On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Rav from Ravenous E.H. who have their brand new album coming out on October 22nd. Pipeman briefly chats about Gilbert Gottfried hating them before moving on to how they “ravenize” songs when they do covers. Rav doesn’t want to do like for like covers so the aim is that if you’ve never heard the song before you would think it was their song. Speaking about the new single Astro Elixir, Rav touches on the mashup of genres which can be heard, as they purposely combine all of the genres the band members are familiar with to create one awesome sound. Speaking about genre, Pipeman tells a story of how Metallica once considered themselves power metal before thrash was a thing. Finally, tells us about what they have been working on, which consists of a new beer, the new album coming out October 22nd, some local shows for western Canada and trying to get a bunch of festivals booked for 2022. You can check the guys out on YouTube, Apple Music and Spotify under Ravenous E.H. and be sure to look out for a bunch of new music videos coming up and check them out on Twitch too.
