Less than two percent of Americans wait until age 70 to claim their social security benefits. But almost 40 percent - regret that decision and wish they had waited. That’s according to a survey by the Nationwide Financial Retirement Institute. Of course, many people can’t afford to wait until age 70 when the monthly benefit is highest. Prime Time Focus host Alyne Ellis talked with experts about the issue.
