Speaker 2 (00:03):
It's interesting, isn't it? This time of year. It brings
up a whole lot of stuff about how we want
to overindulge in Christmas. All the ads and really all
the pop culture imagery of a table laden with food
and everyone is going for it. How do you feel
about just going for it? Because we also have this
anxiety around health, around weight, around letting ourselves go. As

(00:24):
an opinion piece in The Herald Today talking about the
press releases they'd received about enjoying a guilt free Christmas
and low cal fat free puddings, etc. The bigger question is,
they say, if the thought of indulging on an occasion
like Christmas is caused for anxiety for you, there's something
else going on here. This should not be a time
of that. How do you feel watching your weight at Christmas?
Does it pass the pub test?

We're all to homegolf of our watch. You know. Wait,
you know if you can't let it go at Christmas,

men's part and the Christmas cake of a few drinks,
enjoy yourself and let it go.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
I reckon hoggin. It's only Christmas right to the year. Basically,
I think for Christmas Day itself, just eat, enjoy and
be merry. As we get older, we don't know who'll
be at the table with us next year, so live
it up.
