Opposition leader Jess Wilson has put the premier's tax hikes
in her crosshairs. One iconic local business Today revealed Victoria
charges two hundred and fifty times more in land tax
than Queensland.

Cutting taxes is a top priority for the opposition leader,
but not her first policy. The party's moved to criminalize
coercive control leaked early. Well, I've got no further announcements
to make in relation to that, no announcements from the
premiere either, but she's leaving the door open to further
domestic violence reforms. There is always a new work that

needs to be done to keep women and children safe.
The opposition leader has another pressing priority to attend to.
She's still yet to unveil her new shadow cabinet. Jess
Wilson is facing the added challenge of where to put
four former leaders, including whether to shift the man she
toppled from the back bench, a position John Pursuto, as
