What is Earthing! Earthing is the act of connecting to the Earth's natural surfaces with your bare skin. The easiest way is to put your bare feet on the Earth: grass, sand, dirt, etc. The Earth provides negative electrons to your body. These negative electrons reduce inflammation and stress, and help to balance the endocrine system. (hormones) Strive to do some Earthing every day for 20 minutes and get grounded to the Earth.
