of things. Well for a while there, probably when he
was married to Kim Kardashin, and not long after. He
was famous for his designs, his shoe designs, his clothing designs,
his architectural designs, his music. My son in particular loves

months after he split with his former wife. He then

rare record dealer and an unlicensed contractor. He hired him
to gut the property. So within months, the luxury residence

was reduced to a concrete shell. As per Kargne's demands, windows, plumbing,
which I'll get to in a minute, electricity were all removed.
He wanted some full off grid kind of experience. It
was suggested by some that by some of his critics
that he gutted this house as a jab to his
ex wife. This move spiked outrage amongst architectural fans, who

slammed the wrapper four well, destroying the property. So this
is where the lawsuit happens. Mister Saxon, the aforementioned rare
record dealer and non licensed contractor, said that he's wanting money,
He's a million dollars out of pocket. But also he

said he sustained a broken neck while working on the site.
So this house Kane West eventually put this gutted home
on the market for fifty three million dollars, right, it's
taking a bit of a bit of a haircut there. Well,
then he failed to find a buyer at that price.
He ultimately accepted a twenty one million dollar it's even
more of a haircut from a developer. And it's unclear

get to what he's actually done to this house. He
