Everyday we are all busy with work or school or family or friends or social media or a million other distractions. Yet we want to be available for others and that means we need to be present. Being present takes practice. Think of it like anything else you want to master and put in the work. Stop multi-tasking and focus on the person you are with and talk. Enjoy the food you are eating and eat. Listen to the music you are hearing and listen. Be present.
