Abbott Registered Dietitian Tiffany DeWitt discusses how to maintain strong muscles through proper nutrition and exercise. Art helped event planner Liz Glover Wilson heal after losing her sister, Esther. In her honor, Liz created the Sunflower Arts Festival and a nonprofit that offers art therapy and classes.
