed to be you guys though he did
the Mary man. What do I gotta think of it?
Speaker 4 (05:01):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (05:02):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 7 (05:02):
In fairness, I'll defend us, rob you and me too.
We give stuff to people here often exactly, isn't always here?
Martin started being more in the rotation.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
But started being more in the rotation.
Speaker 4 (05:12):
I'm here.
Speaker 3 (05:13):
I feel like I've been here at least once every
other week. Okay, all right, no, no, no, you guys
will work that.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
It will get the drops.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
We deserve this smartness with the Mary Mary, she got
a quick but gestion I know because of her married Mary.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
It was just too easy. It was just too easy.
Give Martin like a Jimmy Hendrix joy with the guitar.
Oh that's smart, Yeah, that's smart, Jimmy Hendricks little American.
I was the you know, the national anthem.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
I was thinking that something with more like of a
Jewish overtone because Martin Weiss. You know, people thought that
Martin was Jewish. First of all, there's still not people
who that name. You do know that, right, I know
I've heard that.
Speaker 4 (05:56):
There are some folks right now who maybe are hard
to say, who never see us on YouTube, who think
you're Jewish?
Speaker 1 (06:02):
Why because I sound like I'm from New York and
I sound did I do that?
Speaker 7 (06:08):
I do?
Speaker 4 (06:10):
You're Jewish? Brethren your former co host Mike Stone, who
is Jewish. Yes, Stony said, Stoney says you're Jewish. Suit
said that was a Jewish man trapped in a black
man's body. Yeah, you go, so get out like the
movie Let's.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
Do it all right, big show on this TV theme
song Thursday and Alex. That was a great way to
start it with the Golden Girls, of course, speaking of
another Golden Girl, Yes, the Golden got news today.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
Yeah, the Golden Girl of the w NBA. We know
who that is. Caitlyn Clark. Oh, I think Angel Weeks.
I'm sorry, go ahead, No, Caitlyn Clark. She is gonna
be missing the whole All Star festivities, the game, the
three point contests, and something that you and I had
been talking about over the last couple of days, what
would happen. But now she's gonna sit out. We know
she's been dealing with that growing injury. She's really been
(06:53):
beat up over the last handful of weeks, maybe to
the last month or so, so that they decided to
sit her out so she can rest up and you'll
be ready to go for the rest of the season.
So there you're having the star of the WNBA not
gonna be playing with the other stars of the WNBA
and the All Star weekend festivities.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
I'm just gonna say this, what are you about to
say this is the second All Star game that Caitlyn
Clark has ruined. Okay, she ruined the NBA one which
would take part in the three point shot, and now
she's hurt. I'm not saying she's jaking it or faking it,
but her not playing. If I'm the commission of the WNBA,
(07:34):
whoever that is, I would cancel the NBA All Star Weekend.
Speaker 3 (07:40):
Wow, I mean, are you serious?
Speaker 1 (07:43):
And if I was a fan who bought tickets and
a plane.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
I would be on the phone.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
I want to refund. If Kaitlyn Clark's not there, I'm
not coming. You know what It's like? What if I
said about Kaitlyn Clark, She's like the Harlem Glow Tritters.
Right when she shows up, people show up in mass
It would be like the Harlem Globe Trotters coming to
town and metal law Cleming may rest in peace. He
(08:09):
ain't playing, he ain't handling the ball, he ain't there.
You can't have an All Star game without Kaitlin Clark. WNBA,
do everybody a favor. Mass refunds, let people out, let
people move that like catching their airline tickets, cancel their
(08:30):
hotel rooms.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
I'm serious.
Speaker 1 (08:33):
That's the only reason they've had the WNBA All Star
Game weekend that nobody ever remembers.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
Can you do you remember two years ago? Man, it
was getting down.
Speaker 3 (08:43):
Okay, why do you remember that No? Three?
Speaker 4 (08:47):
She crossed the old girl over.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
I'm not overreacting. I'm telling you.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
If I was a WNBA fan and I bought tickets
and a flight in a hotel, I would be on
the phone to the airline.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
I need a refund.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
I'm canceling my hotel room, and I'm on the phone
to the WNBA, to the hotline number, and I'm saying,
this is not what I paid for.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
I want my money back. Well, listen, I can't front.
Speaker 4 (09:18):
She's the draw. I mean. I went to the game
last year, took my girls here at what is it
Crypto dot Com Arena now, and I tell you what, Rob,
I've been to a billion Laker games and Clipper games
around here. That thing was rocking. And at the end
of the game, I've never seen so many people go
to a star afterwards. It was insane. I'm actually shocked
they let that many people get onto the court and
(09:39):
take pictures of interviews, and it was insane. So she
is a rock star. There's absolutely no denying that. So
many people bought their tickets to say, Hey, they can
always say I remember, I got a chance to see
her her. Hey, you wanted to go see one of
the best you know, to their children, you got to
see one of the best female players of all time.
So without a doubt, ain't no denying that. You know what,
It reminds me of Rob how many Detroit Lions call
(10:01):
Spirit Airlines back. Hey, real quick, I'm with that refund
that I know. I just booked a ticket six hours ago,
five hours ago, maybe in some cases thirty minutes ago,
because I thought we were gonna win this game against
the forty nine ers and go to the super Bowl. Yeah,
I need a refund. I had twenty four hours of cancel,
so I'm doing it now. That's the possibility to that.
But you know what, this is an opportunity for Sometimes
(10:21):
in these bad situations, Rob, you get an opportunity and
dange wnba you have that. Let me explain what I mean.
She is the super nova. She is the star. We
all know that. But you got a chance for her
to be the supernova that flies over the other stars.
But you can still showcase the stars and make a
nice galaxy. Let me get all astronomical and astronomer like
(10:44):
on you. So what's happening is she is creating everything, right,
she is creating a solar system. She's the Sun and
everything's over ring around her. But to me, you have
an opportunity the WNBA to say, hey, you were gonna watch,
maybe some people will still watch. Still tune in, and
we can showcase our other stars. They may not be
super nova, it's like her, I'll give you that, but
(11:05):
they're still stars. All stars shined a little differently. And
here's what it reminds me of. Let me go on
this TV theme song Thursday You Knew a show back
in the eighties that carried into the nineties. A Different World,
Remember a Different World For those who don't remember, it
was a spin off of The Cosby Show and Lisa
Bonet played Denise suck Stable and the Cosby Show and
they made a star for her. She's going off to
(11:26):
college to Hillman. She's getting ready to go. She's gonna
be the star of this show. I thought it was Filman.
Oh no, no, no, that's that's the real he. She's
going to Hillman and she's gonna be the star of
this show called a Different World. In the first season,
she's there, it's a hit, it's a big show. She's
the star. She's the Caitlin Clark of this thing. But
then she's had some issues with people who had issue
with directors. Blah blah blah. She gets off the show
(11:47):
and they're worried, Oh shoot, this show might not work
without our star. But thankfully for them, they ended up
having other stars and the show will go on to
have many many years from it had a seven year
run because you had Jasmine. Guys, you know who played Whitley,
who would blow up become a star. One of the
best comedians of his era came from that Sinbad. We
(12:07):
would get him, who would become a star. Kadem Harrilson
had a great run.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
We wouldn't even.
Speaker 4 (12:12):
Get Marissa toe May, who had her character on this show.
She would become a star. So my point is this
is like that we got our Lisa Bonnang, our Denise
Sucktable in a Different World, and she might not be
continuing the show for a while, but Daggett, we can
make some other stars shine and continue to prop up
the league and I think it's an opportunity for them
Rob to say, we can't always depend on her. What
(12:35):
if she's just what if she becomes injury prone? What
if she just ends up being good but not great.
Great point ends you got to start showcasing other people,
and this is a chance to do so. For those
who already bought tickets, for those who already planned on
tune it in, for those who plan on broadcasts in
the game, this is an opportunity to showcase those other stars.
And you never know, you might get a Jasmine guy,
a sinbad at Marissa too may on a show that
(12:57):
you thought would just you know, ancillary pieces.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Well, let me give you the update on the w
NBA All Star TV radhoo here.
Speaker 4 (13:05):
I am trying to be doing it right.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
That's what the w NBA All Star TV ratings will
be with no Caitlin Clock. I'm just I'm just keeping
it real and they're not. You know, they're not gonna
get the number. The numbers ain't gonna number. But I'm
trying to think long term.
Speaker 4 (13:28):
Brother. It's like you know how it is, when you invest,
you gotta think long term. Sometimes some start everything and
a penny stock where you can make a bunch of money.
Sometimes you gotta ride this thing out and they gotta
start showcasing other stars, building them up, because what if
she's injury prone, what if she quits early? What if
she you know, just ends up being good but not
super great and you got other people you need to
showcase or you know, or we just become over her
(13:51):
because you know that happens the same thing we love
you for, because the same thing we hate you for eventually,
and everybody all she does the shoot three, she's so grumpy?
Whych she fighting everybody? Everybody loves it. Now that could
become the thing they don't like A four and a
handful of years.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
All right, this is the odd couple eight seven, seven
ninety nine on Fox Achy knee stiff, back joints not cooperating.
What you're talking about me? Some days your body is
just like nope. And on those days, luckily there's a
leave with just one pill. A leave provides up to
twelve hours of pay relief so that you can keep moving.
(14:22):
Use as director. We want to hear from you if
you add tickets to the WNBA All Star Weekend in
the game and the three point contest and all that stuff.
Would you ask for a refund, would you up the
cash in your ticket? Or are you still going? Cause
there's no way, no how am I going if I
had a ticket and there's no Caitlyn Clark, no Caitlyn Clark,
(14:45):
no WNBA All Star Game. It's just that simple. It
is the Odd Couple. We want to hear from you
eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox eight seven, seven

(16:51):
a Fox Sports Radio NBA analysts. And we also have
a little shop talk coming up in about forty two
or three minutes from now as well, So a busy,
busy hour. But we're gonna focus now on the NFL.
And we have breaking news earlier today.
Speaker 4 (17:08):
Yeah, that's right, we did, of course, you know, we've
been following this to see because one of the things
that Chiefs needed was their receivers back, and one of
them they were happy to hopefully get back after he
rehabs that ACL injury is receiver Rashi Rice. But yeah,
Rashi Rice. But he has been sentenced to a thirty
days in jail in a five years probation stemming from
(17:28):
his role in that multi car crash in Dallas that
happened back in twenty twenty three. That was where he
was speeding almost one hundred and twenty miles per hour
in the Lamborghini suv and ended up being a six
car pile up and with some folks obviously getting injured
and thankfully no one getting critically injured or dead. And
so now he has been sending in part of that
thirty day Jelsons he can serve any time within the
(17:51):
five year probation, so he doesn't have to serve it
now during the season. It can be whenever he chooses to.
So whether he and his team decide to do this,
do it in three years that this decision they have
And of course now the compensation becomes what would the
NFL do Because of their conduct policy. They can obviously
suspend him, which is expected to happen, but what will
(18:13):
it be there in lines of question.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
Right, I gotta be honest with you, I've lost total
faith in our legal system. I'm not even kidding you,
total faith in the legal system. This is for people.
If you have money, you're able to skirt things that
other people could never get out of. And judges are
(18:35):
like fans. I don't know who this judge is. I'm
just saying. Judges are fans. People are duy three four duys.
They don't you know what I mean? And they get
lenient that like, this situation here is so bad where
so many people could have been killed. And the idea
that he gets to choose when he wants to go
(18:56):
to jail and a five year probationary period, get it.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
If he slips up, he's.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
Going to jail whatever, you know, That's the what they
throw out there. But the idea that you could walk
away from a six car pil up, okay hmm and
walk away and you're still free. He's got to pay
these people. I get it. The civil case is something different.
But the but the criminal Kelvin, if that were you
(19:25):
and you involved in that speeding at that height, at
that speed on the freeway, involved in a crash and
you got out of your car, left it and walked away, Dude,
Am I being ridiculous or not? No?
Speaker 4 (19:42):
Listen, you know I live with a lawyer now, and
this is the benefit that money gets you. The money
gets you an opportunity. It's not necessarily sometimes rob it
is just a system in and of itself, right like
where it could be a judge it could be, but
you know what I mean. I get your overall point.
The system can be rigged if you will. It is
lawyers who have money, long money, who know judges, or
(20:04):
who know fine minute little ways out with technicalities, or
who can push things further along and stretch things out
so it can work in your favorite because money can
buy cases. In this case, and again he was found guilty.
But it's how you play it, it's how you position
he gets how it stated and the average he gets
to pick when gets and not only does he get
(20:25):
to pick meeting, like, okay, you have sixty days to decide.
He gets five years to which is at what judge means.
He gets to see how the career is going. You know,
maybe in three years his career is over. Just from Ji,
he gets all right, now I'll go do my thirty days.
He gets to decide four and a half years. Let
me just make all the money I can't, you know,
just whatever it takes. I can do a few what's
(20:46):
best for me right now? Working at rows, you're going
to jail?
Speaker 3 (20:53):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 4 (20:54):
First of all, you can't afford the way the trial
would go, so you'd have to just take a plead.
All right, Well, now I got go do sixty days,
ninety days or whatever it is a year.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
Maybe you know, you walked away from an accident.
Speaker 1 (21:06):
You don't know if anybody was dead there, You don't
know what was going on.
Speaker 3 (21:09):
You could have helped, So do you know what I'm saying?
Speaker 4 (21:13):
And this is where I think the NFL is gonna
be interesting how they come down, right because because NFL
historically they're picky.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
On how they do things.
Speaker 4 (21:22):
So you're getting some reports of some folks are saying
they could be you know, up to two to four games.
The Chiefs themselves may try to jump ahead of it
and suspend them. So then the NFL, you know, kids,
all right, you got you guys, did it good? You
knocked it out two to four games, good, some people
up to the four games, up to six games. What
is also happening to me the larger conversation of man,
(21:43):
you'se young guys. I have to stop being so reckless now.
I'm not gonna sit on here in the soapbox. Acts
like when I was nineteen twenty twenty one. I didn't
do stupid things. God thankfully I didn't crash. I was
never going one hundred and twenty miles powers. But you're good.
I mean, we all did dumb things when you were young.
But this is kind of a trend right now. You
got Vikings receiver Jordan and who has been really good
in the NFL thus far. But he pleaded today to
(22:04):
wet reckless of offense in dui case, so he was
under the influence. He pleaded. Uh. No contests in his case.
Speaker 7 (22:12):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (22:12):
He apologizes and he gets the lesser charge because he
pled guilty to that wet reckless offense you have. You
and I talked about who was speeding, and now the
report comes out it was a couple of times Chador Sanders,
Shadure Sanders, just now getting in the league, and it
come to find out he's got a couple instances of
driving recklessly and too fast. So these guys have to realize.
(22:33):
I know you got some money, I know you got
the fast cars, but please believe man, your life can
change in an instant, and others people lives can change in an instant.
Well or someone else mention the maame someone. We we
know what happened when we had somebody who from from
the Raiders. Yes, h come on, Kelvin, Uh give me
(22:54):
his name real quick. But he killed somebody and then
of course he's in Jay Well he got he got
out and got back into the league as well. But
my point is that we know how things can turn.
Your intentions were not to harm somebody. Your intentions were
not to hurt anybody, right right with the Raiders. You
got rugs. I wasn't even talking about him. Who are
you talking about? Raiders in the Cleveland Browns.
Speaker 3 (23:13):
It'll come to me in a minute. The Cleveland Browns.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Yeah, receiver. You know what I'm talking about. He it'll
come to me back about about ten years ago, ten twelve, Cordon. Nope,
it'll come to me. But the more you keep asking me,
hold on, let me get to my point and come
to me. But my point is, your intentions weren't that.
It was a have fun the race got this fast car.
But things can change in a hurry. And this is
where teams will emphasize. They'll say, hey, you know we
(23:36):
have security. You know we have security that drive you anywhere.
You guys are going to the club tonight.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
But that wasn't about a club that was driving showing
off for Lamborghini right at one hundred and twenty miles
an hour. That's not that's not coming home. It was
a six car pile up. I mean, like, seriously, that's
where you were just being reckless. I get the uber
and the left and then going to clubs and all.
Speaker 4 (23:59):
That, but that's what this is big. So this is that.
But I'm also many.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
Guys were in that car who got out and walked
and walked away, left the car there like no one's
gonna know that that you're.
Speaker 4 (24:09):
Young and dumb. Oh shoot, we gotta just get out
of here to crash. Oh and just running, Bet, I
got the guy your talking about. Dante's Dante Stalworth exactly
what I'm talking about. He killed someone, uh and eventually
got back in the league. And always used him as
an example. I'm glad you know he was able to
change his life and obviously try to make amends and
was con tried and show contrition. I use that as
an example. I always say, because you can literally kill
(24:30):
someone tragically and get back in the league. And I
always say that's where Michael Vick all he did or
not Michael Vick, but Colin Kaepernick nailed for you know,
justice and injustice and he couldn't get back in the league.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
In this case with Rice, I think if you're Roger Goodell,
you can't go soft like the judge.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
The judge in this case went very very soft.
Speaker 1 (24:50):
And if I'm Roger Goodell, at least half the season and
I wouldn't be mad if it was the whole season.
Speaker 3 (24:56):
I mean, my my thing, the crash is one thing.
Speaker 1 (25:00):
Leaving the scene of an accident is the lowest thing
you can do.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
You don't know because you don't know what you don't know.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
The condition that somebody.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
You might have been able to help that person or
those people are safer life.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
That's why you can't. You can't leave the scene.
Speaker 1 (25:15):
Of an accident, right, I made a mistake, something happened, whatever,
Oh my god help.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
That's the idea.
Speaker 4 (25:24):
Has helped what you caused too. It's not like you
drove by an accident.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
And a judge thinks that, okay, Like he's an NFL player,
So I'm gonna let him decide when he's gonna go
to jail.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
And put him on probation.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
What would it take somebody had to die there for
them to give him any real jail time.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
Not being maimed or injured is that it?
Speaker 4 (25:46):
I do think, not from what I'm you know what
I'm gathering him not being with the DUI that I
think that helped him a lot. If it were twenty miles.
I'm not arguing that, but I'm saying this thing.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
Is seventy five or sixty five.
Speaker 4 (26:01):
Not having drugs, probably because had there's been a DUI
with that has this has been a uh one point
of clarification.
Speaker 8 (26:06):
Prosecutors are saying that he's expected required rather to pay
the victims out of pocket medical expenses which total about
one hundred.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
And fifteen thousand that's in there. Yep, yeah, yeah, yeah,
we talked about Yeah, that's for him. That's ah, that's nothing,
that's nothing. What cool because I got you know what
I got, You know what I got, Martin, But this
I got five years to make some more money.
Speaker 3 (26:25):
There's got to be a civil case too, if I'm
a lawyer. Are you kidding?
Speaker 4 (26:28):
It's like one game on the field, term, Yeah, that'll
happen the civil.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
All right, where are you I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
I'm saying six games half a season minimum, I.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
Take a year.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
Roger Goodell, don't don't go soft like the judge did
because maybe just maybe they were chiefs fans.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
I said he's gonna be six to eight. You're gonna
get six to eight games, because I think that they're
looking at that as the max part of it being
about half the season. He doesn't have a bunch of
prize in that regard, and I think they're gonna that
the D nine duy will be the key thing that
will I think will give him some grace with him.
But absolutely they if they wanted to, they can make
an example out of him, because again I just read
(27:07):
off a couple of other two three other young stars.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
That's why keeps.
Speaker 1 (27:10):
Happening because the NFL won't come down on people. Okay,
somebody bet on the game and they lost a whole season.
This guy's driving one hundred and twenty miles an hour,
crash a six car pile up, him and his buddies
get up right out of the car and walk away
and flee. Are you kidding me? Seriously? I was outraged
(27:35):
when I saw what the penalty was. I was That's
why I don't think the court system, the judges. I'm sorry,
it is so. And if people want to talk about, oh,
your reactor or whatever, if you're a regular joe, the
system is against you because it ain't. No, there's no
way if you if you were working at routs and
(27:55):
you did the same exact thing and you and your
buddies got out of.
Speaker 4 (27:58):
A car, you'd be under jail.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
Are you kidding?
Speaker 4 (28:01):
Yeah? You would.
Speaker 3 (28:02):
You would go. You would do the time immediately.
Speaker 4 (28:05):
You would do the time immediately, at least six months
to a year, all right, And that would be something
that would be that would be the case. But you
want to get money, you can put things off and
get the best case scenario.
Speaker 3 (28:16):
That's what money can afford you, for sure.
Speaker 1 (28:17):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox eight seven seven
nine nine, six sixty three sixty nine. How many games
should he get? Should the NFL go soft like the judge?
Or or should should this be an example?
Speaker 3 (28:31):
Where are you?
Speaker 1 (28:32):
I'm outraged I'm not fake outraged. I'm outraged because the
part cleaning the scene?
Speaker 3 (28:40):
Am I right?
Speaker 4 (28:41):
Accident's happened. That's the part.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
You cannot flee a scene. You might be able to
help somebody. You could have saved somebody's life, and that
you don't. You have no idea.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
What's going on in those other cars?
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Zero and you take it upon yourself to go, Let's
see if somebody's heard. Let's pull somebody out. Oh, let's
save their leg eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
Now, that unbelievable. He was on NBC and ABC at
the same time with two shows.
Speaker 4 (30:10):
Hey, that's that mailbox money. I'm not mad at that.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
Look, that's why it was NBC U. Later when he
was working at ABC.

for us?
Speaker 3 (30:52):
Welcome into shop talk. We do it all here in
the odd Couple.
Speaker 6 (30:55):
And today you might have seen it on the news
because it's definitely everywhere. Coldplay is doing concerts right now
and they like to do this little thing where they
put people on stage and on the TV monitor. So unfortunately,
this past weekend a couple was on the TV monitor
and right when they got on the TV monitor, they
decided to hide, and for some reason no one knew why.
(31:17):
Everyone was kind of like, oh, and the Coldplay artists
actually went on to say, oh, they must be having
an affair.
Speaker 3 (31:23):
Well, guess who they were having an affair?
Speaker 6 (31:26):
And those that were having an affair were CEO of
the company astronomer and guess who he was having the
affair with. This is the crazy proce r chief human
resources officer, a stock cab it. So they were actually
caught on the TV screen or not the TV, the monitor,
monitor JumboTron. There we go, the JumboTron at the concert,
(31:49):
and the minute they were on screen, you could see
them hiding, hiding their faces. This footage went popular on
TikTok earlier this morning and has recently blown up and
you could see it on News, Fox everywhere.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
What do you guys think about this?
Speaker 4 (32:02):
Well, first of all, okay, so start with the obvious.
Neither one of them should be cheating on their spouses.
That is absolutely not okay, they shouldn't be right. That's that,
even though that does a lot of people do it.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
But I got huge, So.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
I'm saying so that that started. There's that. Secondly, if
they were they're all up at the concert hugging up.
I used to the world enjoying some coplay, hugged up,
and and what a bunch of their coworkers or whoever
those people were to cover a bunch of co work
because you can see their faces like, oh my gosh,
they got caught.
Speaker 3 (32:32):
So then Rob, they didn't even play it off.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
He tries to hide like a five year old and
she just turns around like maybe he won't notice me,
and then it just from there it goes. It's all downhill.
So yeah, that was just a bad situation. And of
course they say on the Facebook his wife has changed.
Speaker 6 (32:47):
Yes, so her name so on Facebook she used to
have a last name, no longer has a last name,
and actually deleted her entire Facebook, so she no longer
even has a Facebook.
Speaker 3 (32:57):
And then rightfully, so what how I were singing exactly?
And here's the thing.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
You're you're both married, and you're at a public event together,
not a huge You're not in a whole You're not
at a hotel room where she comes in the room
and then you come in about thirty minutes later whatever
nobody knows you came around. You just.
Speaker 4 (33:20):
What's going on? You this for?
Speaker 3 (33:24):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (33:25):
Else, No, I'm just saying that boy rob out here.
And then she's on them, riding him or whatever you
want to say. I mean, we're they grinding a minute,
they were cuddling.
Speaker 3 (33:37):
It was a good moment. It wasn't a good moment
because of what happened. She was in front of him,
whoa who.
Speaker 4 (33:45):
Eliza, my need this? Oh wait, a minute.
Speaker 3 (33:49):
Where came. We thought he was going to Magic City
getting dancing.
Speaker 4 (33:52):
You've been doing a dancing.
Speaker 1 (33:53):
Let me tell you something. They might have been at
a Cold Play concert, but they were hot.
Speaker 3 (34:00):
I was actually on the table right now, I'm moving
those can't see it.
Speaker 4 (34:03):
Crazy Alex Kinko's is in full now moist right now,
Hold on, you got to relax, Alex. This is this
is too much information right now. I mean, you gave
us the full play by play and you know what,
and she parked down the street and then you know,
it's not like he brought a bottle of my weather
or anything like.
Speaker 3 (34:21):
But you know what, what else? The wife is right
to delete her Facebook. I would. I would.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
I would get divorced from this guy because it's not
it's enough that you're cheating on me, but you're so
brazen with it that I don't know if they have
a family of kids.
Speaker 4 (34:37):
They do.
Speaker 1 (34:38):
That's you they that you could go to You could
go out in public and do that in front of
other people, knowing you're married.
Speaker 4 (34:46):
That's what it is. Whole Play concert. It wasn't like
you said, they didn't get randomly. There's too much money involved.
From the reports, of the jobs that i've she knew.
I think she knew. She knew, we knew.
Speaker 8 (34:58):
You just embarrassed the part can't embarrass me in front
of all he knew because you got how to go
to the grocery store.
Speaker 4 (35:05):
Now she can't. Soccer soccer club, soccer mom club. Because
here's why you pool, Here's why you know that she
knew because everybody else knew around them, you get them.
It wasn't like they were just there. It was that
the coworkers.
Speaker 3 (35:19):
For what is he dunking for? I'm not saying it
was okay, she knew. Seriously, you just said she knew,
So what is he dunking for?
Speaker 4 (35:27):
Because she made no kind of no, but no, I
don't want to know. Now everybody knows.
Speaker 6 (35:31):
And thing is though, if he never ducked, that probably
never would have gone.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
That's what a lot of people. So here's what Chris
Martin from Copley says, just a full perspective what she
was saying. He goes, yeah, we love to do this,
and they're going for on and he goes to them
and he says, hey love the couple and they immediately ducking.
He goes, oh, no, no, no, because he's thinking like, oh,
don't be shy, and then he goes, well, you guys
are either having an affair or the shyest couple. And
(35:56):
then that made everybody go hmmm, because it's the poaches
playing all the way.
Speaker 8 (36:00):
Rob Remember when we first moved out here in l A.
And they so we had the first Lakers game ever
and they showed the kiss came. We said they were
about to do that and they did. Remember that, I
do know.
Speaker 4 (36:11):
Yeah,
